Food and service was great. Had the spicy pimento cheese BLT. Good flavor and good spice. Multiple visits later and still feel the same way. Had the Kickin' Kay Lynne today on a crossaint.

The location is not large but comfortable. If you like chicken and wish to reduce your consumption of red meat, Chick could be your go to. They offer much more than chicken salad. Wait staff was nice and efficient. Try it!

The food was fresh and tasty. The decor is laid back and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will be back.

I have never been much of a chicken salad person until a friend recommended this place. It is well worth the drive from Austin (in my opinion), and I have passed the obsession on to another friend. The Fancy Nancy is the best! And you cannot skip out on the sugar cookie either, they are better than the frosted ones you find in stores (yes, I mean THOSE frosted sugar cookies).

I kept seeing this pop up on my social media, so I decided to give it a try since I was in the area. I tried the Classic Carol, which was great! I also got a scoop of the Buffalo, which was a tad spicier than I expected, but still super good!

Absolutely fantastic and I'm not the biggest chicken salad fan, but they have something for everyone. The lady at the counter explained everything in detail and everything was great.

Wow, if you know what I know you will give Chicken Salad Chick a try. They allow you to sample the many flavors of chicken salad they offer before you decide. The chicken is fresh and hearty. Too must try them as a chicken salad melt. “Who would have thought to make a melt” SO DELICIOUS!

I love this place! The guy working the register was really nice and had helpful recommendations. The lady (I assume the manager) was really helpful when I went back to purchase the drink I forgot to mention. Overall great experience and delicious, high quality food for a great price!

I am a creature of habit. I love to go somewhere I know I will get good service, quick food as I only get a 30 minute break, and delicious food!! They’re so kind and even know me by name I come so much 😂 10/10 can’t say enough good things about this place

It's hard to tout the name 'Chicken Salad Chick' if you don't make enough chicken salad for your customers to order and enjoy. Very disappointing to find out that there is NONE available when you walk into this restaurant. Two words: Do. Better.

I placed a order online because I’ve heard so many good things about this place. Let me start by saying my food taste absolutely amazing but the service wasn’t that great. The cashier was very quick with me, I didn’t get any eating utensils, when I took my bag to the car it was leaking because of the way the cashier handed it to me so it leaked all over my seats and when I opened the box my food was all mixed together. Also my broccoli salad didn’t have bacon on it as advertised. I may give it another try because the food taste good, hopefully service is better next time.

I am so glad to have found this place. It's a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a healthy lunch. We tried two different chicken salads and both were amazing. The staff was super friendly. Just like eating at a good friends's house. Southern hospitality at its best. We can't wait to go back!

I ordered on the app for the Waco store today. My card info was stored. I got a confirmation email. I set the order for 30 minutes. My friend went to get it and was told my order didn’t go through. I spoke to a VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL manager who accused me of entering my card info wrong or me not having enough $ in my account. I used to card saved in the app, if the info wasn’t correct why allow my order to go through and send me a confirmation email with an order number??? I have over $400 in my account. Instead of being helpful and allowing me to pay by phone, or allowing my friend to pay cash, she told me I need to check my bank account before I call them. I told her that maybe it’s their app or system, and she raised her voice and said it was “obviously an issue on my end” I’ve ordered via app for years, same way as today, without any issues. I’ve been a faithful customer. I could not believe how unprofessional, rude, insulting that manager was. Offered NO ASSISTANCE, no offer to make my order and help me in any way. I was talked down to and treated like I was just calling to annoy her. I was #10 in line at the grand opening and have ate there for years, at least weekly. I’m sad to say, after today, I’ll never eat there again. I don’t need to be verbally degraded and accused on not having $25 in my account because for some unknown reason (and the manager was clear she thought it was me) the order didn’t go through, EVEN THOUGH I GOT A CONFIRMATION AND ORDER NUMBER!!! One of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered, anywhere. I’ve worked customer service and I KNOW that this girl doesn’t have a clue on good customer service. You don’t raise your voice, talk down to or accuse someone of having insufficient funds to customers. I should’ve been offered an alternative to the app order. Why not take it by phone while we are speaking? Or allow my friend to pay…or better yet, why not CALL THE NUMBER on the order and let me know that my order didn’t process before we drive across town to be treated poorly and spoken to like I’m not even a person. There were many solutions that would’ve been acceptable and helpful, but this girl just wanted to be rude and unhelpful. I will go elsewhere and be treated like a paying customer.

This was my first time there. Food was good. The portions were a little small for my liking though.

This is THE place for delicious chicken salad sandwiches. I get their jalapeño chicken salad sandwich on wheat at least once a week and it is always consistently delicious. It’s no surprise to me that they just received the clean plate award based on their recent health score inspection. Keep doing what you’re doing and I’ll see you Thursday!!

Simply a sweet, unpretentious fun little chicken salad place with lots of different recipes - soup, salad & scoops of chicken salad. The counter help/ server was so sweet and they let you sample first, if you like! Nice music, no pressure atmosphere. Loved it!

The staff was the absolute nicest people and the food was wonderful! Who could imagine fabulous food fast. I can't wait to go back again.

I went to dinner with my friend and we both very much enjoyed our meal. We had the three choice selection and each thoroughly enjoyed it. It's definitely a girly type place and healthy too! Give it a try!

Fancy Nancy is soooo delicious it has grapes, nuts, and apples. If it's your first time like me I highly recommend this one to try. The jalapeno holly was not tasty bc it was super salty someone had a heavy hand. I wouldn't recommend due to that but maybe you might have better luck.

The food is great but the downside is when you are waiting in the drive thru and what you wanted to order is out. So basically waited for nothing. They need a FB post or something that tells us they are out of something that day. A note on the board is not enough when you've been waiting just to pull up on a sign that says they are out.

Great chicken salad, good prices. Also the pimento cheese is the best I've found in Waco. Out of 11 visits the employees have been pleasant every time and the food has been consistent.

I had a Trio, with Kicking Kay Lynne chicken salad on a crescent, the pasta salad, and broccoli cheese soup! They were all great! Lots of strong flavors, nothing watered down! I'll be back for sure!

Chick Salad Chick is unique in so many ways, and an excellent choice for a quality meal!...And the "Grape Salad"?...Yes, please!
