Great doctors but horrible customer service when you call in over the phone and major privacy concerns. Not sure your private files remain private there. It’s a small town but you still deserve privacy to those things. No reason a front desk receptionist or nurse should ever be examining files out of their own curiosity let alone repeating the names of anyone who comes through the facility outside of the workplace. Disappointed to say the least.

The waiting is to long in the waiting room and in the room to see the provider and listening to the patient is not good and there is some rudeness with providers and front Desk some front desk respetion have poor phone communication the clinic could use remodeling to be a better clinic

Just called Sanford today (1-06-21, 4:05 pm) and asked to be transferred to vision so I can order more contacts. Then the girl on the phone interrupted and asked if I’m making an appointment to which I was going to respond “no I’m ordering new contacts” but before I could even say “no” she said “we make the appointments” uhh. So then she asked for my information and I told her and she asked “is this a yearly eye exam” I said “no I’m ordering cont-“ then she yells and says “you have to talk to the vision department to order new contacts we do appointments” then transfer me. Very unprofessional and was seen to be hurried to go home and has the nerve to tell me I need to be talking to vision. Well if she let me talk she would know what i was calling for.

Courtney pengilley deserves more than a raise she treats all her clients amazing. I think she should be making more than 17 an hour. I think she should be making like 20 at least an hour she makes people feel so comfortable. She’s just an amazing person and she deserves a raise and I’m gonna keep on adding these things till she gets what she deserves best nurse I’ve ever had

Wish there was a 3.5 star option. The staff here are knowledgeable and capable. Good care, and convenient scheduling. Loss of stars for inability to keep appointment time within reason. Regularly seen by doctor 30+min after scheduled appointment time.

I have received proper medical care, rather pleased with the outcome. Nice staff members, knowledgeable team of people. Waiting time wasn't very long, updated phone call with aftercare. I like this clinic, comfortable atmosphere.

My husband and I went to Wahpeton Sanford Clinic last Wednesday afternoon December 1, 2021 at 2pm for my swab test. My husband told the young woman (who gave me the swab test for international purposes) that my international flight is coming Friday Dec. 3 7:00am, BUT we did NOT receive the result until Dec.3, 2021 at 4:00pm, so I MISSED my FLIGHT due to the very, very late test response from Wahpeton Sanford clinic since it was supposed to be given on December 2, not December 3. We were told that we would get the results the next day, but we didn't get it until two days later, a day too late and therefore causing me to miss my flight. We are very unhappy with their service!

Staff was friendly. Appointment was quick and satisfactory.
