In
conclusion
I
wasn't
satisfied
with
the
place
,
but
I
respect
that
others
are.
Let
me
clarify
that
I
don't
know
how
the
situation
is
in
2022,
since
I
was
a
member
for
about
12
months
until
2019.
My
initial
visits
(annual
member
etc)
started
fine,
joined
a
couple
of
classes
and
was
satisfied
with
the
value
product
the
membership
seemed
to
have.
HOWEVER
after
a
couple
of
weeks
I
realized
that
more
than
half
the
equipment
(year
2019)were
not
working
at
all,
but
justified
it
due
to
the
very
cheap
membership.
Parking
is
mainly
on
the
main
road
and
I
needed
to
drive
around
to
find
somewhere
to
park.
The
classes
seemed
to
be
packed
with
between
30-50
people
which
made
it
hectic.
I
went
to
3
morning
classes
and
10
maybe
15
visits
for
the
treadmill
in
the
year
but
it
was
convenient
and
a
good
back
up
for
when
I
didn't
want
to
jog
up
the
mountain,
cycle
down
the
hill,
or
do
something
else
etc.
Anyway
it
was
close
and
I
got
my
exercise
so
it
was
still
ok.
Then
renewal
came
and
I
was
offered
an
offer,
before
I
paid
up
the
next
morning,
I
asked
if
there
was
anything
similar
to
the
annual
one
I
had
heard
off
on
the
radio,
and
was
told
there
was
none
and
the
only
offer
was
this.
I
paid
almost
double
what
I
initially
had
for
the
first
year
and
the
next
day
was
sent
to
my
Viber
account
by
the
gym
my
old
offer
of
almost
half
the
price
I
paid
the
previous
day.
So...
I
called
up
and
asked
them
to
amend
my
charges
since
they
obviously
misinformed
me
,
their
(girl
at
reception
I
spoke
to)
answer
was
dumbfounding.
"No
such
option
exists"
.
I
thank
them
for
not
beating
around
the
bush
and
request
to
speak
with
the
gym
manager.
He
says
the
same
,
so
I
call
up
the
central
offices
and
place
my
issue
again.
In
a
more
polite
and
long
winded
way
the
same.
I
explained
that
I
was
willing
to
take
coupons
instead
of
money
back
,
but
that
was
also
denied.
Long
story
short
I
had
just
paid
a
full
annual
"excess"
membership
and
never
stepped
on
the
premises
again.
It
was
unreasonable
of
them
not
to
refund
at
the
very
least
my
excess
payment
in
any
way
or
form,
but
they
didn't
and
for
that
I
have
lost
a
convenient
gym.
Even
if
it's
just
for
a
few
visits
a
year,
the
lack
of
respect
for
me
was
a
deal
breaker.
Maybe
I'm
the
exception,
maybe
not,
in
any
case
that's
my
experience
and
I
hope
it's
improved
since
then.
Three

stars
for
the
overall
reasonably
priced,
clean
and
good
value
for
money
gym.
