This is a great mall that has movies, food , clothing stores like Ross and my favorite Roger Dunn Golf. They also have a great pizza place PIZZA PRESS, Buffalo Wild Wings (worst location I have ever been to), cosmetics store ULTRA Beauty and a great food court. The food court has UpRoll... giant sushi burritos and Maui Tacos and more. They have so much parking below the min floor as well as on the main level. Sams Club is also located down stairs if you have membership. Sams Gas is one block up past Walmart.

Went to Liliha Bakery and had the country breakfast. It was busy but we sat at the counter and Roxanne took real good care of us. We also got to see how some of the baked goods are made.

An okay place to shop. The food court is lacking variety. The parking garage could use more lights and the elevators have very strong urine smells.

Recliner chairs are a little worn but the place is not too crowded, popcorn was fresh, and you can't beat ice cold soda drink. Parking is a challenge tho.

Oh rather difficult place to go on the weekend but it's parking is horrendous over there. I'll still be back though since they have all the stores I'm looking for I guess that's why parking is limited

Love this theatre for it's cleanliness! The theatre is like a mini theater with recliner seats. Mini theatre, meaning that the seats are not more than 50 people. Concessions are the same as with any other Regal Theatre, with the exception of Hawaiian flavors added to the menu! Great theatre to be in.

Haven't been here in about two years. Yep, the traffic still sucks in and out of this place. Foodland, Liliha Bakery and Sam's Club are the couple of places I went here. Overall nice shopping area, but it's just that the in and out to this place is just a horrible experience.

I like that the theater we were in wasn’t too big. The seats recline. Basic theater food. Prices pretty cheap in my opinion. The theater had technical difficulties but the staff communicated with us until the issue was resolved.

Good store selection, really tight parking. You people with trucks, watch your mirrors. Also as a pedestrian keep your head on a swivel.

Walked past here and noticed a theater. Ate lunch, very reasonable price for burger combo, and saimin noodles. It was opening day for a movie I liked. So, we avoided the heat and caught the matinee.

Love watching movies at Pearl Highlands. Plenty of free parking, comfortable seating, clean restrooms and great snacks!

Three levels of parking good luck if you want to try to park close to the front of Sam's Club. It is absolutely crazy on the entire parking garage.

Liliha Bakery is located in the Pearl Highlands Center. It has several restaurants, a movie theater, several shopping stores, armed recruiting office, and other businesses. Parking is limited and small for the amount of business it has. Liliha Bakery is a great place to get fresh doughnuts,pies, cakes, and an excellent place to eat a meal.

Nice to shop at Sam's Club and at Ross.

The epi-center of Mililani where there are Times Supermarket and Longs Drugs for your convenient shopping needs. I think this town center does a pretty good job at creating a family-friendly environment and activities. For even more convenience there is many restaurants (including Starbucks & Jamba Juice), Zippy’s, Pizza Hut, CPK, Jersey Mikes, and other local restaurants. I especially like that they have Straub and Queen’s Medical Center Group with a Diagnostic Lab so that you can take care of those health appointments too.

Recliner chairs, in a not too crowded movie theater and don't forget to munch on some of their fresh popcorn with an ice cold soda drink. Great way to beat the heat!

Went to the movie theater here. Very nice place, stadium reclining seats, good popcorn, great movie choices. Also went to pizza press here afterwards, very cool spot, great drinks pick five drinks for $25 pizza was ok.. over all nice place for family or a nite out with friends. This center also has a Buffalo wild wings, I've gone to and it's decent, also a beauty store Ulta which I love.. there's a Ross and a few other places to go plenty of parking as well. There is garage parking as well as the center's parking lot.

Guitar Center has a friendly staff and a large selection of music instruments. Also Ross's has great value and large selection of clothing apparel.

Love it! The girls in the concession make my favorite no Salt, no Butter popcorn fresh! I tried asking the guys there, and they simply told me,"No." Kudos to the girls there to cater to my restrictions, and now im a happy camper!

Good selection of stores located on top of Sam's with a great food court. One of our favorite one-stop shopping locations.

Place is a little run down but very clean. From the main area to the bathroom and actual theaters. Seats are worn out and squeak a bit, but a very good location none the less that's reasonably priced.

Great for movies ($14.50) hot wings and beer..Ross and many other stores and food court. Sam's underneath.

Wanted to go in so bad. The look of the place is just so appealing. It really takes me back to the good old days. I'm to busy but as soon as I get the chance I'm going in

A variety of businesses. Parking is a bit of a pain in the butt. Sam's Club shoppers: can you please step up and be a good citizen with the shopping carts? Thank you.

Enjoy going to this mall. Kids love the games and there fun activities that are available. For me it's the shopping experience 😂

Located on a high traffic corridor of Kam Highway, this mall is a little more difficult to reach than most. Try to shop between 10am and 2:30pm weekdays if you can or Sundays to avoid the heaviest traffic. Anchors of the mall are Sam's Club, Ross and Guitar Center. Use Sam's as an alternate to keep Costco honest and drive Costco prices down plus find a slightly different selection of brands.products and deals worth your visit and also online ordering with curbside pick-up. Ross of course is always awesome and Guitar Center is a musician's magnet on Oahu. Visit The Home Depot, Walmart, Sam's gas (at Walmart) TJ Max, Long's and McDonalds nearby to consolidate your shopping into one trip (check Google maps... all just around the corner). Best Buy, Pearl Ridge Mall, Bed Bath and Beyond, Home Center and lots more are also nearby on the same two exits from H1...8A Diamond Head bound and 10 Ewa bound. Take your credit cards along! Treasures abound!

The places that are open work well. Parking sucks, stalls are so small, lanes are narrow. The complex is clean and safe. Not a lot of homeless walking around the shopping center, thou there is a lot around the area.

Great place to go for food variety in one place. Lots of parking, clean and a good respite from the same o, same o foods that pepper our area. A good alternative. Now with Liliha Bakery...it's better.

Decent theater, chairs are comfy but some are cracked & peeling, which leads to flakes of pleather stuck to your clothes. Could be updated but fully functional

It's a great place to come watch movies, eat at the food court, Buffalo Wild wings ect, Verizon and T-Mobile, plus Ross and for golf lovers Roger Dunn. 24 hour fitness downstairs. Across the street from Walmart, TJ Maxx etc. Plus much more. Good for a wholesome family night, or a quick bite solo.
