No wonder they earned ONE star only!! My wife had the worst experience ever, Worst customer service, they burnt my wife’s skin!! When I called the manager I didn’t heard no answers no apologies!! What a bad clinic!! very bad. They spoke sweetly on the first day, once they got the money then they’re showing their true colors!! They attract people with discount packages, but believe that!! They give worst service so if you want to get first-degree burn absolutely you’re on the right spot!! Save your money & time and look deeply for another better clinic than Prima laser Clinic. Unfortunately i started and first two sessions they were accurate in term of time. The laser was not a very good experience first two times. They have a staff who doesn't pay any attention during laser and very bad. Thank god i was transferred to another staff who is better and very professional. They have the worst appointment system and i always wait hour(s) when I arrive on time. So they ask to be on time but you can really wait an hour or more when you arrive !!!!. No idea why. It is lovely place and nice staff, but the appointment system needs to improve.

They have good packages for hair removal, but you get what you pay for. They have a customer service team who ask you about your feedback after each visit but they don't take your feedback into consideration so pay attention to that. They call you before each visit to remind of your appointment but you never start your session on time unless you come early in the morning. All in all, its not the best service but super affordable so it all depends on what you are looking for;  price or service.

I highly recommend the clinic. It's very clean and organised. Dr. Lina is very polite and thoughtful. She gives the best advice regardless of any other things. The appointments are very punctual and the customer service is decent. My feedback reflects my experience with botox 😀

Prima Laser clinic is a comprehensive clinic for all types of skin treatments. The facility is quite clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. They have periodic offers so highly recommend to keep an eye on them for the best deals! Just in case you’re lost, they’re in Haj Fathiyye building number 25, on the 2nd floor.

This is the clinic is the best I been here in Jordan that did hydra facial. The place is very cozy and friendly staff. I’m very happy with the result and I will definitely come back here.

they're professional and have good customer service, but it's kinda hard to reach them sometimes, the lines are always busy which indicates very high demand for their services but it would be great to solve this issue

It's been a year now since I started my sessions at Prima Abdoun, and I can't describe how lovely and cooperative the team are Precise timing, great hygiene and perfect reception

They offer great services and the girls in the laser section are really good the only comment that i have that you have to wait for too long sometimes before you’re session.

First time to go there. Non professional. Customer service is bad for first time customers. Lack of experience. Over all treatment not satisfied. I paid for two sessions. Not recommended at all. Check other places.

Worst time management! They don’t respect the time of the client. You’re expected to wait at least 30 minutes for your appointment but if you are late for 3 minutes they delete your appointment. Really bad service!
