    I suggest having something called open but not operating. So nice once you reach 8:00 am, the doors are opened, but there are no operations until 8:30 am. So actually, the opening hours are not 8:00 am; it's 8:30 am unless if opening hours are physical description as not operational.

    Extremely long unnecessary complicated procedures, hundreds of patients for 1 employee to register them. No digital numbers for waiting. Very baad operation I went for an eye test only and it took me 2 hours to complete requested process.
