I have to say that I was and am highly disappointed in this beach; there is garbage everywhere! There are wrappers, masks, diapers, plastic cups, pieces of paper, plastic bags, plastic utensils, and just about every kind of garbage imaginable here. It's a shame too, because it's not terribly crowded and there's room to enjoy it if there wasn't trash on the beach and in the water, but just walking into the water makes you feel like you're in a hot garbage soup. I felt incredibly dirty with diapers washing into the shore. I tried to take a fun photo of my feet in the water and a wave pushed a mask right into the shot; an all too common sight: garbage in the water.

Great beach view with street food, we went on holiday for a relax weekend and had a great experience with local sense. Recommend for group visit

Really sad place. Such a beautiful beach but covered in trash. Was hit by chip bags, plastic bottles, etc while walking in the shallow tide. The water was quite turbulent here as well. Looking at the trash made me not want to swim in the water.

I've spent years in and out of this place. Litteraly, know this place like the back of my hand. Much better now that all the Beg packers have gone.. Covid 19. Was certainly a good way to clean out the trash. Definitely need to clean up the beach. It's littered with Litter.. Filthy Animals..,

Do not come here on a weekend if you want to sit and chill! So many people as far as the eye could see. Packed beach and packed water. For the number of people, there was less rubbish than I expected but still quite a bit. The sea is very rough and it was super windy too. Photo was taken at around 6pm on the quietest stretch when a lot of people had already left.

Kind of ok to visit this beach! Not that bad like I've read the reviews. I went on the weekend and not so crowded. The cheapest motels here are started from 500,000 vn₫.

It's one of nearest beach from Hi chi minh city in Vietnam good place for relax tourist place and clear city Vung Tau.

Good and nice beach. Better go there from 5:30 am till 7:30am or after 5pm. Too hot during the day. At you can see the fishermen coming back from their morning fishing trip.

The biggest beach around however no sunset seen from that point. Still convenient location for short time touristic visits, since it's surrounded with variety of food options

Beautiful, clean beach with crystal clear water! It gets a little busy during weekends, so it's best to visit during the week.

Okay for a quick getaway of HCMC but no more than that. Prices for sunbeds, umbrellas etc are posted publicly at the entrances but vendors usually asking me higher prices. Also, plenty of plastic rubbish washed up ashore. Even in the water you get cought up in plastic bags and other rubbish. As seen in the picture, beach was cleaned but apparently only once late in the afternoon.

Very nice place. There is a small park in front of the stairs which go down to the beach with some benches for sitting. The beach itself is also very nice and everything is free of charge. I would recommend going there when it's dark as it's not that hot and good lighting is available.
