Best of the Fast Food Restaurants. Burgers tasty and juicy. Even their chicken sandwich is good and not overly peppered like McDonald's chicken sandwich. Great Chocolate or Vanilla Frosty. Hot fresh fries. Delicious salads. The best chili and baked potatoes. Convenient location in Wahiawa. Ample parking and seating. Great Customer service. Fast drive through. Fancy soda dispensers for all combinations of soda inside. Usually a crowd during weekday lunch, but fast service anyway. Air Conditioner is a little colder than most.

I am very happy with this Wendy's. Friendly, clean, accurate. Food was great. Most of all though I'm very happy with their honesty. Seems I forgot my change and didn't realize it until later. I called them and they said they tried to stop me but it was too late. I went back and they apologized and gave me back my change. May God bless them.

There is a young man who works the drive thru that isn't very personable, almost to a point of being rude. I KNOW good help is hard to find, but if you hate your customer facing job that much, couldn't you do better at a position without any contact?

I’m Surprised I haven’t done a review on Wendy’s but then I remembered I decided to start including fast food reviews as well so it made more sense then. Because they no longer had my favorite Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger, I decided to try their Pretzel Bacon Pub Classic Chicken Sandwich. They had this in Beef also but I felt like Chicken today. I really liked it. A fairly juicy piece of crispy chicken on a nice toasty but soft pretzel bun, applewood smoked bacon, muenster cheese, crispy onion strings, & their pub beer cheese sauce. I would definitely order it again. I’m not a huge fan of their fries so I ordered a small but I definitely had a Large Strawberry 🍓 Lemonade 🍋. I always order this for my drink at Wendy’s. Very Sweet but Yummy 😋 perfect a hot Summer. I scored a free Strawberry 🍓 Frosty too. It was the first time I had Strawberry. I usually order Vanilla but since it’s limited I wanted to try it. I Love it!! I hope they add it to the permanent frosty lineup. After all, they already have chocolate and vanilla right? It only makes sense 🤔. My Husband had the Dave’s Double Cheeseburger with Large fries. He enjoyed it too. I gave them 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because I never had a problem with my orders and their previous Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger was great, however their breakfast is another story. I had the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit and that thing was as dry as the Lauhala hat sitting in my den. The Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant was as greasy as that crazy rooster running up and down our street. Ugh. 😑 Anyway that’s why its only four stars. If breakfast improves I will rate again. But dinner today was good 😌👍

Nasty manager, tocustomers and her staff. Mgr kept playing with her hair which was dirty and long. She snapped at a new employee who asked for her help. The soda machine wasn't working correctly. I asked for help and she told me to," go try it again!!!". The food was cold, frys were over salted and the burger was dripping mayonnaise and ketchup. When I asked for fresh fries, she walked away and didn't return. Employee just stared at me. Manager should be removed as it is a very bad reflection on Wendy's company. This is not our 1st visit here, but each time she's on, I would not want her in my business. We asked for a large meal, paid for it as large but got a medium. She refused to replace it and snottily told me, " that's what you ordered". Very sad way to run a business.

Issac and Jasmine were excellent in their customer service skills this evening it was truly a blessing coming to dine at this establishment tonight. Thank you for an excellent dinner date with great food and a great carry out experience.

At about 6:30-7pm the drive thru was taking 15min just to reach the intercom to order. So I decided to park & walk inside to place my order. But ALL of the doors were locked. I could see the employees & they could see me but chose to ignore me. I was not the only one who got out of the drive thru to walk in to place an order. Later that same night I went back the drive thru was moving along I placed my order employee told me my total due I drove forward. When I got to the window to pay I was told that they were out of what I ordered(parm. ceaser salad x2) I cannot believe the lack of service! They should just close down instead of being so incompetent!!!

Cold food, dirty bathrooms, drink machines dirty and out of many drinks, fries so cold they were probably made yesterday and COVERED in salt. Took fries back, was told fresh ones in 4 minutes, and then they conveniently forgot. Choose to spend your money elsewhere. I’m

Whoever was working the drive through got our order wrong. Food was cold. Tried calling and no one answered the phone. Do better guy working at the drive through.

My most recent experience with this Wendy's location was very pleasant, I saw the promotion for the 1$ Dave single through the app and decided to give it a try. The app is very simple and easy to use, the sandwich itself was appropriately priced, I would never order it off the menu alone for 6$ to me that's very high. The beef was cooked perfectly, not a fall apart mess like they usually are, the tomato was fresh, so was the lettuce. The restaurant was also clean.

All I can say is they need more training!! Horrible customer service! If you don't know the answer, ask somebody, don't just leave the customer hanging. I go to this location because it's close to home, and most of the time it's not a good experience.

Had an early morning event to be at so I placed an order through the app (6:32am) show up at 6:54am and they tell us they arenʻt open yet. I check their hours on the app and website where it states 6:30, wait for 5 minutes and take off so im not late. Having then to request a refund and go through that process.

What happened to Wendy’s in Wahiawa. Now it’s either hit or miss on the quality of food and getting your order correct. The baconator was not right and fries was stale and warm. I ordered fries crispy for large and medium and negative to that request. This is not the first time. When I received order, I asked if this is everything and he replied yes. Well I had to go back in the drive thru lane because I didn’t have my fries. The previous time I was there, I asked the girl if everything is in the bag. She said she didn’t know because she didn’t check so I needed to check. What’s up with that!!! Bring back Burger King!

Great place to eat if you are craving a big fat juicy burger and a chocolate frosty lol! Drive thru is a breeze friendly workers and your not waiting in no long line for your order 😉

Panto fish sandwich was over cooked. Tasted terrible! Cashier doesn't wear gloves or mask.

The garlic fries are hitting! And I love the variety of drinks, even though it's hard to choose because I haven't had soda in a while (I stopped drinking soda). The nuggets can be tough at times but the chili is very good.

Tried the pub fries it was good the garlic fries needs work try making it a creamy garlic sauce instead of garlic oil my mother was disappointed the baconator fries was ok but we couldn't tell the difference between that one and the pub fries except there was more bacon on one and the cheese had a different taste and smell to it the frosty is always good overall it was good

Food was delicious and service was great but I wish they had some vegetarian like a fish sandwich or a regular salad on the menu

This by far has to be the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I came here once before and the employee taking my order was very rude over the intercom and speaking over me, when I said I wasn’t done their response was “we’ll go ahead then”, so I left. BUT TODAY!!! Today was my last straw with them. I came here with the intent to order food and went to the restroom first. There was an employee in the restroom the same time as me, I was washing my hands when she exited the stall and went back to work without washing her hands. I walked out a few second later and she was already back working. I told my husband let’s go because we were not about to order from here.

I gave this establishment TWO chances. The first time there was literally a booger crumb with a tiny hair on it on the inside of my sandwich wrapper(like on the bottom of my sandwich) I tried it again after a month or two & the employees were just so unprofessional. Latoya the manager DID NOT know how to speak or get the order correctly at the speaker. When I got to the window I had to help the cashier get my order right. she continuously asked Latoya for her finger print to fix the mistake that SHE MADE and Latoya acted as if she was too busy to even help her (Star was very helpful and kept her composure). After leaving and checking my bag to make sure my order was correct (which it wasn't) I went back inside to get it fixed (they forgot my guac on my sandwich which is 1.30 extra btw) WHY THE HELL did Latoya ask did I want it on the side ?? I clearly ordered it on the sandwich for a reason girl. 1/10 would not recommend.

Horrible service, would give 0 stars if I could. Stood at the counter for about five minutes, never even had my order taken. The guy who looked like the manager tried to tell the lady at the drive thru that there was a customer (me) up front, but she just ignored him. Another guy came up and she told him that there was a mobile order and me up front. He ignored me as well. I walked out.

Literally every time I get food from here they forget a whole meal out of the order. The first time this happened they offered to replace it for free (which I appreciate) but this has happened 3 times and at this point there is no point eating here.

If I could give you guys no stars, I would. Just left Wendy’s drive through about 10 minutes ago. ordered 4 different biscuits. Each and everyone is hard to the point you can’t even bite into it. Also my sausage was beyond dry and Burt. I worked at a Wendy’s in high school And they definitely wouldn’t let us put anything like this out. It’s sad because I know when they were making the biscuits the felt how hard the bread was.

This is a solid Wendy's. It's not bad, but it's not great. This is another place where I'd recommend doing mobile ordering and just walking in and picking it up. Sometimes when you try to use a deal that's in the app they have a hard time inputting it. You can get around all of that by just ordering before walking in and going straight to pick-up. It makes life a lot easier.

Every time I order from here my order wrong. I order chili cheese fries and got fries with a pinch of cheese and bacon no chili.. I also order a pineapple mango Lemonade and got a sprite it’s inconvenient to me because I don’t think sodas.

GO TO KUNIA WENDYS!!!!!!!! You’ll thank me! I normally have a ok experience at this Wendy’s. Sure every now and then little things will be wrong and that has never bothered me. I also normally go only at nights after an hour drive home from work. I think the people are older during those hours. Today however I am extremely disappointed. They possibly hired new people, but they don’t listen. I asked for the normal 4 for $6 with strawberry lemonade no ice. They stopped listening I guess when I said lemonade because they immediately said they were out of the cups and could put it in a medium cup or upgrade. I said to go ahead and upgrade. Then I asked for spicy nuggets. I can understand how “let’s do the six piece” sound like “let’s have 2 six pieces.” I hate confrontation so I didn’t correct them. Did not get good vibes from the crew. I asked him to repeat my order at the window and immediately got some looks. That’s not the bad part. I started driving off and opened my burger. MOLD was already starting to grow on the bun. My drink had ice, my sauce was missing. So I went back. Told the manager who just threw the burger. They “remade” it. I should have checked because I went home with a kids hamburger. So I paid more to have my entire order wrong.
