This place is highly overrated and overpriced. You pay for the possibility to take photos and get some "status" in social media. If that status is important for you then go here. The quality of the stay here is not good enough for the price. The rooms are small and warm in the summer's. There is no air conditioning although that is standard in most hotels. The receptionist said to open the window that lead to several inconvenient moments. First the room smells food from 8am to 10pm. Second insecurity as people could enter the room be the window. And insects. One evening we could also hear our neighbours playing around... loudly and the woman was faking for sure. Outside looks nice at a first look. But the pool was extremely dirty with grey water and insects floating on top. The pool was also broken in many places and the filtering mechanisms was working badly. There was some nice animals to watch but why do they have smelly pigs so close to the playground. The playground was ok buy in bad shape and need some maintenance. The view is pine trees everywhere. I see them enough. Walking in the area is not so fun as many cars drive here like crazy. There are better places to visit in Carpathian. One good thing here was the restaurant who served very delicious food. I was surprised about how many 5 star reviews this place has here. But then I believe most people who visit here doesn't know really luxery.

It's a very beautiful place. Calm, cozy, picturesque. No chance for children to be bored. Meals are superb (including "complement" ;) Connections are also good. WiFi is free and enough for Skype video without itches. Please, don't come here and make this beautiful place overcrowded :-D

We had an amazing stay here. The mountains were beautiful, the fresh air was great. The restaurant attached to the hotel had good food and the service was amazing. Plenty of things to do. They have available a good sized swimming pool, fishing, hiking(with beautiful views), saunas, mini zoo, biking, four wheeling, and more. A must stay!

Incredible place to take the family. Ok wait a second, one of the best places I’ve ever been because of how unique it was. It was like a medieval castle made to look really old but was actually modern. They even had their own zoo with a bunch of cute animals. Each room was completely unique and different. There were lots of knights armors on display around the hotel which was super cool. The food was simply amazing and the service was even better. It leaves me wanting to return.

A cozy location in the Carpathians that is packed with the activities such as a rope park, sauna, outdoor pool, zoo, vat, and hiking routes. Outstanding service. The best location to rebalance yourself after the hustle and bustle of big cities. Highly recommend!

Me and my wife received severe food poisoning from the food in Veza Vedmezha restaurant, what ruined all our vacation plans, still yrecovering. Such a nice place and such a disappointment, i do hope that somebody will take the responsibility.

This is a great place to go on a vacation. Personnel is very pleasant. I was very surprised when we've got surprise's from St. Nicolas. Also restaurant offer great and tasty food, personnel of restaurant working on the highest level I ever saw. Guys you are great.

This is the most expensive place in the vicinity. And it's totally worth it. The menu is a mix of cuisines. Most well presented are: Ukrainian, Polish and Hungarian. Kitchen works moderately fast even when the restaurant is fully booked. Cold snscke come really fast. Main dishes require about half an hour. There are a bunch of children most of the time so if you have one with you, they'll have what to entertain them with. There are times when steaks come out magically delicious and just with the right medium rare, but sometimes the best is just ok. Each and every soup is interesting in its own way and definitely should be tried. The interior is good, well light, warm and cozy. Friendly, attentive, professional staff. Visited restaurant and walked around. Feels like having a cup of coffee in a fairy tale forest.

A lovely hotel and restaurant that is almost like a museum, still in Christmas decor. Excellent food and a wide choice. The major problem is the toilets are traditional squat style, unusable for westerners.
