Even in mildly warm weather, it gets super hot and there is no air conditioning. Your body will be more busy handling the temperature than with your workout.

Update: The fitness studio is now largely out of the construction phase and the turnstiles have been installed. The fitness studio isn't quite out of the construction phase yet (turnstiles and tablets at the entrance are still missing), but the boss is trying to keep the studio open until 10 p.m. From January 5th but then everything should be ready. The employee is also very nice and so far everything has been tidy :) Even though the studio is not very big, there is some equipment and good equipment in the free weight area, so you can train well - and, above all, very cheaply: ) The changing rooms were also clean and equipped with lockers and seating as standard; you have to bring your own padlock (normal).

Super cheap gym in the middle of the city. Free trial training possible. Despite January there wasn't too much going on and the equipment is all intact and clean. There is no wellness area, but you can't expect that at a price of only €13/month. There is always a trainer there who is helpful and nice.

Cheapest gym in Karlsruhe! Equipment, appearance, etc. at the level of a clever fit. If you don't value courses, personal training or wellness, you'll be happy here. Large selection of devices and open 24/7. The Flex tariff is great! Only €15/month and can be canceled monthly (although there is a one-off €40 registration fee). Even at peak times at 6 p.m. you can still train well!

Well, if you have a lot of time you can go train there, sometimes very crowded, equipment only of limited quality (quality is something else), cleanliness: wipes and disinfectant are available but almost no one uses them, you have to look for weights in the studio. Thanks to the day ticket of 7 euros, it gets 3 stars

I found what I was looking for. The cross trainer. Honestly, it's the only reason I go to a fitness studio. However, 10 euros??? Seriously??? This place is underrated. There's enough space and machines. Why would I pay 40+ to use a gym twice a week?? Anyways if you're in Karlsruhe, don't throw your money away I beg you. 🙈

With this Gym10 it just depends on what you want and how you behave. If you want to train normally and use standard equipment with a few flaws, such as some of the equipment being a little light, you will find everything you need here. And if you are friendly, you will get the same in return from the staff and other members. But if you behave badly and try to arrive at rush hour, you can expect some questionable stories. But the staff really tries hard, flaws are eliminated as quickly as possible, you can train 24/7 and the price… great. From that point of view you can endure it very well here.

I noticed that the treadmills had some problems. Sent an email to the support team. They promised to check the treadmils. Despite it's been about a month since I sent the complains, the treadmills are not fixed yet.... But they work 24/7 which is definitely an advantage.

Worst gym ambient, not clean, smells bad, some machines stay broken for a while. Gives you what you expect for a low price but always finds a way to get more money from your pocket.

This gym is open 24 hrs, you can go and workout as you like it. Also the equipments are nice and easily accessible if you have been in gym before.

Cons: Overcrowded, tiny dressing rooms, you have to pay for a shower, you have to bring your own lock, corona measures not taken seriously by the community. Pros: Cheap as frick (10€/Month)

The place is all right, but it lacks some equipment, although one can definitely get a solid workout there. My main issue with the gym is the amount of people that come and the smell.

Simple studio with everything you need. No unnecessary circuits, but all cardio equipment, flat benches, machines, multi-presses, etc. at a good price without a studio commitment. Top.

Low cost for membership and free trail training. Very suitable for students. WIFI is provided. It is not suitable for calisthenics because of ceiling hight and lack of equipment. Employee are rarely on site and no direct customer interactions.

Very good for the cheap montly subscription. There aren't however, as large a selection of machines as compared to the other gyms in the city. Back entrance to the building is really shady, I suggest you go through the front. It's open 24/7, but there aren't any staff during the later hours. Go early or late if you can, during afterwork hours it gets really crowded. I really like that they bought TVs only to put stickers on them, that have some sort of motivational line like "TV won't help you burn calories". It's a nice touch, but I can't imagine that was a good business decision hahah.

The gym is brilliant and clean. The reason I have given 3 stars is despite notices 0n machine to disinfect after use very few do.

The gym is good and spacious but still lacks modern equipment and there is no sauna.

Open 24 hours, almost no selection of training equipment. Price/performance ratio is more likely to recommend Sportprinz. I would like to highlight the lovely employee who doesn't just walk past but corrects/helps. Very commendable. A studio for simple training like “better than nothing”.

To recommend price performance okay no update for the lockers wouldn't be bad
