Brought kids in to eat and the staff was friendly, order was correct, but the restroom needed some serious attention. There was no toilet paper in the handicap stall, enough toilet for one person in the other stall, and no seat covers. The sign states that the restrooms and cleaned and sanitized regularly. Since they weren't cleaned then they probably didn't sanitize either☹️

Service is Good. Just Be Alert About Cashiers Working At Night. I went last night, Gave the guy $100.03 my amount was $33.03 for dinner and the guy with the Manager gave me only $7.00 while the $60.00 was sitting right on the counter above the register. He owed me $67.00 Change.. He goes here you go $7.00 change, I said Excuse me, I gave you $100.03 he went oh laughed while a young manager standing next to him then grabbed the $60.00 said Sorry laughing. To me that's NOT funny. If you don't know how to give out the proper change then don't be a Cashier. Can you imagine if I didn't check and just drove off. He would have pocketed $60.00. Overall it's not a bad location, but whatever you do, do not pick up food curbside when using their app. If you do, you'll easily end up waiting over 30 minutes while the drive thru will take less than 10. Go through the drive thru, even if it seems like a long line!

Second time we trying to order there, still no success. The app still says the deals are not available, so I decided to walk in. The kiosk again says the deals are not available. Decided to stand in line to see if the deals will work at the cashier. This time I didn't even make it to the cashier. Started with 7 people after 15 minutes, now only 5 people in front of me. Two people were standing at the registers, one working, don't know what the other was doing. Once is a mistake, twice is starting a pattern, decided to hit a local Ramen restaurant and got better food for the same price. The food is healthier, I go to McDonald's for convenience, no convenience here.

...I just wanted a sausage egg McMuffin with cheese. Had a hankering, and exercised it. At the end of the day, it's McDonald's... you know what you're getting, what kind of service you're going to get (from highschool kids with an attitude, and it's likely their first job), and the "quality" of the food you're going to get.

McDonald's, the world's #1 popular fast food chain that you can find just about anywhere. I don't eat here all the time, but when you're hungry and want a quick bite to eat before you go to work... this is one of the convenient places to pick up something cheap. And even during these times of the pandemic, they still do their part in keeping everyone 6 feet apart. Mahalo. They also have drive in, curbside pickup, in store ordering for takeout, and delivery for those who order through door dash or uber. Make sure you also have an online app account to get your coupons and use your points.

Clean location, friendly and hard-working staff. However, they don't provide your meal in the order it was received. It appears they prioritize drive and curbside orders to the detriment of those eating in. It took between 20-25 minutes to receive my order.

This is the best McDonald's, and probably the best fast food place, in Mililani to go to if you want order accuracy and speed. I have yet to receive an order with an item missing so far, and I am rarely waiting long when using the app. Also points add up quickly so we get free happy meals for the kids pretty often.

Morning and lunch are awesome here all the way around the night crew is OK BIG SHOUT OUT TO CIERA FOR ALWAYS MAKING THE MCDONALDS EXPERIENCE ONE I MILLION MAHALO !

Ice cream cone was only a skinny cone 2 inches high. Too top it off, there was no ice cream in the bottom of the cone. Really disappointed. Not eating here anymore. For the price of the cone ($2.69), i can find a better product.

Always bring my son to this mcdonalds for a happy meal. Surprisingly they haven't gotten my order wrong. But some cashiers attitudes need a little adjustment for those of us who are nice to them haha.

They're closed right now at 330am but this is my favorite McDonald's and they said they should open between 4am and 5 am depending on staffing. Come work here so I can eat! Haha 😄

Dining room hours are whenever they feel like, had to wait 23 minutes for my dine-in breakfast order to be brought to me through the side entrance because the one employee in the (closed during open hours) dining room couldn't be bothered to get off their phone. Hash brown was cold because I had to repeat my order number twice through the door before anyone checked for it. Horrible service.

Internet says open 24hrs. It says the dining room is open at 5am.on the door. I showed up after 7am and the dining room was closed. The drive through was busy. I mean, they hand me a bag of food same as drive through why can’t they let me in the door?! A worker told me sorry the manager said not to open.

I come here almost every morning before work just to get something small. It's usually pretty busy and I don't have much time in the morning. So I don't mind walking in. The walk in experience is pretty straightforward and much better than drive thru. Drive thru just wants you in and out, which I totally understand. But alot of the times then misplace a certain item or don't here me correctly and I end up getting incorrect items. Aside from that I'll still come here. I know fast food is rough and will never outright complain. Just simply come in and ask for what I'm missing. No need to make a huge deal about it.

I drive out of my way to go to this location (even though there is one closer to me). Staff is always friendly and the order has always been accurate for me. They can be busy at times but we never wait too long.

Very quick, but also very happy to help and tend to all needs requested as far as extra sauces and special requests!

What’s the point of a big breakfast if you don’t get your pancakes? Thanks McDonald’s for making me wait 20 minutes
