Only my second time eating In-N-Out, and my first time in Texas, but it was good. The burger was really tasty but the fries were kinda meh. They were too soggy and not salty enough. The service was reasonable and the staff were very friendly. Overall, good burger place.

The staff at this location were really friendly. This was our first time trying in n out. My husband really enjoyed it, for me it was good. Its somewhere between a five guys and shake shack burger. The fries are definitely made fresh it's very evident. They were pretty good as well.

For a fast food burger joint, this is a good option. The food quality was very good. They have a very limited menu, but they do a good job with what they’ve got.

I like in-n-out, but its nothing special. I would never drive across town, or out of my way for a burger from here. I myself prefer steak and shake as the prices are similar. This location was fine. Quick service, and good quality... Just not my cut of tea.

Great burger! The taste was fantastic. Fries were fresh and hot, delicious. Everything looked like how I would fix it. I was very satisfied. Store was clean and well staffed. Stop by for a visit. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

Food was fantastic. Wish we had this in my area. While I wouldn't say it's worth going out of the way if you're near one, grab a burger and fries for sure. I will every time I can.

Nice and clean location. Service was top notch. The food was good. Got the #1 double animal style on the burger and fries. Both tasted well seasoned and fresh. No complaints at all.

I was in the neighborhood- If I lived in the area I would eat here all the time. This is what fast food is supposed to be.

Not really impressed at all. Not sure how anyone can say this is that great. There's no meat! They sell 3 different burgers and there's no meat on it. It's a junior patty on a bun full of vegetables. It was fresh, the service is great but that's not a burger. Sorry not impressed with the food. Not for me.

First time having In N Out Burger, it was pretty great! We didn’t dine in but the drive through staff were super friendly and you could see them making your burgers as you advanced through the line. We don’t have one of these really anywhere near us in East Texas so was excited to try. Would definitely recommend!

My 1st In-N-Out experience while visiting Dallas, TX and it was excellent! I got double veggies with my burger and the extra crispy fries. Loved it!

Very nice spot, the employees were very attentive. We had to make a change to our order at the window and the employee was very understanding. Also, when getting our food the employee noticed that our strawberry shake top was a little bit dirty from extra shake, he quickly handed a napkin without us even asking. Great attention on their side. Great experience for a first timer.

My ex introduced me to the world of In-N-Out, but I haven't had any in quite a long time. This visit to this location didn't disappoint. My daughter & I were in heaven enjoying such yummy food. We visited with my mom & my sister & her husband & toddler. We even grabbed some food to go for my dad.

Hadn't eaten at In-n-Out burger in few years. Food was good and quick. Glad we stopped there on way home. Emoyees were very courteous and had a great attitude. They even let us take pictures with them. Can't wait to eat there again. Unfortunately don't have one in our city. So I'll to travel to nearest city.

Being from the East Coast, In-N-Out is a foreign concept for me, and a new experience. I am awestruck at just how amazing In-N-Out is. The theme has not really changed from the 70s, their employees are all courteous, well dressed and uniformed, and, from my experience, very hard-working. At 1 p.m. in the afternoon, the store I went to was slammed, and they were a well-oiled machine with their operation. I've never seen a cat food establishment rival Chick-fil-a on the East Coast, but In-N-Out sits in the same circle. The food was fantastic as well. It's the simplest menu I've ever seen, but that simplicity makes them faster than everyone else as well. On top of the fact that all of their food is fresh and has the taste to back it up, In-n-Out is, by far, my favorite fast food restaurant I've ever experienced.

It was our first time eating at In and Out and it was an experience! It took me a second to realize there was only 3 options to choose from. It was overall a very good burger but what stood out was the fries. They weren't super salty and they just tasted fresh. The atmosphere was great at this location and workers were pleasant

I haven't eaten at an In & Out since 2017 in Orange county, Los Angeles. This Waco location hands down was the best In & Out that I've had in a long time. Keep up the great work!

I can't lie, I really do like these burgers. What I like more is that I can get it lettuce wrapped and avoid a bun. I have em wrap it and add grilled onions...it's the best. Fries are tasty, but small, so eat em fast if you like em hot. Always fast friendly service. Don't think they've ever messed an order up on me either.

Three official menu choices, but lots more off their secret menu. Thin hamburger patties but loaded with flavor. Lots of fresh crisp lettuce. Soft buns. Fries are thin and fresh but a little limp. Very clean. Quick service. It is a mystery how they find such nice, wholesome, polite, respectful, friendly, great kids to work there.

I have heard about In-N-Out Burger for many years. Finally got a chance to try it in Waco. There is a limited menu which makes it very easy to order. Very reasonably priced. This location has a drive-through and plenty of parking. Clean and well organized inside. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food is very good. The sign says quality you can taste. That is all truth. I got a double cheese with their sauce and onions. Really good quality burger with just a little bit of grease. Their fries are hand cut in the prep area. They take a fresh potato, put it through a machine to cut it, and then fry it. I had it plain and animal style. Animal style was much tastier and had more toppings. The regular fries with ketchup were also good. Afterwords, I got a chocolate shake to wash it down. Very thick and tasty. It hit the spot after a long day. Definitely think I will need to go back before I leave in a few days.

Very friendly service. I brought a friend from the East Coast for his first In-N-Out experience. The cashier gave him a hat and some stickers. The animal style burgers were great. The fries at this particular restaurant were way better than the one I usually go to in Dallas.
