I am not a big fan of clothing shopping but I have been going to Macy's for over 20 years and can always find what I am looking for. The floors are super clean, place is organized very well and have never had an issue with customer service.

It’s really nice. Has three levels and everything is easy to find. Direct access from 1st and 2nd floor to get into the mall. I like the layout. They have beautiful Christmas trees and decor on the 3rd level during the holidays

I love Macy's. They have the designer clothes I love for great prices. While I miss the excellent service they use to have, I usually can find the answers to my questions . The prices are excellent especially when they have their sales. I'll take the lower prices and less service anytime however. I wish the Windward mall store had not closed but I understand.

Overall they are pretty good in helping me find what I'm looking for. But the system and app needs work. For a bed sheet size cal king, their register says one in stock. But the app doesn't even have cal king listed to order pick-up. They did go above and beyond to call another location but its the holiday season.

A little bit small store but plenty of items. It is like Rustan's store in Ph.

On Saturday, July 22, 2023 I took my family to the mall. We were having a little situation with my 14 y.o granddaughter who wanted to wear falsies. I knew exactly where to go! We stopped at the cosmetic counter and an amazing lady named Melinda helped her with her lashes. Melinda has very good customer service. I would rate her a 10 star if I could. I just wanted to say that we appreciate her kind and professional attitude. We will be visiting again and looking for her. Thank you Melinda!!!

Great selection of petite clothing! The cosmetic representative was not very helpful. But overall experience was good.
