    Very unprofessional customer care team and take too long to answer. They had a 50% discount if payment is done through any Arab bank card. After I paid using my Arabi card the discount did not go through and they charged me the full amount. After following up with their support team, they just apologised and did not refund and only stated that the offer was only for registered users which was not the case when I placed my order as can be seen from the screenshot. Use Careem box much more professional team with more heart and faster response time.

    Talabat has become the worst food delivery company in Jordan. The customer service is deteriorating. Would prefer directly calling the restaurant / shop or using other platforms. Especially when they started allowing a single driver to pick up more than one order. Cold food, extremely late, wrong orders and so on. Disappointed

    The worst experience ever ! I tried ordering from talabat mart and it was a big failure ! They deducted the whole amount of money from my credit card then they said the order couldn't be completed for technical issues. I asked them to send me the order and they said I have to reorder and pay again and they will send me the money of the first order after one week ! What a big disappointement !!!

    I've never had more frustrating experiences in my life tbh. Prices are way high at Talabat mart and nobody checks the items before they go out to customers. Also, funny thing, I ordered from one restaurant recently without Talabat, and it arrived very hot. When I ordered it with Talabat it was cold as hell. It seems the driver takes few orders with each other. Not an efficient company policy.

    Delivery guy stole 50 jod from me!! I ordered food, the delivery guy arrives with no change on hand, i gave him 50 and told him to go get a change. He stopped answering my calls, and it’s been two hours since the incident. I want my money back

    The worst food application. 1st, they are not accurate and they do not deliver on time as promised. I receive the food cold and missy from the drivers. on top pf that, today I made an order and it got cancelled by them after it got confirmation, and they did not send any notification; I had guests on lunch and I was embarrassed because the food was not even delivered. The receipt is sent to my e-mail. finally and most importantly, there is no mean of communication with them, or to submit any comments or complaint. communication doors are closed; which is so weird. I will uninstall their application and never order again.

    This is the worst service ever. Not only their customer service is useless, but also their discount vouchers are all fake. The discount vouchers will either not work or tell you that they expired, and their customer service pretends that they will help you but they do nothing. There are many much better alternatives out there.

    Worst experience ever!! It was Ramadan and I’m inviting relatives for iftar and they kept on assuring me that driver is assigned and all is set, the status in the. application even said that the order was delivered.. just 10 minutes to iftar they told me the order was canceled!!! No contact number is available and the chat service staff promised the manager would call in 30 minutes and of course that is still not fulfilled!! No refund yet!!!

    This is the worst experience ever! I can't believe how unprofessional and religion discrimination is the staff. I ordered in Ramadan at noon, giving the fact I'm not Muslim, means I can order any time as long as the restaurant allows it. They, the unprofessional as they are, got me the food cold and after 7:30 pm , expecting me to forcefully fast with them or having no food at all! Of course, being frustrated that the delivery took hours and it's cold, I refused it. They said they'll get me bring me another, after half an hour they cancelled my order saying they cant finish it because of the lockdown. Not only I didn't get my order, and I felt religious discrimination from the staff, it's like people that work in there put their pride before their work. I asked for refund, and even the customer service was dull and didn't help me that much. I WILL NEVER EVER, ORDER THROUGH TALABAT AGAIN!

    If I can give it zero stars I would. Worst service ever. After an hour of ordering, it appears that my order was canceled without anything letting me know. And this has happened more than once, my bad for trying again. Also, the delivery is very expensive, and slow. I switched to Careem now which is reliable, affordable, and fast.

    They are not worth even a star .. it should be unrated . The worst delivery service I have ever seen in the world. They bring drivers from Mars that don’t know common sense and don’t think except looking at locations provided which are not always correct and do not know main streets’ names .. I feel sorry for who takes 4 or more calls .. just to know address…

    So there’s this awesome restaurant that I won’t mention that had a promotion going on. Order arrives messier than the people behind desks running call centers, and i get charged the price with no promotion. 12 hours later they call saying they want a picture of my food, i regret not sending them a photo of my toilet😁. So Talabat basically committed a robbery and practiced false advertisement simultaneously. God bless them

    VERY VERY bad experience, and not once, SEVERAL times. I do not usually write bad reviews. But Talabat is so bad. Incompetent drivers, slow service, unprofessional, and the list can go on. Too bad I paid with my credit card and after cancelling my order they gave me back the money as a voucher. Well thank you, never ordering from you again.

    They have many technical issues with adding visa cards. Also if you have talabat credit , you cant use it with cash on delivery payment, which I consider silly since many people doesn't have card and depend in cash. The delivery charg is over the top for most of the restaurants. Really unreasonable prices. I gave the extra star because they once did a mistake in my order then refund me as talabat credit when I complained. But now I cant use the credit because they need it to be with card payment and the app didn't accept my 3 cards which by the way work perfectly with other apps. So now the credit I have will be expired next week without me using it. Shame on them.

    This delivery service is lacking experience and professionalism, they don't know where the heck is your address, most of the time they go to a different location and then expect you to go find them, they deliver cold food an hour after it's been ready in terrible condition, they really should close down this business and go do dish washing or peel potatoes.The worst ever.

    Usually I don’t have issues with this service but today, for the second time, I’ve had a very strange request made by the driver. The first time, about a month ago, the driver asked to take a picture of my ID. He said that it was to prove that he had delivered the order. Today the driver pulls out his phone and says he has to take a picture of the house to prove the order was delivered. Both times they said that Talabat requested this. Both times I said no. I think it’s highly unprofessional for a company to ask for such things. It’s clearly an invasion of privacy and they should figure out a different way to get proof of delivery. Such as asking for a signature like couriers do. If this is not requested by Talabat then it’s equally, if not more worrying. If this happens again I will definitely stop using this service.

    There is too many issues with their service - They charge you 2JD for deliverg and do multiple orders for different people that cause ur food to be late and cold - There is no way you can reach them and talk to their customer service - The added price they add is too much. - Even tbeir customer service blame you and will do anything to convince you that its your fault - There is always an issur with talabat mart that they replace items randomly without asking you and i dont even think they read what you ordered

    They gave me wrong order, the order arrived 2 hours late (the time was 12:30 at night), and the driver wouldn’t come back so they basically took my money and then after I contacted them they apologized and put money in my account and when i checked the day after they blocked my account and after i contacted them they kept stalling and waisting my time so i contacted again and they told me that my account was blocked permanently and that they can’t do anything about it so i questioned why and that I’m supposed to be mad with the bad service they repeated saying that my account is blocked

    Delivery was incredibly slow. I called the restaurant but said the food was made a long time ago but no one came to pick it up. After several calls, headache and absolute starvation the order finally arrived. COLD. I will never in my life order from your awful company again. And if I saw anyone I know using it I will immediately ask them to delete it. Ultimate failure.

    Never Ever Pay Online to Talabat! خذ بنصيحتي وادفع لهيك شركات كاش فقط. Unprofessional and untruthful. This is one of the worse service companies I’ve dealt with lately. The support is awful and the app itself functions poorly. I’ve ordered from a café at 8:25pm where the app says the café closes at 9pm. The order was confirmed, the payment was made. Then after checking my order at 8:40, the order was reported as cancelled. I called the café, they said they close at 8:30 and my order was confirmed at 8:25. When I told him that it’s listed they close at 9, he told me it was Talabat’s mistake. I talked to the support at Talabat and they told me the amount would be returned to my Talabat account. I told them I want it returned to my Bank account. It has been 8 days till now, I haven’t received the payment amount and their support team just keeps sending the same message, as to wait… If you want my advice, never ever pay online to Talabat, they’re just not reliable.

    Drivers takes up to 5 orders in one trip. Food almost always arrived cold. And the last best experience; i got my fries half eaten.. because the driver was stuck in traffic & got bored. Talabat; you need to do better. Disappointing service & staff. Won’t be using the app again 👎🏻

    The prices on talabat application are higher from the ones on the restaurant prices, which is a problem if we pay through visa, and after contacting talabat they did not solve this issue, as they said that the restaurant updated its prices without informing talabat !!!

    Worst experience ever…I ordered from a place that i wont say it name..so I reported my problem..someone from the help center called me..in the call she told me to photograph the wrong order..so i did when i went to send the picture..i realised that i got blocked!!
