Vegan options! As vegan burger, vegan Latte… they make sourcraut dumpling vegan without butter and bacon as well when asked. My meateaters friends liked the food as well.

Visited this place throughout past 10 years and it did change. Place is renovated, more seats outside, prices are a bit steeper but food still very good and service as well. We had a burger, deer goulash and potatoes with sheep cheese. No complaints - tasty local cuisine, very kind and quick service. I will definitely visit this place again 👍🏻

People were kind and ornaments were stunning, perfectly fitting to the culture. As for polish person, food was tasty and well flavored.

I loved staying in Villa Javorinka and eating at Furman’s place. Great, simple breakfasts to start a day and then after skiing feasting with friends. Tasty Slovak food and surprisingly good burgers. I recommend trying some Slovak craft beers also ;) Apart from food this place has awesome, cosy atmosphere and the owner is super friendly and helpful. I hope I will come back there someday ;)

When I decide where to eat, I always look for a traditional and typical experience. This place offers all that! This place is a family business and they care about the customers and their experience. I got a warm welcome from the owner and after asking for a recommendation regarding a dish and some craft beer I had one of the better experiences in my life. I had goulash with deer, the spices perfectly added to eachother and the meat was prepared well. Everything about it was just perfect.

Don't hesitate, it's a place worth visiting. Delicious traditional meals and desserts. Love it!

If you ever want to know what real bryndzove halusky (or other traditional Slovak food) is, don't skip this place. I literally ate bryndzove halusky hundred times at hundred places but it was nowhere close to this. Awesome place, don't believe those one or two bad reviews, those are just people incompetent to rate objectively. I will surely come to this place every time I'll visit High Tatras.

Average food, staff nice, place looks nice, local folklore music playing, traditional dish - halusky wasn't very fresh though, with more cheese than bryndza in it. Needs improvement, but we went in an off-season so it's kinda understandable. 3 out of 5 for me

Nice restaurant which represent traditional Slovak history. There are few elemennts which disturbing the traditional atmosphere - as example : fridge in the midle of the room. This restaurant didnt disappointed me but also didnt surprised me. But I strongly appreciate that traditional Slovak food like sheep cheese dumplings was really homemade and if you don't will noticed these small elements which I mentioned above , then you will really enjoy atmosphere which including old traditional Slovakian music, nice the stuff in old Slovakian costume and many historical detials on walls.

chicken breast was not very tasty, one side burned and the other not cooked enough. Gulas was good though. nice service
