Not enough stars for these guys. I’ve been to 3 high end steakhouses and none of them come close to tonight’s experience. I’ve spent hundreds at those steakhouses and for a fraction of that I had the best steak and the best sides. Autumn (waitress) was amazing. She kept my tea glass full and was attentive but on over attentive. Del Frisco’s, Four Winds and Papa Bros couldn’t hit the mark in my opinion but Longhorn in Waco,Tx went above and beyond my expectations tonight and left the afore mentioned steakhouses behind. Kudos to the crew in Waco. I wish you all the best.

Always a nice dining experience. Cuts really tender and seasoned almost as well as I do. Adult beverages ice cold and go down easy!!!Told myself I wasn't going to eat much but ended up being disgusted with myself cuz I ate so much...

Very good food. We tried ribeye steak, wings, salad, fries and okra fries. We also ordered a margarita. Everything was really good!

Had the ribeye steak, baked potato loaded and the rice. Was a very good steak. Cooked perfectly and wonderfully seasoned.

The steak was good, but I think it was a little salty. It's just personal preference, but it's for review sake. However, I think the Texas Tonions (battered onion peels) were pretty good. Also, the chocolate stampede is a great deal for $9.99; It has 2 large slices of chocolate cake and 2 scoops of ince cream. Overall, I would rate the restaurant 5 stars. There's a lot more here to try than steak, so I'll probably want to come back and see.

Shrimp was delicious! Parmesan Crusted Chicken and mashed potatoes, very tasty. Tonion was Crispy and pair well with the house made sauce.

Overall I had a pretty good experience. This is a good place for a date or to eat with your family. The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice. I had the Salmon on rice. It was pretty good. I would recommend the brisket queso. I really enjoyed the salad and my sweet potato. The chocolate cheesecake was very rich. If you love chocolate this would be a great dessert for you. I went in the evening on a Tuesday so it wasn't too busy.

I took longhorn special shrimp and chicken with sides (mashed potato and brussel sprout and fried okra) and the longhorn special salad. I did not like the chicken but i liked the shrimp and brussels. It was a good to go food.

Mediocre at best. I loved their steaks in the past. But the last 3 times I’ve gone, including today (8/12/21) the food is just meh. I decided to stop ordering their more expensive steaks as they’ve been a let down. So I ordered a renegade. Toughest piece of meat I’ve ever encountered. The lettuce on my salad was old. It was just disappointing and I won’t be back again.

My husband and I have loved date night here for years. Tonight’s experience was disappointing at best. It was very obvious how short staffed this location is. We had to ask our waitress multiple times to get our beers to the table. The beverages weren’t cold by the time it got to table. We originally ordered a 6 ounce steak, but was advised it was out of stock. They did adjust the price which we appreciated. Then, we were informed the burger we ordered for our toddler was out of stock as well. They tried to accommodate us, but we ended up sticking to just fries for him. All of our food came out cold. Last, we informed the waitress that it is my father in laws bday. She said she would do something great for it. Nothing at all was done. Again, we have loved Longhorn for years, tonight was not their best night. We understand being short staffed, but we pay good money to eat here!

Son took me for my birthday 🎂 dinner, my steak was perfect, melted in my mouth 😋

It was actually really good! My boyfriend and I came here and were very pleased by the service and the food. We even got dessert! I give 4 stars because when I attend a restaurant with prices like LongHorn, I expect high quality. The steak had a good flavor, but I was hoping for a better quality for the price I paid.

The steak was actually really delicious - Mama enjoyed it! We were like little birds with our mouths open, waiting for her offerings - completely ignoring our own entrees! Waitress was very nice and friendly as well. I would totally hit this spot again!

It had been several years since we last dined at Saltgrass, but it is just as good, if not better than ever! We had a wonderful lunch yesterday consisting of their Steak and Shrimp lunch specials. Perfectly cooked and seasoned 6 ounce Sirloin steak, excellent fried Butterflied Shrimp, great roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and a crispy, fresh salad with homemade dressings came with a loaf of tasty fresh-baked bread. Normally, we don't order drinks at lunch, but we shared the best Bloody Mary cocktail we've ever had - spicy, tangy and with a strip of Bacon and a boiled shrimp. The service was quick and accurate, and the price was fair for the meal at around $60, including tax and a 20% tip. We will DEFINITELY be back soon!

The food was great! The service was as well. I got the Redrock grilled shrimp it was a little messy, but the butter sauce was addicting especially with my fries.

Standalone restaurant with ample parking. Restaurant and restrooms were clean and in good repair. Wait staff was very professional and courteous although they could have been more attentive. Case and point, when they delivered our steaks our waiter did not wait around for us to check our steaks. My wife's was very underdone. After waiting for about 5 minutes and not seeing any waiters, I had to go get the hostess to find our waiter. After waiting for him to attend two other tables he finally attended to our issue. When they brought out the next steak.. yep. Didn't even slow down as they dropped it off. Lucky it was done correctly. Overall the food was very good and I would recommend it for a reasonably priced steak house.

This was my first time eating here and I was very impressed. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. And the service was fantastic. We give our waiter, Valentin 5 stars. He was very attentive and made sure our orders came out perfect. He was also able to answer questions about gluten-free options. We will definitely come back.

Four families with 4 children of various ages and 9 adults spent a fantastic evening at LongHorn Steakhouse. It was my first time eating there but will certainly not be my last! The atmosphere was calming and the wait to be served was less than 10 minutes. That was the first plus. 😊 Two very polite young men quickly came and took our orders, served us our drinks within 5 minutes and continued to bring us hot bread/butter and refresh our drinks until our meals arrived. My ribs were "spot on delicious" and all my side's were also good. Everyone was very pleased with their meal selections. The portions were also large enough that several adults had food to take home. I didn't have anything to take home but my asparagus😊. The manager came to our table and spoke with us about our experience. She was very pleasant and we all enjoyed speaking with her. It was an excellent choice and an outstanding culmination to a 3 day weekend visit with friends and family!

My wife and I love Longhorn Steakhouse in Waco. The atmosphere is one of upscale dining, and the food is always excellent. The Strawberry and Pecan Salad is a must-have, and the Parmesan Crusted Chicken is the best I've ever had. Multiple trips have proven this fact. Come and enjoy a meal. You can't go wrong.

Husband took me for my birthday last week. It was so lovely! The steak I ordered was more cooked than I would have liked BUT! it melted in my mouth like butter (which is why I have no complaints). Can't wait for his birthday when we get to go again.

Lovely restaurant to come to after church on Sundays. Busy on weekends though, we've waited for almost an hour to be seated but maybe because it was a big group and kids. We called in to let them we were coming, they assured us that our table would be ready in 15min upon our arrival but it ended being almost an hour before we sat down. The manager gave us a free appetizer apologized, and thanked us for being patient. We came back just me and my family and still had great service. I recommend this place. Good food and atmosphere. UPDATE June 16/2019: We came here last week and today for Father's day. Food is always great but customer service especially the waiters need improvement.

Tiny chicken fried steaks. Imagine two steak fingers put together. Meat not tender. Flavoring only on crust and salty. No seasoning on broccoli. The time before when I went, the steaks were a little bigger but they got my order wrong. Brought me fried chicken instead of chicken fried steak.

Ordered chicken fried steak. These are literally the smallest chicken fried steaks I have ever seen in my life. Very disappointed in the restaurant. The meat was not tender and the flavor was only on the crust. Broccoli had no seasonings at all in it. I had decided to give this place another try after they got my wife's order wrong the last time. She ordered chicken fried steak but they brought her fried chicken instead. My steak, which was supposed to be cooked medium, was dry, with no flavor.

The ribeye was spot on. Very juicy and perfectly seasoned. The service was great as well. The management does a great job here.

Nick was a great server! We were a large party (14) and he remembered everyone's name. He was super friendly & made the experience perfect! Thanks Nick!

It's not a bargain meal, but there's real value to the service and plate size. Our server never allowed me to finish a glass of peach tea completely, and we always end with at least half of our meals. We're not extravagant, so Longhorn steakhouse represents significant luxury for us.
