One of the worst gyms out there. They offer cheap yearly subscriptions but then you get stuck in an awful setting and environment. Be very careful before committing to a subscription there, and best to go to another gym if you can.

Ok gym, could get 5 🌟 if they had better facilities and professional, female coaches. Most of them look unfit and struggle to demonstrate basic exercises. On top of all of this when you approach them for help they look annoyed that they need to assist you. Most of the time they just sit and play on their phones even during peak times. Male coaches on the other hand are friendly and helpful, they advise you on form and alternative exercises. Facilities are ok but changing rooms definitely need an update. Half of the showers are broken, toilets are often unclean and the most shocking of all, female sauna is used by the coaches for eating!!! Go for low prices, variety of equipment and friendly male coaches.

I've been going here for a year now, and the thing that keeps me going is the people and the staff, everyone is friendly and they make you feel comfortable, the coaches are great you can ask anyone of them and they will be more than glad to assist you even if you're a beginner, they don't have a lot of machines though, they can surely use better equipment, they have good showers and there's hot water all year long.

They have events every now and then, where they play music, do competitions and give prizes and promotions. They equipments are good but need more improvement. Also they need to add more of them. The classes are so much fun and useful. I simply love this gym, you can consider it as a second home!

Gym has all the equipment you need. But they essentially have one of everything. So sometimes you have to wait your turn. There are several treadmills and bikes though. Staff are very nice, very helpful. Prices are very reasonable for the service you get. Showers are clean. Towels and lockers are provided. The equipment is in good condition, nothing is old. There are different classes all the time and lots of people join. It's a co-ed gym. There is always females working out. So it seems that it's a safe environment to come and work out in. There is small cafeteria that sells some drinks and snacks. Overall a very good gym for the price you pay.

They have amazing trainers very professional they know what they do, I was warming up for the chest to a team and I was happy that the trainer knew the warm up training I was doing, from my experience not a lot of trainers in Jordan showed they know what a rotator cuff warm up is.
