So far this has been a great hotel. Our toilet was broken but they fixed it asap. The breakfast is very good considering it’s a hotel breakfast. The pool is nice and saltwater, though the hot tub is chlorinated enough to burn your eyes on the other side of the pool room. All in all a great hotel. Russel at the front desk has been so helpful our whole stay!

Staff was super friendly. Room was clean. And beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. We travel quite a bit. This was the first time staying at a comfort suits. We will be looking for comfort suits from now on wherever we go.

Front desk was nice and helpful. However, the card keys would not work well. Walked in the room and I saw a spider on the bed and some minutes after I saw another one in the bathtub. The restroom door did not lock as well. After one or two uses of the restroom the toilet did not work properly anymore.

I booked this hotel hoping my parents would have a good clean experience based on most reviews (they must be fake) when they checked in their room they found roaches on the bed. It was very late close to midnight otherwise they would have canceled but had to get rest to get back on the road early in the morning so they just asked for a different room (which was still musty and gross but at least no roach on that bed at that moment) the next day I called to speak with the manager and had to leave a message at the front desk. Waited all day no call back so I called again but NO ANSWER line just kept ringing. If you care about cleanliness this is a hard NO. Customer service sucked and for $140 yes I expect a lot more !

I'd give it a 3.5 Star. It's not like other CS we've been to, but it's definitely a decent place to stay. I seriously doubt other reviews mentioning bed bugs and roaches. Comfort Suites are always a nice place to stay for us. Like I mentioned earlier this one isn't as good as other but well worth the money we spent. Hope this helps.

I recently stayed here over the weekend and this hotel was perfect. The rate was reasonable and the hotel was super clean. The reception desk was fast and friendly, my reservation was well prepared and I was on my way to the room in less than 5 minutes. The room was clean and well stocked. The bathtub/shower was clean and the water was plenty hot. Easy on/off I-35 and ample parking.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. But the breakfast sucks. Barely any food was presented, and it was only 8 am. The staff is slow and seems bothered, almost rude when you tell them you need to eat. I would recommend for the rooms but not for the services "provided".

My family and I stayed on October 1st, 2023, and experienced the worst customer service ever. The employee working that night was incredibly rude and hostile. My elderly mother had booked the room through Expedia, and the app indicated that the room had been paid for. However, upon our arrival at 1 am on October 2nd, we were told the room had not been paid for, and the card on file didn't match the reservation. I had entered the card information, and it was the same card my mother was providing to the employee. When I tried to explain that the card was correct, the employee began screaming at me, saying she didn't get paid enough to deal with people like me. This was a shocking and unacceptable response. I believe that her response may have been influenced by racial bias, as she referred to "people like me." Throughout this ordeal, we remained calm and only tried to clarify the payment situation. I informed my 74-year-old mother that if she were charged twice, we could contact her bank to dispute the Expedia charge. However, the employee again became irate and told me to leave. This was completely unwarranted, as I was only trying to help my mother, who was now shaking uncontrollably. We do not know the employee's name, but she urgently needs training in proper customer service or perhaps a different employment path. Regrettably, we will never stay at this location again due to this dreadful experience.

Great experience. Price is right, easy access to get anywhere you need to go. Comfy beds. Good water pressure. Good breakfast. Great friendly service.

JUST DON'T. Despite trying to save a few bucks, you'll end up having to spend that same money on ointments and anti itch creams because this place is littered with BED BUGS and roaches. It was so bad that I awoke from my sleep because I was so itchy. My whole arm and legs were covered in bites. I searched the bed, and behold, bed bugs.... roaches in the bathroom, and the mini fridge didn't make it any better. I didn't attempt to eat any food here because if bugs were in the room, I could only imagine the kitchen. It's a 2-star hotel for a reason. In addition to the deteriorated walls, floors, and CONSTANT fault keys, I'll sum it up as truly an unpleasant stay. Don't risk it; listen to reviews. I like a budget and good score, but not having scars left from all the bites I received while staying at this hotel is something I would've paid extra for having stayed at a different hotel.

I loved it here! We had a room with 2 double beds. There was a sitting area with a couch. Had plenty of room for all ourluggage and a handicap scooter! If only they had biscuits and gravy at breakfast 😕! Good deal for under 100.00

I love staying at comfort suites but this time unfortunately was a little different. The first day the ac was not cold and I was sick all night because it just wasn’t cold and then the hot water wasn’t functioning properly which the manager apologized and offered a few options. We just dealt with it because we stayed two days and didn’t want to have to move everything again. The rooms were clean and nice otherwise. The front desk team and the kitchen staff Sarah was amazing per usual. However I was so upset and spiked at the fact that the other kitchen employee not only was rude yesterday and today but was being very unprofessional and hateful to Sarah. I have never seen Sarah (the only reason I know her is bc she introduces herself each time we stay here and is way more than accommodating for my kids and I) frown or be hateful Or rude even when there are always greedy customers. The incident was that Sarah was bringing more food out in a hot glass bowl and the other woman after being super rude and telling Sarah that the sausage was her job and jerked it out of her hands. You could see how hot the bowl was. She very well could’ve hurt herself or Sarah or a guest or all of the above. I have only asked the other woman (Yolanda I believe is her name) one question one time and when she snapped at me I never spoke to her again and that was a while ago. I understand there are bad days but Sarah deserves a raise or acknowledgment for her response, patience and respectfulness in that situation due to the fact that there is something always rude and stuck up about the other woman. This stay wasn’t very pleasurable due to the minor things that occurred, however Reese,Aj, and Sarah and the other 2 employees were more than accommodating and super nice and friendly and helpful. I will stay again at this comfort suites again and try to clear this stay to cs this time but I appreciate the staff because other than the one woman Yolanda everyone else was very professional and kind.

Staff is the best here! I would give a 3 but I can’t say enough nice things about the front desk help. My first stay there were a few baby roaches. So I wasn’t comfortable. My second stay I didn’t see any bugs. There are a lot of transients around, sadly for this hotel. It’s very clean and the breakfast is decent.

Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. We had billing problem with the website accidentally booking two reservations instead of just one. We did not find out until we arrived for check in. The staff were very helpful in navigating this issue. Management was friendly and easy to work with. We were ultimately refunded for the extra reservation that we did not need.

Our short vacay at this hotel was fine, but when you go in person thinking that all of the amenities that are offered when you make the reservation does not met the expectations. We couldn't use the pool because it's out of service and the laundry they do have in total four machines (two washers and two dryers) the washers are out of service too. For these reasons they earned only three stars with my visit. Hoping that they can get better.

I've loved the choice hotel chain, and choose these over any of the others Their prices are great, hotels are always clean. And their breakfasts are not too bad either. The only issue I had on this trip was the TV remote would not respond unless you were right next to the TV, and angled in just the right direction. Other than that, Great stay.

New carpet 2022, so none of that nasty smell and feel, hopefully that will last. The sofa sleeper was disgustingly stained and dirty. Lay a sheet on it before you sit down. Our AC worked great but the other room we had stayed pretty hot. The mini fridges didn't cool even after adjusting the cold. One bed frame was broken and sunk in the hole. You will definitely want to check the beds FIRST and hope maintenance isn't too busy. Breakfast was ok, waffles, scrambled eggs, sauage links, sweet rolls... the basic, free meal that will get you going for the day.

The room was very spacious and clean-ish. Someone had left food in the fridge and the cabinet that wasn't disposed of and therefore not cleaned. The couch, sheets, and comforter had stains but were washed; though they should probably be replaced. The hotel was going through some obvious renovations because the parts of the flooring were missing, there were workers doing renovations in the halls, the hot tub was inoperable and the pool was not heated as advertised. The entire area is under heavy construction so you have to go and exit up to be able to get back to the hotel; that's the only problem with location. One of the three hotel staff members we encountered was pretty rude when we inquired about the pool not being warm. I'm glad I only swam once during our stay because my friend ended up sick after he swam more. The water was yellow coming out of my swimsuit when I rinsed it back in the room.

Stayed here for labor day weekend. Paid for a king bed suite. Paid a little over $400 for the stay and was not impressed. Website advertises a hotel bar, but the bar is not operational and just has chairs stored behind it. Website advertises that bath robes would be included, this was not true either. Tried to go down to the hot tub to relax with my fiance, but at 10pm at night (pool area closes at 11pm) there were multiple kids running around and screaming and jumping in the pool and into the hot tub. (Posted rules say no running or horseplay in the pool area) but parents did nothing and hotel staff don't enforce the rules. Unless things change and false advertising stops, definitely will not be coming back.

WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! Not only is there a TON of false advertising on their website (i.e. the bar HAS NOT been open since COVID, if you get a king size room you DO NOT get a full kitchenette, there is definitely not enough parking for everyone staying in the hotel, you do not get bathrobes with your room.) My fiancé and I wanted to have a relaxing weekend but it has turned into a nightmare. Not only could we not utilize the pool area at all during our 3 day stay (pool was FREEZING and the hot tub was never free of kids or people) if we want breakfast in the morning it was better for us to just leave and get it somewhere due to the fact that if you don't get down to the lobby right when breakfast starts you more than likely won't get a table. Overall it has been a bad experience and I will never stay here again.

Under construction so it could have been better. The rooms are clean, breakfast was good but they are very understaffed and the third floor smells like mastic. Give it a month and it will be better. Please better staff your desk. That poor girl ...

The suite was roomy and comfortable. Their new housekeeping protocol is none during your stay. If you need towels, etc , you have to ring the desk. Not the kind of service I expected. The room needed a more thorough vacuuming. Guess I'm too picky.

Check in is at 3 pm, and not a minute sooner. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but beware the towel rack and hair dryer that will fall off the wall. Or the sink that doesn't drain well. The pool doesn't look near as nice or clean as online! Wierd smell, rusty fixtures, no fountains, and broken installations with a safety cone sitting over it. Pool hours say closed at 11 but people were going in and out slamming doors until 1am. The TV had horrible reception and constantly glitched out. Breakfast was basic. Bar is closed due to Covid still.
