The
store
is
ok.
If
you
purchase
online
and
pickup
in
store,
sometimes
it’s
cheaper
than
buying
in
store.
I’ve
tried
the
grooming
service
twice
this
year,
once
in
March
and
now
in
October
with
the
same
groomer.
Last
time,
the
groomer
gave
me
an
attitude
when
leaving
my
dog.
When
picking
my
dog
up,
the
groomer’s
attitude
was
a
bit
better.
I
decided
to
give
them
another
chance.
This
time,
I
left
my
dog
at
12pm.
The
groomer
mentioned
they
were
backed
up.
There
were
two
dogs
checking
in
after
me
that
were
also
her
clients,
and
that
it
would
be
about
4hrs
(first
time
I
went
it
was
less
than
2hrs).
I
came
at
4:40pm
and
my
dog
still
wasn’t
groomed
(but
the
two
dogs
checked
in
after
mine
were)
and
they
needed
30
more
minutes.
Ended
up
picking
her
up
at
5:30pm.
I
understand
being
backed
up,
but
if
that
were
the
case
I
would
have
brought
my
dog
back
at
a
later
hour
instead
of
leaving
her
there
for
multiple
hours
alone
when
I
know
she
gets
anxious
(like
any
dog
would).
This
isn’t
the
groomers
fault
(being
backed
up)
more
so
it’s
the
scheduling
that
was
at
fault.
But
my
dog’s
haircut
was
very
well
executed.
All
this
to
end
up
paying
$90
for
an
experience
I’m
not
completely
happy
with.
