Disappointing.
Upon
placing
my
order,
I
was
astounded
by
the
discourteous
demeanor
of
the
staff.
The
lack
of
basic
courtesy
and
professionalism
was
evident
as
they
informed
me
that
my
food
would
take
an
entire
hour
to
prepare,
despite
my
proximity
to
the
restaurant.
To
exacerbate
matters,
I
explicitly
requested
hot
food,
only
to
be
informed
that
it
would,
regrettably,
arrive
at
my
doorstep
in
a
state
barely
warmer
than
room
temperature.
Such
a
blatant
disregard
for
customer
convenience
and
satisfaction
is
simply
unacceptable.
As
a
patron,
I
expect
a
certain
level
of
respect
and
service,
both
of
which
were
sorely
lacking
during
my
recent
encounter
with
Burger
Makers.
To
add
insult
to
injury,
when
I
decided
to
cancel
my
order
a
mere
5
minutes
after
hanging
up,
the
lady
I
spoke
with
began
arguing
in
an
astonishing
display
of
brazen
rudeness.
She
went
on
to
threaten
that
they
would
block
my
number,
a
response
that
not
only
defies
logic
but
further
demonstrates
the
lack
of
professionalism
and
customer-centric
values
within
your
establishment.
I
sincerely
hope
that
this
feedback
serves
as
a
constructive
critique,
prompting
the
necessary
improvements
to
elevate
the
standards
of
customer
service
at
Burger
Makers.
As
it
stands,
my
experience
has
left
me
with
a
bitter
taste
that
overshadows
any
potential
appeal
the
establishment
may
have
had.
