So glad we stopped to eat our Arby's here. Tons of green space for running around, frizby, throwing a ball, Tai Chi classes, and more. There's plenty of picnic tables. Two playgrounds, multiple gazebos, and a long, gorgeous, and paved trail. Who could ask for more?

This place looks nice from the road, but once you are there you notice that 90% of the park doesn't have walking trails. Oh, want to enjoy the beach? Good luck with that. This place is inundated with homeless tents all the way down the stretch. Very, very disappointing.

I like this park. It has a big open greenspace, lots of stately, shady trees, picnic tables, playground equipment, and the Peace Bell. I didn't use the restroom, but I image they are as clean as you'd expect any public park to be. I saw people with their dogs, but no pet waste. It's not a place tourists are coming to the island to visit, but it is a definite asset to the local residents. For the reviewer who didn't like the presence of homeless people there, just offer them a room at your house, and problem solved.

Pretty location but lots of homeless. The bathroom has a tent city around it and pagodas are full of shopping carts and trash. Everyone needs a place to go, but immediately got catcalled getting out of car. Didn't feel safe leaving a car here or as a woman alone.

We stopped here because there is something labeled a bike path that is accessible from the park. It is the most pathetic excuse for a bike path that you have ever seen. It is literally littered from end to end with trash and abandoned vehicles and homeless encampments and is in serious disrepair. There isn't a stretch of even 100 yards that has any kind of a view that anybody would want to appreciate. The most appropriate label for the bike path is access path for homeless encampment and trash dumping.

Lots of parking (though the lot could use a fresh paving) and lawn space for gatherings. There's a path great for walking or biking. There is a restroom, but I have never used it, so maybe be prepared with toilet paper just in case 😅

got in the middle of some housing challenged individuals yelling match and may have picked up an alphabet of hepatitis from breathing in the bathroom but this place was my goto during covid when no restaurant would allow me to sit and i was too hungry and far from home... the bike and walking path in the back is a fun, flat hike to explore some sites of hawaii that you wont ever seen in magazines

2021 review: I'm glad a squad of HPD was there to uphold safety measures for 4th July fireworks to be seen at Pearl Harbor. Reading through the reviews I was concerned about the homeless takeover at night to be wheeling my grandpa around. Park was crawling with families and there was still ample parking. Glad I got to take my Grandpa out to fight cabin fever. Thank you Honolulu police for forecasting us locals were gonna use Google Maps to find a worthy vantage point and keeping people safe. Mahalo!!

Nice view of bay and look at Ford Island. Not very clean and people like to hang out in vehicles.

Excellent location across from the Pearl Harbor perfect to watch the July 4th Fireworks display. Bring your family, chairs and a picnic. Ample family park with plenty of parking.

Great place to relax but always beware of your surroundings. Got attacked by stray dogs from homeless people. Fought my way out of it.

I go running here on the trail. Homeless and trash along the shoreline, in the park, and along the trail. Looks like it's being kept somewhat clean and maintained though.

A lovely, breezy day and the park was quiet and relaxing. Good to go on a weekday early afternoon.

This is a nice park with plenty of space for a family gathering, picnic or game of flag football. The trail adjacent to the park is great for a bayside walk or bike ride There was police presence keeping the peace. The homeless folks were probably the only downside to an otherwise peaceful park on the harbor.

Quiet Christmas day, bunch of local families enjoying the nice weather. Just a stop for GPS settings, looking for shopping mall.

If you wanna go for a bike ride or run then there is a cool path made for that going along the water. There is a park here with a play ground. The water is not water you wanna swim in and it's obvious once you see it. Food is right across the street. If you plan to swim go to one of the other beaches lol.

It's a great wide open park, great for jump houses, lots of space. Parking is very spacious. There are bathrooms, but it could use some cleaning. Though the custodian do great work, it's when there gone the restrooms get messy. Aside from that it's a great park.

Beautiful park. Public restrooms, open green grass and many tables & benches. Many dogs walking their dog and a bike path is in the back near the water.

Nice small park with easy access and plenty parking spots. Having the traffic light helps a lot to turn into the park entrance. Great for family picnic...
