While the experience deserves a solid 5 stars for its fantastic salads, the one drawback is the relatively high price point. The establishment boasts a friendly service team that contributes to a pleasant dining atmosphere, complete with comfortable seating and refreshing air conditioning to escape the outside elements. The menu offers a variety of dishes that are not only tasty but also bursting with flavor, making each visit a consistent hit. While the cost might be a bit steep, the overall quality and ambiance make it a worthwhile choice for those looking to indulge in a delightful culinary experience.

Here's a tip: +Make Reservations OR +Come about 15-20 minutes before they open The closer you are to opening time the more tables are available and therefore easier to get a dine in table faster. When you arrive, if there's a wait you give your mobile number to the host. You WILL NOT receive any texts confirming you are on the wait list so make sure they get your number correctly. You WILL receive a text message when your table is ready. It took 40 minutes to get a clean table on a Sunday morning. Once we got to our booth our server was very sweet and informative. She was patient in getting our orders and let us know that our food would take a while because the kitchen was backed up. It took about 40 minutes to get our food. It took about 20 minutes to get our drinks from the bar. Our food was delicious and freshly made. The drinks were made well and had just the right balance of alcohol and mixtures. My husband got the ultimate margarita twice and really enjoyed it. I had the frozen peach bellini and the red sangria. I really enjoyed both and would recommend either one. We also got a frozen mango drink and an Oreo milkshake. The frozen mango had a raspberry swirl with it and it was refreshing and really delicious. The Oreo milkshake is worth the money. It was delicious and the boys enjoyed sharing it. There was complementary bread and butter when we got to our table. The bread was warm and crisp on the outside and very fluffy on the inside. For food we had the Brunch Combo with bacon, pancakes and the eggs were over easy; the new Cuban Sandwich with french fries; the Monte Cristo Sandwich (Only Available on the Weekends) with french fries; the kids brunch with pancakes and bacon; two sides of crispy bacon; and a side of rice. We enjoyed all of it. And to top off our meal we took a slice of their tiramisu to go. Hands down, this has been the best slice of tiramisu I've had on the island. If you know of a different place please message me and let me know. Seriously. I love me some good tiramisu. Also, we inhaled that slice before I ever got a picture and I'm not sorry about it. It's worth mentioning that this place also sells a very good carrot cake. If you like that type of cake it's worth ordering from here.

Super overated! One hour wait time on Valentine's day Out of appetizers that we wanted and food was an even longer wait. My kids got there food first thank God but the rest of us... And when it came time for dessert we had to wait even longer... Also not too happy about the steak choices. I went with the medallion steak 4 pcs. And the shrimp scampi 3 pcs. It was okay!

This is a nice Cheesecake factory in Kapolei, about 30 minutes from Waikiki. It is a lot less busier than the one in Waikiki. We arrived at around 5:30pm on a Sunday and were seated without waiting. The staff is friendly and the food is on par with usual CF standard.

Our server was Mason, he's really great 👍! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. There were a few menu items which were unavailable for various reasons, but, Mason was prompt with making sure we got sorted out and always checked to ensure we had full drinks and that the used items were cleared whenever we finished with them. The food was excellent 👌 and delicious 🤤. Too much food really, box it up and order dessert. We got something called cheesecake, evidently the place is known for them, or something. Very sweet! The house salad is quite good, the crab bites are light and delicious. The quesadilla with steak is on-point. The Parmesan Chicken sandwich is on amazing French bread and the French fries are hot and fresh!

Great food overall and great service. Nice staff. The menu has a lot of choices, portions are generous. Once you come in you will see the seating being a bit dirty but the bathrooms are really clean. Overall, nice restaurant and recommended for tourist, safe choices. Calamari is good, Bacon Bacon Burger with sweet potato fried is good. We try the Salted Caramel Cheesecake, good but heavy for us.

We must’ve had the greatest waitress ever, Sabrina. If you get her, you’ll not be disappointed. She was very helpful and accommodating. The food wasn’t bad either. Menu seemed different than that of the Waikiki location. Also you’ll get seated faster than Waikiki. I’d almost feel like Cheesecake Factory, I’d drive to Kapolei instead.

The food was great. If you have a party larger than 4, ask for a while booth. As always the place was packed but the staff and food were superb. I highly recommend the red velvet cheese cake.

Made a 2:30 pm reservation today a week day. Arrived and it wasn't busy at all didn't even need to make a reservation. Got an order of the Koren chicken about $17 and filet mignon about $36 . Waited 45 mins for our food, honestly didn't notice the time but the manager came over and apologized for the wait and if she could do anything for us. We did get a a slice of cheesecake to go and recommend the red velvet ! Our waitress was amazing , the entire experience was lovely. Would definitely come back again!

We were seated at window which was enjoyable to see people passing by. Burgers and fries were not too expensive(less than $20). I ordered the island style and my friend ordered cheeseburger in paradise. Both were okay. I am not a huge fan of burger but I could finish mine but my friend couldn't. For some reason, the taste of the burger was not that harmonious. I had to make an effort to chew and enjoy my meal.. hmm, we still enjoyed Hawaii while eating. Since it was an affordable tourist meal, It is okay. I would not recommend to my loving ones though.

The food was good, the service was very bad. We ordered a Cobb salad in a lunch portion and had them hold the blue cheese and they offered to sub it out with mozzarella instead. The waitress charged us for the upgrade of cheese and never told us and also wasn’t willing to take it off the bill. She was also very slow to wait on our table and wasn’t very helpful.

Our waitress was very nice. The food was good! The bread 🤤 lol. It was so filling, the lunch portion. It wasn’t as good for leftovers. I suggest splitting a plate, not necessarily the desserts though 😁

An average western restaurant with a huge menu. Took a while to choose the desired dishes. The foods tasted average with big portions. The waiters were very friendly and showed enthusiasm, giving a positive vibe in the restaurant. Felt slightly pricey but overall a decent dining experience.

The wait was an hour so we went shopping for a bit and came back. It was perfect! We were seated with social distancing in mind, was served promptly, and the food was delicious. We had stuffed mushrooms, deep fried zucchini, fish & chips, road side sliders, fettuccine Alfredo. Yummy!!!The drinks were delicious as well. We had an Ultimate Margarita, and Tropical Tiki Punch. Delicious!!!

Came in on Sunday morning for brunch. Ordered their brunch combo and fried chicken & waffles. We had to wait for 10-15mins just for some butter (since their waffles and pancake didnt come with any). Brunch combo (2 bacon, 2 eggs, pancakes) were just ok. Their fried chicken and waffles were good tho!

The Service Was Great!! I really love the style of this place, it really beautiful ❤️ The food wasn't good, I got the grilled and avocado club, Chinese chicken salad, & frozen iced mango. The only thing that was good was the salad, mango smoothie and the tex mex egg roll sampler. The club Sandwich was a waste of money, the chicken in the sandwich was really small and only a little bit of bacon (small pieces) no swiss cheese. The menu said it had swiss cheese.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food and cheesecakes are always on point. The only thing I keep encountering lately is restaurants constantly being out of items, which is why i rated the service a 4. During my visit, they were out of the poke nachos, which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, they always have great food and great cheesecakes. This location makes great drinks as well, especially their passion fruit mojito.

Very good food, very good service and we enjoyed the outside atmosphere. Drinks were a little slow, but well worth the wait when they got to us. I really enjoyed my pineapple mule. The wait was about an hour to get a table, but hey, they were busy. The hosts are very good at texting you when the table is ready. Don't go too far away, or you will find yourself running to get back in time (not saying I did that, but not denying it either). Smores cheesecake topped off the evening. It's not cheap, but I definitely recommend it and will go back.

Delicious menu. Great food and excellent service. The restaurant was busy so the atmosphere was a little noisy. But we all enjoyed a good meal for a large group. It would be nice to be able to make reservations for more than 6 people.
