😠 The worst airline company on planet earth. Completely unprofessional, they never pick up the phone, and once they do they’re little to no help.     The worst airline company on planet earth. Completely unprofessional, they never pick up the phone, and once they do they’re little to no help. We arrived in Jordan Thursday at 2pm and ofcorse our bags were missing. We had 3 bags and it has been 5 days us trying to reach out and get an idea of where our bags. I have barley any clothes, not to mention most of our medications are in the bag. Unfortunately they never pick up the phone. It’s a joke of an airline, if u see an ad for royal Jordanian Id stay away if I were u.

    Amman to Chicago. 1. When we arrived at this location a day before to drop off our 9 big bags that we were told and reassured they will be directly going to Omaha Nebraska ,our final destination. We were 4 people, the man helped us situate the seating all next to each other as we are a family and have kids (under 11). Stay tuned because everything is exactly the opposite of what we were told at this office. 2. We get to the plane and suddenly our seats get changed and we are all separated. The airplane staff were all very disrespectful with long unnecessary stares at our family. Not a single flight attendant had a smile on their face. When we were provided the meals I asked politely about the drinks and got answered in a rude way that it’s coming up in a bit. 3. We arrive in Chicago and they proceed to tell us that we have to go claim our 9 big bags and take them to check in for the Omaha flight. We explained how the guy at the office in Amman told us they will be sent directly to Omaha and the tsa lady just looked at us and laughed and said “ you guys aren’t the first people to come from a Royal Jordanian flight and been told the same lie.” In conclusion, never again royal Jordanian. Wallah 0 stars if I could. Just some rats that want your money, they don’t care about us. If it was a $500 flight I’d understand but the fact each ticket was between $1400 x 4 people. Had to put up with lies and horrible customer service. Save your time and money fly other airlines if you can.

    Don’t believe the good reviews. I don’t know how this airline is still functioning. If I could give them a minus rating I would. They are horrible to their loyal crown customers. Trust me never fly with RJ. They will steal from you in one aspect or another. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from Royal Jordanian. They should feel ashamed of themselves but unfortunately they don’t care.

    This is absolutely worth zero stars. Zero customer service or care. Trying to reach the delayed bags representatives over the phone for the past week but no one is willing to pick up the phone and you go into a loop of automated voice recordings. Reaching them through social media is not helpful too as they will ask you to provide more information through official channels which is not working too…

    I enrolled in their frequent flyer program and i had the worst experience with them, they took away my free upgrade once they updated my status from gold to platinum!!!! Its like iam getting punished for moving up. When i visited their frequent flyer office in Amman by the fifth circle i had a far more worst experience, iwas never ever greeted by the staff when i walked in, the lady who waved me to her dest talked to me with a condescending tone and basically shut me down in the first minute i tried to explain my concern and rushed me off the office. She acted as if she had better and more important things to do which defeats the purpose of having the office there for the frequent flyers like myself, her attitude was unacceptable and without any sense. So i just walked out without any resolution feeling worst than when i walked in

    I would say it is highly convenient for travellers to be able checking their luggages in prior to actual travelling time by a day or even by 8 hours time saving travellers lots of time and waiting in line at the airport standard check-in counter with hundreds of travellers in line; Royal Jordanian at the 7th circle building was able to make such convenience possible. Thanks!

    Service is not good at all. As for the offices, horrible experience. They give you the hardest time. They never keep their word. Back in 2012 they made some flight changed without informing me only to know that they did it intentionally and i got stuck in a horrible hurricane in New York, and they never mentioned it or helped me find a hotel, "i was flying with an infant". In 2014 they refused to refund a tick on a deceased passenger even though it states that in case of death we will refund. But they refused. I do not recommend flying with them.

    It’s my first time booking with RJ and it’s the last time to do so first of all the fly got delayed due to the weather which it’s not anyone fault and they told us it’s only gonna delayed for 1 hour and the one hour turned out to be 6 hours which they should have informed us from the beginning after that we went to the airplane and after sitting for an hour in the airplane they informed us that there is an mechanical issue with the airplane and got us down from it. I asked them for a taxi to take me back instead of the airplane which they refused to provide me with and I have tried to explain multiple times that I just want to arrive to my destination because I have another plan to catchup to and I have important meetings in the morning, also me and a lot of the other passengers had another flight in the next day which they refused to refund the tickets not to mention the bad attitude from RJ team which they even did not bother to hear us and the hotel that they have booked which is very disappointing in addition they did not even bother to provide us with food which dose not make any sense because we have spent 8 hours in the airport. It’s the worst flight experience that I ever had.

    If your travelling with RJ , using the terminal service is a great experience… Advance Boarding service where you can begin your journey in ease. Drop-off your bags, obtain your boarding pass and choose your seat. Taking advantage of these services in the convenience of our City Terminal means a smoother process at QAIA and more time to relax before your flight.

    The worst airline i have ever tried!!! Very poor services, planes are too old, AC wasnt working properly, the chairs are dirty, they also change and cancel flights without even telling you! And when you ask to change it they will say you have to pay!!!! This is not acceptable nor professional! They dont answer calls. Their system is very poor and I faced too many errors was unable to change my seats. NEVER AGAIN

    It was the worst experience of my life. My flight was from Memphis to Amman. They charged me shipping of the my bags and refused to give me my money when I complained. ( I have this bags in my ticket)

    1.They need to be more faster when they doing the process. 2.they don't have any social distance during corona. 3.the call center doesn't give any Information regarding there will be a payment of 2 JOD for each bag.

    Shame! Should be convenient and a huge advantage for the national carrier.... What a shame. Crowded. No help. Unprofessional. Too long of a wait. Frequent flyer means nothing to them.... Very hot as AC is not working. No one to talk to on the phone Absolutely un acceptable. It doesn't take much to fix.

    Great flight service, very clear announcements before take off, during the flight and after landing. There's a huge difference in the cleanliness of the toilets, they've improved alot throughout the years. Very friendly and professional staff, ground staff and flight staff.

    Speedy service for checking in, always go for the office at 7th circle to speed up your boarding process. Saves time and effort and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

    I would like to thank Adam Minwir specifically for going above and beyond for helping me with my precheck in experience. Helped me find a comfortable seat. Explained the entire itinerary through and through and took care of me. A breath of fresh air to royal Jordanian’s usual less than average experience.

    Don’t travel with RJ. They don’t care about the customer. I booked a ticket that was refundable and they won’t refund it. They are an extortionist company filled with corruption. Stay away and don’t invest your time and energy with RJ. Fly Ryanair, better pricing and better customer service

    Extremely bad experience I came from YYZ to Queen Alia International, and my stuff was missing for three days before being returned. Many valuable items are missing, one of which is an Apple iPad, which they claim we left in YYZ because it has a battery. I called YYZ it's but it's not there! Suddenly I found it through the "find me" app at Queen Alia International Airport! Also, my bag was 28 kg, according to the label, when they returned it 24 kg (like they stated), where are my 4 kg? I'm fairly certain that more than 4 kilos were stolen. They accused me of being a liar until I show them proof They didn't make enough effort The staff are utterly unprofessional and indifferent

    I took the plane between Aqaba and Istanbul with a stopover in Amman on September 29th, unfortunately my checked luggage in Aqaba Airport arrived in Istanbul after 4 days!!!! No explanations and no apologies from the company, what a shame!!! And I had payed 300 euro for that flight... Travelers between Jordan and Turkey should better fly with Turkish Airlines :)

    Hot line does answer telephone calls I could not drop bags for my wife and kids because they were not with me even I had their passports with me They close 15min before official time Complicated process which makes it almost useless In addition to low food quality and non working screens the prices are high I feel my self forced to take other airlines

    I forgot to add something lol during covid they had huge lines from the gat to the covid testing that u also had to stand in for hours but guess what they did? They offered what they called it was (VIP) Which was a few guys walking back and forth with VIP signs that if u pay them $10 jordan dinars they walk u to the front of the line to cut in line lmaooo i guess that $10 fee must really do magin lol pay ur or stand in line like dogs! Oh and they are still the only ones asking for all this covid requirements to make more money off of you and the only ones that require it for kids under 3 years old and they are also the only airport that u can ask 10 different employees the same question and come back with 11 different answers lol they are all lodt and they dont know what they are doing lol i fly so much i have so many funny stories like the time they tried to steal my knife or they agreed to let someone pass with stuff if they were given a bape pen or a cell phone but i only put down the things u and everyone will go through if u fly eith them everytime!

    Excellent Telephone answering reps as well airplane crews. While the 7th circle bag check-in office is very rough l/ gloomy place as well as the staff ( not friendly). Almost impossible to see one employee smiling, I saw 6-7 employee, WOW

    website payments and reservation do not work (supposedly the core function of any airline) if you want to go to their customer center, there are long long long waiting times, queuing system does not make sense. EDIT: changed raiting to 3 stars because the employee lady was very helpful and friendly
