The wait time was longer than expected, and the receptionist was not very welcoming. Once she finally got in to see the eye doctor, She felt rushed through the examination. It seemed like the doctor didn't take the time to address my concerns or explain the results thoroughly, and the way of the medical explanation from the doctor is unacceptable by the voice tone and the way of interaction with the patient, So she left feeling uncertain about my eye health. Moreover, The cleanliness of the clinic left much to be desired. The waiting area appeared a bit shabby, and she had concerns about the hygiene standards. I hope to take this feedback seriously and works on improving the overall patient experience. Eye health is essential, and patients should feel valued and cared for during their visits.
