Aggressive sales tactics and they wouldn't even give you a tour without providing all your personal information (basically signing up). They claimed it's for "liability" which is false. I tried to give this gym a chance at 3 separate locations and was met with the same attitude once they find out your not willing to provide them all your personal information just for a tour. Anyways it's about $55 per month after speaking to a gym member in the parking lot, thank you random gym member. From the entrance I could see just a bunch of treadmills and that's about it, nothing fancy.

Never checked out 24 before. Thought I give this one not too far from my new place a try. Staff was very sassy when I brought up the free 3 day trial. They were very unwilling to give me one until I mentioned I had Kaiser as health insurance for the free gym thing and they quickly told me I only get one day free because I had that. πŸ™„ Very crowded place on a weekday night. Often had to wait in line for the machine.

ALWAYS have a consistently positive experience with staff. Always super helpful + friendly whenever I walk in. Not sure how often the pool area gets cleaned, but it doesn't seem as though it is that often. Often people standing around, not doing anything in pool, but are often happy to move, lol. In general, this gym is often quite busy but I've found my way around.

Came to visit Oahu for a couple weeks and thank god there is a 24 hour fitness close to where I stay. I was going to do a day pass for every time I wanted to go to the gym. Nicholas if that’s his name… I don’t remember his name honestly but I think he was the one who answered my phone call inquiring about a day pass. He told me they do a week pass too. I ended up going there to sign up for a week and started my work out. I went different times of the day but I prefer the morning because there aren’t much people. The last day of my trip I went in the evening time and let me tell you.. avoid it if you don’t like crowds of people waiting for you to finish up the machine. Some of the cardio machines need to be oiled because it is very squeaky. Other than that this gym is convenient because it is open 24/7

Hi I'm sorry for the low rate, just called today, female answered, not very helpful, she kept referring me to check the app. I asked her if they have a printed calendar on hand,, she referred me to the app.. So,, why do I call if staff answers and not vein helpful She? She would not answer my questions example, I asked do you know if they still have zumba in the basketball court area, she replies they have some activity in there.. 24 hr fitness double check your staff personality for customer service. It just kills my joy that I wanted to come back and get some exercises!

Great gym that's clean, has lots of equipment and a variety of choices from weights, basketball and a pool and spa area. I joined mostly for the steam room and sauna for recovery and relaxation. This area turned out to be a huge disappointment and the furthest thing from a place to recover and relax. The entire area is tiled floors and walls and creates an acoustic nightmare. The club allows guests to play their music, podcasts, ect with no headphones on or regard for how loud their playing it. 430AM you'll have a guy sitting in the hottub blasting his radical political podcasts that reverberate around the entire complex bouncing off the walls of the steam room with no way of escaping this noise. Then another guest who doesn't like that podcast decides to blare their music to drown out that noise. Now nobody can hear and everyone in that area must shout at each other when talking. But you're forced to listen to these competing noise's bounce off the walls attacking your senses. Maybe you'll try later in the day, but you'll find a person swimming laps with earplugs in but still blaring their music for everyone else to hear even though they can't hear it because they're swimming. If you enjoy being forced to listen to radical podcasts and other people's music in a echoplex while you're trying to relax then this might be the gym for you. However talking to the members down there who don't blare their music they're sick of it and dont understand why they're being forced to deal with this. Why doesnt this club moniter what's being played in their spa area? Why do they allow blasting political podcasts at 4am in the morning echoing of the walls? Please for the love of God get a no open music policy in the spa for everyone's sanity!!!

They're doing a great job just the people have to keep their masks on if they can't breed with the little mask they should do a little more cardio so they can breed better I do it with the elevation mask but besides that it's great to be in the gym great to be healthy and trying to stay healthy I thank 24 Hour Fitness for helping us all out,Aloha.

This gym has everything you need for the price you're paying. People who complain about it probably won't be happy at any gym on island. Rob is always very sweet and personable. Pleasant staff all around! Only changed gyms because I moved and it was no longer convenient for my commute.

Not enough equipment. You’ll end up adjusting every workout because everything you need is taken. Everyone fighting over 2 flat benches and 3 squat racks. The facility is clean, staff is great.

I haven't been a member since before covid19 . I decided to become a member because of the convenient location. This place is so crowded that it's impossible to use any equipment downstairs. On the rare occasions that I did, I was so disappointed to find the equipment is broken, loose, worn and honestly dangerous. I'd give the cleanliness about a 2.5 out of 5. This place needs some cleaning and maintenance asap. I think I made a mistake choosing this gym but I can tough it out until my 1 yr membership is over.

Cleanliness and customer service is not consistent there it can be over crowded at certain times. There are regulars that come. Takes some time to figure out what time is best to come when you can actually get on weight machines, there are enough cardio machines. They welcome kids memberships but it is not kid friendly. By that I mean no kids classes or promotions. It is the only gym close so we try to make it work. Would give it 2 more stars if they made it more kid friendly like classes or promotions like mini group classes for weight training or cardio maybe even dance cadio anything to promote positive experience for kid memembers and potential kid members.

Dirty despite constant cleaning. Broken down despite constant maintenance. I quit this gym over a year ago. So, this is a retroactive review. Management must have been poor because the trainers didn’t seem to like it there and the people at the front door were often new. Gets really crowded and they like to close off areas for their own Trainers and classes. Not the worst gym but not a good one. Spend more for a better place or set up your own home gym.

Clean, friendly and lots of parking. Something for everyone.. and with pro help available if needed. Like to see an 'over the hill' (65 and older) basketball team going if possible?? Great pool.

Clean facility. Machines are spaced out well for social distancing. Inside & outside workout available. Some classes are back but only up to 10 ppl & very hard to get in. Mask is required at all times. Staff are helpful & friendly.

Overcharged, was told I was getting a deal and I'd be paying for the full year upfront-lost $300 instead. One of the punching bags were removed, which was a major reason I chose the gym. Other bag isn't filled all the way and is always taken. There are no classes for anything other than cardio-"bodycombat" is just mediocre shadow boxing. Never an open bench. 4 total squat racks that are often taken. False advertising signs e.g. "free swim lessons" was just a free consultation with no swimming prior to paying an exorbitant amount. Just like any other gym with bad contracts you get roped into.

Sherry and Marisa are the best when it comes to Silver Sneakers and senior fitness classes. I highly recommend them both.

Staff should mention that membership and personal trainer are two different charges because when me and my wife signed up he only asked if we would like a personal trainer but not mentioning that its an extra charge also.

Tho the place has been upkept after COVID employees are much too busy playing on their ohones at the front desk. No greetings when you enter, they arent watching cameras as members do violations against certain rules like at the pool area. Already helped 1 lady who almost drowned an they didn't do anything after I told them who she was. Sad that this is the type of responsibility these places are left in.

Good place to workout. Always a mess. Trash cans always full equipment is good but beat up. Paper towels are empty a lot used to sanitize equipment after use

We have went to numerous 24 hour fitness locations over the last 16 years. This gym used to be our go to when we lived here. Now it is filthy. The floors are never cleaned and everything is dirty. Brought it up to staff and their response is we will let the cleaning lady know. Never should 4 people work check in when things need cleaned.

I just joined because the membership cost was such a great deal! Love the gym & group x classes but dread using the locker room & restroom because it smells like mold in there! Toilets look like they haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long & things are taped together in places. It’s sad that it seems the pandemic has the gyms hanging on by a thread but please have someone bleach because it feels so unhygienic!
