    What a fantastic shop, has everything you could need and more, pipes, cigars, tobacco (try there own blend its fantastic) whiskey, rum and wine.     This shop is a pipe smokers dream. Huge selection of pipes and pipe tobacco, best I have ever seen. If you smoke cigars again the selection is awesome huge humidor. Very helpful staff who spoke English. A must shop for me next time in Dusseldorf

    Absolutely love the shop. The staff is helpful and friendly and the selection of tobacco and pipes there is amazing.

    I have been to the store every time I go to Düsseldorf. Great staff. They bring in speakers when the individuals are in town. Produce special events. Owned by the same family since 1910 as I recall. Great lounge in back. Very hospitable. One lacks for nothing while there.

    What a great place to purchase a cigar.Service is friendly without crossing the line.The staff are very knowledgeable about their product.But the diamond here to be found is Werner Schmitz .If you love cigars and thoughtful discussion then I would highly recommend a chat with him ,What a lovely way to spend an afternoon in Düsseldorf.

    One of the ladies working there is very friendly and competent, she recommended a very tasty pipe tobacco to us, the gentleman working there was also really friendly and helpful, i would definitely go there again.

    Agree with all positive reviews before. Great shop for pipe & cigar smokers alike. For me, the best part was the smoking rooms. Great place to hang out. Family run outfit with SUPER service. I rode my bicycle here and didn't want to leave.

    Wonderful shop.. staff were fantastic. Would love to say thank you to the smaller older lady who helped me with the rocky patel purchase. Will definitely make this a visit when i'm back in dusseldorf.
