Would
be
more
true
if
they
rebrand
from
Smart
Buy
to
Don't
Buy
Smarty.
I
went
to
buy
ink
for
the
Laser
Printer
I
purchased
from
the
Same
shop
a
while
back.
I
first
went
to
the
cash
register
to
get
him
to
pull
out
my
information
in
order
for
him
to
later
advise
one
of
the
sales
assistants
on
the
exact
ink
cartridges
I
needed.
But
no,
he
pointed
with
his
hand
towards
the
direction
he
thought
I
might
find
what
I
needed.
The
person
there
knows
EVERYTHING
said
eager
to
make
the
customer
someone
else's
problem.
So
I
went
on.
Found
someone
near
the
ink
section
and
attempted
to
explain
my
situation,
which
he
found
absurd.
He
demanded
I
give
him
the
make
and
model,
I
explained
they
should
pull
it
out,
again.
Another
salesperson
comes
in,
finds
it
equally
absurd
that
I
should
ask
for
the
4th
time
one
of
the
TENS
of
personnel
to
pull
out
my
info
and
YOU
figure
out
amongst
yourselves
the
exact
code
for
the
ink
cartridge
for
the
printer
the
customer
purchased
from
YOUR
shop.
MR.
Black
suit
had
the
audacity
to
mockingly
ask
the
fifth
and
final
sales
assistant
what
he'd
do
if
he
went
out
to
buy
ink.
The
4
of
us
had
the
pleasure
of
listening
to
the
wise
words
coming
out
of
Mr.
Suit's
brainy
mouth
as
he
walked
us
through
the
steps,
one
at
a
time,
on
how
to
buy
ink.

of
the
"Smart
Buy"
team
I
spoke
to
today,
looked
at
me,
agreed
that
of
course
they
can
pull
out
the
info,
took
me
to
the
desk
and
made
sure
everything
was
in
order
before
I
purchased
the
item.
The
lady
that
gave
him
the
info
at
the
counter
was
also
pleasant.
We
don't
need
you
to
act
overjoyed
to
see
us
customers
as
we
walk
in,
but
be
civil
will
You?
Practical
wouldn't
hurt
either.
Your
team
lives
up
to
the
saying:
Give
a
man
enough
rope
and
he'll
hang
himself.
All
customers
need
to
do
is
stand
calmly
and
watch
you
scramble.
You
want
more?
When
we
bought
the
printer,
we
instantly
had
to
take
it
twice
for
repairs,
the
first
time
they
swapped
it
for
a
new
one,
and
the
second
time
they
gave
it
back
with
no
cables
and
it
was
COVERED
in
dust
and
scratch
marks
😨
Not
even
slightly
exaggerating.
I
definitely
would
never
buy
anything
from
this
place.
I
dislike
going
there
because
the
experience
is
guaranteed
to
be
a
horrible
one.
The
staff
is
either
trained
to
be
rude
or
not
trained
at
all,
the
jury
is
still
out
on
that
one.
Have
to
live
with
a
defected
printer
because
the
paper
cartridge
doesn't
work
properly
and
my
cables
are
not
the
right
colour.
Yes
it
does
matter.

you
should
know
you're
getting
a
bad
rap
because
of
this
carrier...
I
wouldn't
buy
a
Samsung
branded
gadget
because
of
bad
customer
service
I've
experienced
here.
They
did
put
some
of
the
blame
mishandling
of
the
device
on
your
company
policy.
Hope
I
never
have
to
write
such
a
bad
review
to
anyone
again.
