I ordered to be delivered home.. it was one of the worse meals ever.. the food is not edible.. the fried fish fillet in sayadieh was neither fresh nor cooked, the chicken fatteh was oily meanwhile the halloumi rolls were cold and not fresh.. I am really sad for such food quality.. it is shameful

Used to be the best in every thing...but during my visit today, I was impressed by the new decorations and disappointed with the quality of food.....all of it. I feel petty for the drop in food quality from 5 starts to 1 star. The staff were kind enough to take my notes.

Customer Service is good. Location is nice and decorations are interesting. I have issues with broken serving plate, extremely soggy and oily fries and bathrooms not clean. Liver and Humus were good. Grape leaves and zucchini were good but seems like it was prepared in advance and frozen. Tabouli Was good.

Beautiful place, full of details! The food is tasty with generous portions. I highly recommend the stuffed falafels with dried tomatoes. The missing star for the slow service.

We visited it on a non rushed timing, number of used tables less than 7 tables. The welcoming was good and the staff during our visit is really good and cooperative, requesting our order was easy as well, the food took time to be on the table, some of the meat dishes were not warm enough and we asked to rewarming it. The food is not delicious as usual, out of 6 appetizers 2 were good, the rest are on average, and I mean you will find better restaurants serving these dishes... The valet parking service is expensive compared to others, it is 3 JDs, other locations including 5 starts hotels are 2 or 1 JDs. I was not that happy with the visit.

Food was good as always, and they have new items in the menu. I tried some of them and all is great. Service is good and staff are welcoming Good place that I usually revisit

They refused to turn on the AC in a heat wave that happen every few years, could not taste the food because it was too hot.

Worst experience ever, once they sent the wrong order, once they send the food cold as ice, and twice the order took more than an hour an a half. just bad
