I'm not really happy with this hotel for the price I paid . The rooms were dirty, most of the fixtures were not working, light bulb were missing. The toilet was clogged and there was roaches. Definitely I am not recommending this hotel .

The rooms were impeccably clean and that says a lot for me . The service at the desk was curious and friendly. The bathtub was amazing! Deep and comfortable for a long soak after a very hard day. I hope they do NOT change that with the upgrades

I realize that a Motel 6 isn't supposed to be nice, but wow. Upon walking into my room I immediately noticed that the blanket had holes in it and there was dirty and dust in the room. Only one towel was clean. There were multiple roaches in the room... Upside was that the electronics worked, to include the AC unit (which was super cold, so that's nice). Thankfully I didn't stay long, just 2-3 hours... But I would NOT recommend staying here unless you're really desperate. Even for a physical encounter I'd recommend spending maybe 10-20 more dollars for a higher quality place. 🙃

This place is just a disaster! Didnt see the blood on the top sheet until the second day. Travel w/ my own sheets and had pulled the cigarette burned bedspread & blanket down. BTW this was a non- smoking room. Killed a bug & there was garbage & left over pizza left outside for rats & 1 mangy looking cat. They definitely charged me more than their advertisement. LIVE & LEARN. At least I didn't see bedbugs!!

There was hair all over the room(s). For starters, I understand the accommodations a guest must make due to the renovation of the property. However, a guest (myself in question) should not be lied to about the availability of a room that was booked with specific amenities such as a king size bed. The gentleman working the night audit told me that there were no rooms with those beds and the site that was used to book had not been updated. This was not true as I was able to move into a room, a room I specifically booked. If you're reading this review, book somewhere else. The service will be better and you won't have to sleep in a swamp of someone else's hair. I could make this review much more thorough about my experience but I'm sure what I have mentioned including the pictures speak for themselves.

Friendly staff, rooms were clean, bldg is very old, you can tell they have tried to give it a face lift. However need to buy new sheets and covers for the beds. These were old, had cigarette burns in them, stains in them, this is very distasteful. Water was hot I'm the shower, ac was nice and cold. No other complaints. Buy new linens!! Your customers deserve that much!!

Room was very clean and nice. Fridge worked great and there was a iron board and blow-dryer. The shower was awesome as you could change the pressure of water. Customer service was great!!! Breakfast wasn't a lot of choices but enough for you to choose cereal or toast or hot food like eggs sausage and waffles. We would most definitely stay here again for the price

Wow! Had a last minute two day work stay in Waco and just wanted something affordable. Wasn’t sure what to expect as this looked like an older property. As soon as I entered the lobby I was relieved. The desk attendant was so friendly and the lobby was spotless and looked like it was recently remodeled. I was hopeful! The parking lot was well lit, clean and with a parking right right by my room. More hopeful. When I opened the door to my room I was amazed! It literally looked just like the photos! Not sure when they remodeled this location, but it is great! Spotless room, comfortable bed, new furnishings. What a value! Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here as a mid point on our way back home. They by far exceeded my expectations. Our room was large and smelled clean, linens were white, etc. Checked out early, decided to check their breakfast, to my surprise they had small egg omelettes, sausage, waffles, cereal, pastries etc. Wow! Saved ourselves from spending on breakfast! Friendly late night receptionist and friendly morning receptionist. Didn't get to use the pool but it was crystal clear. Traveled 2 adults and my 8 year old.

No elevator, no door knob to bathroom, no iron, no phone, and the bathroom sink is broke. Front desk receptionist wasn’t very professional and repeated my personal information out loud in front of other guest. She also couldn’t tell us where our room was. There is an ironing board but no iron. When we went to the desk to ask for one she said they didn’t have one. She didn’t even offer a different room. Maybe all the rooms are like this? I don’t know but the entire motel was gross and old. Never again.

Nice hotel. My coworker and I split a room each week...he comes up from Houston and I drive down from Oklahoma. Really easy to get in and out, the rooms are nice and clean and the beds are amazingly comfortable. I completely disregard all of the negative reviews in Google...this is a really nice hotel. Worth every cent. (Later) have any of you reading this ever noticed that most often the people who give the lowest ratings almost always have given the fewest reviews? And they use absolutes like "never", "always" and "worst" in their reviews. Get real.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Don't worry about the ROACHES... They just want the food. The Management & staff took all our electronics & all I can do is file a police report! IF you do stay here 1. Bring a can of RAID EXTRA STRENGTH. 2. Do not leave your room unguarded. 3. Do not trust anyone! They purposefully told us our card had cleared and then waited until we left the next day & took all our stuff without even trying to call us to try yo put the payment on another card. Don't be the next victim. According to the police, they are quite known for their practices. The police are just stretched too thin to devote the effort needed to shut this ring down.

This area is infested with homeless. Strong odor of urine basically around the entire outside of hotel. Room was clean and check in was smooth. The icing on the cake was pulling in at 3am and seeing a homeless couple mid sex act by the dumpster.

For the price, this surpassed my expectations. It was clean, the rooms were large and had TVs and fridges, there was a pool, and a large parking lot. The staff were helpful. It can be a pain to get to, however, and in a rather unsafe area of waco.

We traveled to Waco for the Tech/Baylor game and found the Days Inn. The room and bathroom were adequate. Clean and comfortable.

Loved their rooms for the budget minded people and their fast friendly personnel

Worst hotel ever! During the three days we stayed in here they never did the beds or even took the trash out. They don’t have breakfast either. The room LITERALLY stinks like lettuce. The bathroom door frame is completely destroyed and it doesn’t even stays shut. Just sleep in your car, it will be better!

Will never stay here again. Staff was rude and manager was too. We over slept and they kicked us out even when I asked for extra time. Plus rooms smelled like a strong chemical smell took a while to get used too. When we checked in they didn’t mention a time to check out, Housekeeper kept knocking to get out. They couldn’t go even answer the phone to extend our stay, horrible service don’t waste your money on this piece of trash.

The manager was rude and disrespectful. After swiping my card to pay it approved on my side but he said it declined. I even tried to show him where it was immediately debited on my account and he wouldn’t listen. He called customer service and before they could help him he noticed what he did wrong, no apologies for the inconvenience. After we left he said he would charge my room the 50$ deposit because my child wasted juice on the top sheet. It could’ve easily been washed out. Not to mention the bugs and cockroaches that are coming out at night, not sure if it’s bc of the renovation that is going on but it was disgusting, that he denied were there. Btw he was the owner. Do yourself a favor and pay extra for the nicer hotels.

It’s in the middle of being renovated so no complimentary breakfast however, it is lovely! The room we got was very nice, beautifully redone. The night clerk was pleasant. Outside looks trashy as far as a building goes BUT the inside is worth it.

Considerably, the worst Days Inn hotel/concentration camp I've ever stayed in. Security doors didn't work phone in room didn't work. A/C barely worked. Former motel 6. A bad one at that. First and last time at this dump. Why can't we give zero stars. They are just preying on unsuspecting Baylor visitors who don't know better than to stay away. I wouldn't here for free. Pics of closet(there is none) and horrible remodel job.

Arrived at hotel after second day of driving 8 hours. Entrance to hotel is not convenient. Google takes you to the parking lot of what looks like 2 buildings of condos. It's actually the back lot of the hotel. Went in to register & was given a room number & told it was behind the other building. There were 2 other buildings, one with workers remodeling, the other with people unloading for a stay. Couldn't find a room near my room number. Went back to the office & got major attitude from the young man with very little help in finding my room. There are 3 buildings. A simple map at the desk explaining where to go would have been very helpful. Room looked nice; clearly recently updated. All rooms have door to the parking lot. Sign on inside of my door says to be sure to lock deadbolt for safety. Deadbolt wouldn't turn even with the door open. There was no place to hang up hangers. Two pegs in the wall like you would use for jackets, but no hangers option. Also no where to sit your suitcase except the floor or the bed. Due to previous experience with bed bugs (elsewhere) nothing goes on the floor. No complimentary breakfast due to remodeling (no big deal to me) but I would have liked ice. I didn't see a lobby where one might be & I wasn't about to ask. The air conditioning worked well considering it was 102 outside. I would not stay here again. I don't like doors that open to the parking lot when I travel alone. And I was not impressed with the attitude when I was checking in. Seemed like I was interrupting his video game or something.

My son and I arrived after a long day to be informed our room wasn't ready due to short staffing in housekeeping. We left but was called 30 minutes later that our room was ready. Got back and entering the room was interesting. The only thing that seemed to have been done was clean linens and maybe swept. The bathroom had not been cleaned and the floor was not swept. Other than that, it was quiet and we slept well. Is it a cheap room? Yes. Nothing can be done about short staffing. There was some aesthetic improvements to be done but that's no deal breaker. The front desk staff were extremely friendly which is always a good thing.

They are remodeling and replacing everything from beds to the microwaves. So of course, it was a little messy but I can't wait to see it when they're finished. The owner donated mattresses and dressers to the community, anyone in need,, which I thought was very nice.

I would not recommend this motel unless you are desperate. The room smelled strange, but looked clean. When I pulled the sheets back one bed had black stains, the other, what looked like oil spots, all over. There were burn holes and other spots across the blankets as well. The floor was uneven like it had water damage so we had to watch where we stepped. The location feels overall unsafe. However, the lady at the front desk was polite. I could not even spend the night, I walked in, inspected the room, and checked out.

Rooms are nice n clean. Cozy bed n pillows. Price is very reasonable. They are renovating. Pleasant stay! I travel for work and will stay here when we come thru

Check in was great. The guy checking me in apologized for the look of the property since they were renovating the motel. The room was so out dated. The floor had gaps in it, the bathroom door handle was broke, the front door molding was needing repair too and the walls had cracks in them.
