They were a little pushy. We bought one pearl and had it fitted into a necklace. They then a gifted us a second Pearl that had a imperfection. Then to "celebrate" they had us pick another one out of the bowl. They said whatever came out of the bowl was ours for free. Two pearls of the same color as the one in necklace. They tried to convince us to get those mounted. We just took them in a bag. I felt like I was being upsell the whole time. But they were very polite about us. From what I'm reading online they have a pretty good warranty so that's good to know for the future.

Great and affordable purchase of a pearl for a child’s souvenir. Gentle up-sell, but they didn’t push too hard. We’re stretching to even BE on vacation, and could afford a $13 pick an oyster, but not a $250 pendant to hang it on! Kiddo ended up getting two pearls out of her oyster, and we did buy a smaller, MUCH cheaper pendant for one. She is thrilled to just have one to hold and show people, though, and we appreciated the seller not pushing when we declined any additional purchases. It was a solidly good experience for her, and I don’t think SHE noticed the up-sell, which meant a lot. I would have hated for her to have ended up disappointed when we couldn’t buy something for her.

Pretty jewelry, but pretty frustrated with the buying experience. The salesperson commented that they had a selection of sterling silver settings for kids, but she took them over to a selection of rose gold. Asked again to let them see the sterling silver options, and instead, she brought out white gold settings. Unfortunately, I got pulled away to manage my smaller kids, and my husband got swindled by this lady, believing we were getting the sterling silver we asked for. What should have been a reasonable gift for stupid. Swindlers.

I found an original pendant that I love. They worked hard to get my transaction done quickly so that I’d make it in time for my tour bus. Everyone was very helpful and friendly!

This experience was amazing! We had the best time picking out the oysters and then getting them set. The price range for the setting was super nice so we didn’t have to spend a fortune like some of the other companies we have seen. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed picking an oyster and was surprised to find not 1, but 2 pearls - and they were black pearls! Beautiful jewelry options - spendy, but worth it for a "souvenir" that will last a long time. Very friendly staff.

I brought my daughter in for a great report card, she is almost 18, and she had so much fun with trying on different pieces, picking a clam to get a Pearl, very high quality, unique and beautiful. It’s tough to stop shopping but she has 2 more pearls to make earrings so we will be back♥️

Fun experience. Got 2 white pearls and he’d them inset into a ring band meaning “holding hands. It made the perfect 2 year anniversary gift along with our trip here in Hawaii. The rep was very helpful and efficient.

Went to the Dole location. Financed a bracelet which was to have my mothers name. This was 8/19, today is 9/15 and I have not hears one word or received a call. I believe I am on the hook fkr that $4k loan with the finance company but I have no product! My advice, just buy things there that you can take right away. Don’t buy anything that you have to order and expect it later. I am assuming I will get the product at some point, but the lack of updates, contact and so forth when you now have a loan on something but don't have the product, is off putting. I really enjoy shopping with Maui Divers at the Pineapple plantation. They are always so nice and courteous. I will come to the plantation if I want something or go to the warehouse downtown. I bought several pieces this time. On the other hand the Maui Divers store at the Ala Moana Mall are not nice or courteous, they are short and rude this time. I come to the island every year and have been over the last 30 years and own many of their pieces. Not sure I will go back. I don’t like being treated like they don’t have time for me.

These ladies gave us an amazing shopping experience!! I am getting married this fall and was looking for a fun necklace for the wedding but I wanted it to be something special to me! My fiancé and I took this trip together and have so many fun memories!! Both ladies working showed us many different options of settings we could do with our Pearl! It was amazing!
