The places was super cozy, loved the ambient! Food was super good and fresh. Drinks are super original and amazing as well!! It‘s worth the trip there (in my case 30 minutes drive)!!

Forgot to photograph the main, but all was delicious! You can pay extra to sit in the dome pictured - it costs $60 for dinner so we opted to just sit inside. Staff were friendly and attentive. The two or three course option is well priced if you are dining Sun- Thur.

The best food I have had recently. Every item we tasted were top notch 👌👌. We had Iskender Chicken, Veg Pizza, Lamb shanks and Curly fries 😋😋

Where to start... okay, the service. The staff are beyond amazing - even though it's a Monday evening and our party of 6 and another couple were the only ones, we were well looked after. We had a birthday dinner in the Dome ($60 hire fee). The weather is wet, cold and miserable but you wouldn't know while dinning within the Dome. There were blankets and a heater. And your own little bluetooth speaker for music. The ambience was marvelous. The food was on another level - not only exceptional but with the current climate - great value for money. For entrée we had the seafood platter for 2, Sigara borek, bread n dips, steamed muscle pot. For mains we had scotch fillet, lamb cutlets and lamb shank. The mains were about $32ea and entrees averaged $15ea. An absolutely lovely location. This has now become a new favorite spot of ours. We plan to be regulars.

Good cocktails and FANTASTIC service. Food is not bad but the portion is quite small. The vibe is good in the restaurant. Overall we had a good time.

Amazing food, good ambiance, a bit pricey I would say but other then that amazing.

Service was great. Although if you order the burger, it doesn't state in the menu anywhere that it's made with coriander and beetroot... Thanks for keeping such a controversial herb a secret and making my meal hardly edible.. 🙄 I had to trade meals with my friend. The atmosphere was very nice and the servers were wonderful. However, Coriander has no place in a burger... If the chef decides they want it in there it would be helpful to actually put it in the menu..

Very tasty, no complaints about the food or service. Had mozzies flying at us though since it was raining pretty hard and we were seated outside. Try come on a sunny day for a better outdoor experience! There is seating indoors though. Food was great. The dessert wasn’t my thing but I think other people may find it tasty. Ordered garlic bread and battered snapper for dinner. Baklava for dessert. Good 👍

Lovely location with attentive and friendly staff. The food was yummy. We ordered the battered snapper which was cooked beautifully with a uniquely tasty batter, meat and greet burger, Moroccan chicken and a well cooked yummy scotch fillet. Ended the meal with a tiramisu, light and fluffy sticky date pudding and a mixed berry ice-cream. A very satisfying meal. Will definitely be recommending this restaurant to family and friends. Attentive staff and great food. The fish burger was a bit spicy to my taste, and may have been rejected by someone with less tolerance. I still loved it. Served in time with a sesame bun and warm fries. Dear darling wife had a fantastic salad.

Scenic views. Excellent service. Cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Amazingly delicious food! One of the best places we ate in New Zealand! You have to drive uphill for around 15 minutes to get there. The nature surrounding the way up is amazing. It's a very pleasant drive. We chose the Oliver Plate and the Lamb Cutlets. Both dishes were just amazingly flavourful! Certainly the best Lamb Cutlets we ever had! The diversity of food and flavours in the Oliver Plate is surprisingly good. All our expectations were exceeded. As for the dessert, we went for the Mixed Berry Real Fruit ice cream. Indeed real fruit! Amazing flavour and make. You should try it as well.

Great and unique location, very expansive menu and good food (not fancy... but fresh and plentiful) ... efficient and friendly service. Also a great art gallery next door on weekends.

Amazing food! Had the Wednesday night steak and chips meal, and it was absolutely delicious! The steak was melt in your mouth tender. Chips with the jus was perfect. Highly recommend the food and the setting is just fantastic.

Had a group of 9, all were quite under whelmed by the food and service, there’s not really any atmosphere with the deck blocked off by the curtains, I under stand to keep warmth in but the views area big part of the place. The cocktails were very good though! And the seafood platter was good. But not enough for us to return again.

Excellent restaurant with such a good team. Tasty food and a good variety of drinks. Even have real fruit ice creams.

One of the best drinks I’ve had for a while. Food was okay. We’ve had mixed meat platter, lamb and chowder. Seafood chowder was a hit. Some of the meat was so tough to eat, just a let down. Had a lovely night, would recommend 🤘🏾

Amazing food, amazing views. How could it get any better? We had the seafood platter to share, I had Camapri and he a whisky... reasonable price and delicious. Drove up to the road to Arataki centre after, more stunning views! which was fun. A great little trip out of the city. Well worth it an not that far.

Food was okay. It was busy on the outside decking eating area. Inside was kinda empty. Waves of people coming & going. I saw alot of nice food been brought out to other tables. Prices are reasonable. Prices on the online menu website are outdated. ( At least a $3-4 increase on some dishes.)

Great customer service. Very friendly and polite. The place itself was gorgeous. Food was good, too. Delicious falafel wrap with good sauces to complement it.

I go to this resturent almost every time we go for a hike around Arataki visitor centre...must visit if you are in the area...food is very delish and staff are very friendly and accommodating..
