I
am
deeply
saddened
to
report
a
less
than
satisfactory
experience
during
my
recent
visit
to
the
hospital.
The
level
of
professionalism
exhibited
by
some
of
the
staff
members
was
truly
disappointing
and
did
not
meet
the
standards
one
would
expect
from
a
healthcare
facility.
Firstly,
the
appointment
system
seemed
to
be
quite
inaccurate.
Despite
having
a
confirmed
appointment,
I
found
myself
waiting
for
an
extended
period,
which
significantly
disrupted
my
day.
An
efficient
appointment
system
is
the
backbone
of
any
hospital,
and
it
is
distressing
to
witness
such
glaring
discrepancies
in
the
scheduling.
Moreover,
the
attitude
of
some
of
the
staff
members
was
far
from
professional.
It
was
apparent
that
several
individuals
were
more
engrossed
in
their
personal
phones
than
in
attending
to
the
patients
awaiting
assistance.
I
observed
some
employees
engaging
in
casual
conversations
with
their
colleagues,
seemingly
oblivious
to
the
growing
frustration
and
anxiety
among
the
patients.
What
disturbed
me
the
most
was
the
sheer
neglect
displayed
towards
patients
who
deserved
undivided
attention
and
care.
In
a
setting
where
compassion
and
attentiveness
should
be
paramount,
the
indifference
exhibited
by
the
staff
members
was
entirely
unbecoming.
I
sincerely
hope
that
the
management
takes
note
of
these
concerns
and
implements
the
necessary
measures
to
rectify
the
situation.
It
is
imperative
that
a
hospital
maintains
a
high
standard
of
professionalism
and
empathy
to
ensure
the
wellbeing
and
satisfaction
of
all
patients.
