Total Rip off!!! would not recommend as it would give credit to the owner who happens to be a pushy, arrogant, sleeze ball. everything costs double and the owner justifies it by repeatedly mentioning that he is a parrot expert! that is also besides the fact that shop is too small and overcrowded with otherwise beautiful pets

They made us pay more than double the price for our pet, we asked other people/shops they said that’s way too expensive, and they wanted to take double the price for other services. The owner of the shop talked to us in a really bad way. I feel so bad for the animals there. If I could give zero stars I would definitely do that!!

Edit: The owner responded to my 1 star rating and wanted clarification About one year ago we went to buy a kitten from this shop, iirc it was a british shorthair, we had no experience with cats so we didnt know it was less than 2 months old, which is a big problem since the cat wouldnt have weaned off of its mother for a long enough period. The cat had many health and behevioral problems causing us to take her to the vet more than 5 times for various problems. So my rating is simply because the owners of this shop blatantly dont care about customer satisfaction and more importanly dont care about the cats health.

They don’t even deserve a star. Very bad experience. Every single piece of information given about the cat was misleading. Their sole purpose to rip your money. They will carelessly lie about everything from the age to the breed. Once they receive your money, you will witness a horrible pet purchasing experience. Also other pet food and necessities are very overpriced. Pets need immediate medically attention and this shop needs monitoring. They simply don’t care…

horrible pet store. the animals are sick & the food is expired the poor animals are shoved in cages with horrible care. the owner doesnt care about you or your animals or his animals even, he only cares about his reputation which is ironic since he gives horrible customer service. coming to this place will be a waste of time & i DO NOT recommend it.

Horrible, disgusting costumer service. We bought a British Shorthair that was supposed to he hypoallergenic with minimal shedding. Come to see that was false. I had to drive my daughter to the hospital because she got such bad allergies she couldn't breathe comfortably anymore. In addition, the cat had ear mites which could've eventually infected us too. Horribly overpriced and when we tried to return the kitten for our daughter's safety, the owner refused despite a one week guarantee. The animals in the store are mistreated, dirty and sick and most of them were cramped in horrible dirty cages with no adequate food, water or medical care. The store smelled like aninal feces and the owner did not give accurate information, risking our daughter's life. Please read the reviews and do not buy a pet from this store, for your own sake and health and for the poor animals that are being mistreated and hurt every single day of their lives.

I got a kitten about a month ago from this place. He sold me sick kitten with feline herpes and ring worm. His vaccines are not trust worthy and i have to repeat them all! Every vet i went to said the health problems my kitten has is due to the breeder’s lack of care and hygiene! I’ve had to spend more on his medication than what he actually cost. But i would never return it to him because of the horrible conditions he keeps them in

I met the owner who looks like he should've been called abo teez, and the shop smells bad, but abo teez smells even worse. He kept singing, everytime i tried to talk to him, he would just start singing

Extremely horrible place I got a kitten the next day it was extremely sick we took it to a vet and they said it had feline panleukopenia ,it obtained this virus from this horrible place . Kittens usually don’t survive this virus even if it did it would only live up to 2.5 years.not to mention the prices , everything was doubled and not good quality 0/10 would not recommend.

It‘s heartbreaking seeing those animals in extremely small cages, that are barley bigger than themselves. Honestly this is animal cruelty… Please do not support this!

I bought a British shorthair cat supposed to be 2 months old who I discovered that she is 5 weeks only and she was sick her first month was very difficult I took her to the vet more than 4 times and she had fungal infection that infected me and my daughters

I own a male cat and I always shop for his food and equipment from here. I find this place very professional with their customer service. They offer verity of products that fits every customer's needs, and what's more important to me is how helpful they are when you need their help on how to deal with different kind of bets! I strongly recommend this place for bet owners and I thank them deeply for their help and professionalism!

worst pet shop in Amman

A very small shop, very crowded. Keeping cats and dogs in small cages really not the way to do it.

Pets there are literally suffering in small dirty cages , don't buy any of them because you encourage them to torture more poor souls

One of the best pet shops I have entered in Amman , what amazes me the professionalism of the employees in the shop , variety of pets breeds that fulfill your requirement . Assuring healthy conditions and pure breeds and proper food that keeps your pet in safe health . The great experience and provided pets made me buy an African grey parrot, British short hair beautiful cat and a Pomeranian puppy all very healthy and clean. I highly recommend anyone to visit this eye catching shop.

Worst pet’ experience ever. We took our cat female to be coupled with one of the cat males. The owner promised to return back money if not pregnant. After 10 days, the cat was full of parasites, very thin and hair was falling. Moreover, the cat didn’t get pregnant and the owner didn’t return back the money. Health wise, this place should close down. Treatment wise, the owner isn’t committed to its own word. Would put 0 stars if I was able to do it

I have got my bird toy from this shop and it’s amazing total cost was 65 JD. owner was very nice and worker was so friendly.
