Kids love it. You must use hospital socks (with non slip pads) they will sell you a pair for $3. $23 total for 1 hour per person.

The establishment would be much more pleasant for the children and adults alike if it the venue was air conditioned. I think turning the old Waipahu City Mill into a recreational facility was great, but the old warehouse retains too much heat. The indoor fans make it very noisy and it just circulates the hot air inside.

This place is awesome for all ages. They have a very big warehouse for jumping. They have basketball nets to juml and dunk on. They have a dodgeball court to play. Aracade games, putt putt golf and a place for events. Great atmosphere and a lot of rules. We will be back as my 4 and 2 year old loved it. The only problem is it's hard to keep little kids from running and on their own trampoline. Good job and see you soon.

What trampoline park has no AC. Especially one in Hawaii? $21 for 5+ years and up. Workers are rude. You can’t even sit, or lean against walls without them telling you to get up. You expect jumpers to be jump every second? Everything seems outdated and old. Go somewhere else.

Not any obstacle courses. That’s disappointing. Jumping gets boring. Dodgeball is fun, that’s no lie. I haven’t tried the laser tag here but it’s small. If the names on scoreboard in laser tag are preset, I suggest you change that and let people make their own names cause that’s pretty fun and cool. Get some air conditioning in here.

So much fun for all ages: toddler to senior. Many many trampolines. Plenty parking. Chill lounge for parents to relax while kids jump. Good for parties. Bring your own food..

High prices for what is offered. I suggest only going for the hour long session at most. Especially if you are here during the afternoon. It gets very hot. The huge fans on the ceiling help but not enough. They also really need a water fountain. The kids and I still had fun though.

iTrampoline is the best place for a kids birthday party. It's cool and clean, they set up everything for you and do all clean up. Chris was our party helper and he was so polite and friendly. Chris anticipated our every need, he made the party easy for us. I wish I could give ten stars. Thank you so much Chris. Itrampoline is the best!

Had tons of fun and practically empty when we went on a Tuesday. Prices aren't too bad, they offer military and kamaaina discounts. You can work up quite a sweat inside the building but they have fans everywhere and also couches, chairs and tables to relax and take a breather. They have vending machines if you get thirsty or want a sweet snack.

Don’t come here if you plan on doing any sort of cool / fun videos or 360 shots. They won’t let you bring a camera when in the trampoline area. They say it’s for safety but that’s a huge stretch. Came here for my daughter’s 11th Birthday hoping to make some memorable 360 vids but that’s not going to happen here. Additionally, if a bigger group of kids come in and cut in a line, the staff won’t do anything about it. So your kids are SOL. Unless you specifically point it out to the staff. Other than that, most of the staff is nice and the birthday reserved area is decent. Good air conditioning and plenty of other games. They did provide an extra 30min on the clock for the party to bounce. That’s a bonus. The stars would go way up if we could bring in the 360 camera. Update. The staff did end up front loading the birthday party after pointing out the kids that cut. They also provided a discount for the inconvenience. So I added a 3rd star.

Serious waste of time and money!! The staff are very rude!! The kids can’t even enjoy playing. They get yelled on a lot to get up each time they’d fall off from jumping. Just don’t make any sense! As a parent who just wants to watch your kids as they play, they tell you you can’t get on the trampoline side mats to follow them with phone with you or without sticky socks. NOT KIDS/FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE. Kids were bored already after 10minutes of playing 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Kids had a blast on the trampolines, but the arcade games are hit or miss. Many of them are broken or don't register ticket wins (not that we need more cheap pencil toppers). It is hot in there! The party area has AC, but the trampoline area does not. Bring water bottles and sit under the huge ceiling fans.

Had lots of fun, I recommend skipping the trampoline and going for the laser tag. Great place to hangout out with your friends, me and my friends loved how it was glow in the dark and that they played music for an extra element of fun

Went on a slow weekday, the place is clean and staff is friendly. Great way to burn the kids energy down.

Grandkids really ENJOYED themselves, hrs of FUN, made new friends. Gift cards come in handy. FYI take huge flask of beverage, hours of jumping works up a thirst. You can make RESERVATIONS should there be alot of walk in's.

We waited 30 minutes while staff were serving groups that came in after us. It was frustrating standing for 30 min with a very agitated 7 yo son who was asking why staff are serving customers who came in after us. I tried to talk to Maile, a shift supervisor, but she was no help at all.

This place is fun If you like being yelled at the whole time! The staff just yelled at by kids for doing anything. If it wasn’t for the dodge ball i would never come back.

My family and I celebrated my nephews 10th Birthday party at Itrampoline. It's a great place for kids to play. They have laser tag, dodge ball, basketball, and regular jumping. They have arcade games for kids, and you can purchase game cards to play. They also have area(s) that allow you to bring outside food to have your party. They have warmers and refrigerators to use to keep your items hot/cold. We had area 3, it was big enough to accommodate our party of 50 people. My nephew, his classmates who he invited, and their families really enjoyed iTrampoline!! Parents can come in to watch their kids play and jump. It's free for parents, but if the kids want to jump. There is a fee, and parents can purchase the game card. So the kids can play the arcade games. Call for party rates, and package deals that they have there. It's really good 👍. The staff was very helpful and so friendly. They are always cleaning and keeping the place tidy. A great place to take your kids for fun. iTrampoline is located in Waipahu. It's actually the Old City Mill location. The place is spacious. Lots of parking, and handicap accessible.

Grandson got invited for a birthday party. Place is AC and seems pretty busy with parties. Checked out the cost for parties and boy they are pricy...grandson had a good time..

Inside are all okay, staff are all nice & accommodating but parking is so dark specially with it's location. I wish they would put more lights outside to make the place safer.

It's so much fun great food, many cool arcade games, fun dodgeball place, the jump pit was Soo fun and I loved the basket ball area definitely would come again!
