Very disappointed in my hydrafacial … literally got it done two days ago and do not notice a difference in my skin at all didnt even feel that clean after… paid 250$ and for that price point was expecting a lot more. I felt the girl doing my facial was newer and needed more training. Now I’m out 250$ and again super unhappy with paying that much for something that did nothing . Didn’t even get one compliment on my skin not even from my husband . Made me feel worse feel bad giving one star but I felt ripped off after seeing no results

Have been seeing Ashley for over a year now and she has made my skin feel even better than it did before. I see her usually once a month for a deluxe hydrafacial and I started because I had breakouts from wearing masks all day long. My skin has never looked or felt better in my life. Highly recommend

I've been going to Nguyen monthly for about a year now for facials and dermaplaning and she's great, really an irreplaceable part of the team at Hautigo. She's very knowledgeable about the products she's using and explains why they are beneficial for me. She always asks if I have any concerns and will provide recommendations as needed. If you're looking for an este who knows what they're talking about and doesn't shy away from a joke, Nguyen is your gal.

I loved both services I got! I got a deep tissue massage which was amazing and therapeutic and finished with a hydra-facial which made me look visibly better and so refreshed! The staff was very knowledgeable and so nice! Great customer service! I will be returning!

I went in for a facial one time where my facial person did not stop talking to me during the whole facial and asking me to sign up as a member. She talked way too fast and it was rather annoying as I really just needed to relax and have a facial. When I went to the front desk, I talked with the gal at the front who was lovely and she went over the membership with me. I thought wow!! I can do a monthly massage so I'll sign up. I had my first massage there last weekend. The therapist let me know that I could potentially be sore after the massage because she will work areas that are most likely full of inflammation. This wasn't my first massage and I knew that was a possibility. She was lovely. We chatted when I wanted to and there were a few moments of intolerable pressure but she recognized that right away and lightened up. I was indeed sore for about 3 days after the massage but by day 4, my overall energy was better. I'd definitely go back to see her but probably won't be having a facial there again anytime soon.

Love this spa, once a month I try and meet with Nguyen. I just tell her do what u think my face needs. She's amazing and will keep coming back

They are experts in skin care! Your treatments are individualized according to your skin needs, what your outcome is, the seasons & sun exposure. The huge benefit is their staff is so knowledgeable & they educate you on how to continue your skin cares between appointments for the best results. I would definitely recommend Facelogic to anyone, especially Maggie or Nicole! I always have a great experience. They do complimentary make up applications after the facial, so I always leaving feeling and looking great. My skin has definitely shown improvement and the membership is really reasonable. They even let me roll over the months I miss, which is super helpful with a busy schedule. Love them!

I love this place! The Hautigo Spa staff are professional, welcoming and took time to listen to my concerns, questions and offered an education really on what products or treatments would benefit me. I had my first ever dermaplaning facial here and am addicted. Every experience has been wonderful! I love that they offer advanced treatments like HydraFacial and microneedling too!

I have been seeing Brittany at Hautigo for facials for the past year and my skin has never looked better! She is very knowledgeable and provides you with the best products and services to target your skin concerns. My main concern is hyperpigmentation due to acne scarring. Recently, Brittany recommended I try the Procell therapy treatment. After 3 sessions my scarring is significantly lighter - I am so happy with my results! Overall, every facial I have had has been very relaxing - their zero gravity chairs are amazing! They also sell excellent skin care products - I am a huge fan of the Eminence Organics line!  All the other staff members are super friendly and professional too. If ever you have been wanting to schedule a spa visit, this is definitely the place!

Natalie did an excellent job and explained everything while she went. It was very relaxing. The rooms here are quiet and dark and they do complimentary shoulder, arm, and hand massage. Highly recommend!
