    I was trying to place a mobile order, for some reason I was still able to place it eventhough when I arrived to the resturant all the lights were off and it looked loke no one was in there. I pulled up to the main doors and there was 2 cars parked in front, I understood the restaurant was either short staffed so it was closed early, or the hours were wrong. When I ordered to a different McDonalds, as I drove pass there was someone inside dancing as they were walking out from the kitchen as if they were just waiting for me to leave. It seemed really rude even if it was just a coincidence.

    Total chaos today. At least 5 family's left after paying because we had waited for about an hour, inside for our meals, only for them to lose the orders. It appeared that maybe some workers walked out. The poor lady in charge was so overwhelmed. We felt bad for her but what a mess.

    This place was S L O W. We went in hoping to avoid the long drive thru line, mission NOT accomplished. You order on these big screens, one of which was broken. Watched some of the employees work harder than others, the cooks weren't really seeming to move with any urgency despite long lines and many customers waiting. Kind of felt bad for the other employees who had to deal with the customers and delays. Food was okay, watched some of it sit on the counter for over 5 mins while waiting for one last piece from the cooks. Probably will avoid this location in the future, really wasn't worth the inflated prices of fast food.

    Sadly, I have had multiple problems at this location. I always thought maybe they were having a bad day. But this is the 3rd or 4th time they have added mac sauce onto a sandwich I didn't request. I was also forgotten about clearly because I had 3 employees ask me if I got my drink. Then I was pulled forward (understandable) Waited for maybe 5 more minutes before was handed food. Never was told why or what we were waited on.

    It's unfortunate but the quality of food seems to vary depending on which manager is on shift. The A team manager sends out hot, fresh product and is great. The B team manager sends out hot/very warm, somewhat fresh product most times and is decent. The C team manager sends out old product that looks/tastes like it's been dropped back into the fryer, food is dry and not fresh. C team also forgets product of orders. For example, forgot fries, I didn't bother calling. Forgot nuggets, I called and gave my information to be sent a coupon for a future visit, never received the coupon. I wish I knew when Team A manager is working so that I could avoid here when this manager isn't there. Sad but true. Update 12/30/20 6:45pm: Placed an easy order of nuggets and fries for curbside, the restaurant was not busy. Noticed the fries were old and got the attention of the male employee to let him know that the fries were not fresh. Employee huffed, "one minute." A second male employee brought out another bag with the top folded. I asked if he wanted the first set of fries to throw out to show that I wasn't trying to get extra food and I apologized for the inconvenience. I got home just to find out that the second bag of fries were from the same batch as the first set. The team couldn't even be bothered to make fresh fries and wouldn't answer the phone when I tried calling to let them know I didn't appreciate being given old fries a second time. So ridiculous that the manager let this happen or maybe even told his employees to do that. Update 8/19/22: I would like to say this location seems to be getting more consistent with the quality of service. Have noticed fresher fries and nuggets though changing the oil is still put on the back burner. You'll get hot fries but they'll be dark from the overused oil. Still my preferred location in the area.

    Very clean 🫧🪥, usually pretty good. Service is hit or miss depending on who is working. Sometimes personable, other times you just feel like your order number. I get it's transactional, but it really can make sometimes day.

    I made a mobile order and never got my food. I noticed the drive thru line was busy and the lobby closed ( a sign saying that the lobby is closed would of been a smart decision here) drive thru kept moving though. Cars came much later and went through the drive thru, whether they got their food or not is anyones guess. As i sat there over 30 minutes all i could see is workers standing around, laughing with each other in long conversations. It didn't seem like my food was coming so had to take off with no food and without my $24. If this is how your going to run then should open later when you actually have a crew.

    Stopped by on trip through the state. Impressive young man had me go to window three but meant spot three. Long story short, he was a good employee, very friendly and made it worth stopping.

    I recently visited the McDonald's drive-through in Waite Park, MN during lunchtime. The restaurant was busy, which led to longer-than-average wait times. Although the overall experience was average, there were a few aspects that stood out. Firstly, the drive-through attendant was just average. They took my order efficiently but didn't go above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. Unfortunately, the wait time was longer than what I anticipated or experienced at other McDonald's locations. It's important to note that the restaurant was busy, so this might not be the case during less crowded hours. Nonetheless, waiting for my order took longer than I expected, which was a bit disappointing. Regarding the food, it was average. It met the standard McDonald's taste and quality, but there was nothing particularly outstanding about it. The items I ordered were prepared correctly, and everything was adequately hot and fresh. In conclusion, while I wouldn't hesitate to eat at this McDonald's again, I wouldn't go out of my way to return. The service was average, the wait time was longer than expected, and the food was just average. If you're in the area and in need of a quick meal, it's a decent option, but there may be other McDonald's locations that provide a better overall experience.

    I was very impressed with this a a McDonald's! We were traveling home and needed a quick place to run through the drive through. When we pulled up we noticed that only one of the drive through lanes were open and prepared ourselves for a wait. Which was completely fine! But we got through very quickly and our food was great!

    They are pretty nice in here. The young aa man voiced concerned because I was outside in the rain with my baby. I appreciated that. Parents have to do what they have to do. The manager is pretty cool too. The store is always clean.

    I would not recommend this McDonald’s. The McDonald’s app and google both say this location opens at 5am, the app let me place a mobile order and I arrived at 5:15 and they still were not open until about 5:20. Upon calling the restaurant, I received quite the attitude from an employee after simply asking if they were open yet since they were supposed to be at 5.

    Even without a long line stuff is still missing in the order. The lady at the first drive through window was really nice but my god fix the potholes in the drive thru and parking lot ugh. I just don't understand why they can't get orders right. It's either condiments are missing, fries or you get the wrong order. For the price you pay you can expect to at least get everything you ordered.

    Long line only one lane open ask for ketchup none in bag and didn't put the cover on drink so as I grab it it spilled on me it used to be a good one to go too

    Ordered a 6 piece McNugget and a 10 piece McNugget combo meal. Received two of the most unappetizing chicken sandwiches ever created. Unfortunately we didn't discover this until we got home and opened the bag.

    Service was great. The girls Bri and another girl were awesome! The general manager was very rude to the workers behind the counter and in the food prep area. Wouldn't recommend working there!

    The wait was forever and the time of day didn't make sense for a long wait. Once at the 3rd window... The manager stood there assuring us that we had everything we needed but we didn't. After 10 minutes of waiting on our last item that she assured us was there... We drove off.

    They have pretty much eliminated customer service reps in favor of those awful self service kiosks. At the same time, prices have skyrocketed. In recap: less service, much higher prices .... not conducive to frequent visits.

    I am here all the time and it's packed most of the time. They are sometimes too fast and you have to reorder fresh. So u might have a little wait and for the most part they will do

    The visit was fine and so was the food. The thing that got my attention was all the protesters dressed up like fruit and veggies marching around the block upset because Mc D's didn't have a vegan meal and plant based burgers. Even so ,as soon as the fruits got down the block and out of sight the veggies walked up to the drive thru and ordered large quantities of animal flesh! The leader caught them and ripped off his banana suit and set his hair on fire ! So some quick thinkers ( why waste an opportunity?) Tried to make "Bananas Foster" Out of him. Went well until a carrot and broccoli fell on the banana to smother the fire ! What a sight ! Q. What's the difference between broccoli and boogers? A. Kids don't eat broccoli!

    Ordered a simple burger, fries, & pop on the mobile app. Drive thru line wouldn't move. Extremely slow. Finally got to the pickup window after 13 minutes, expecting food. Was told my QP would take longer, pull into spot #1. After 8 more minutes, still no burger. Had to get back to work, no food & still hungry! Horrible! Do NOT attempt to get food here!

    Tastes good, obviously rushed. Burgers usually sloppy. Sometimes too much or too little ketchup. It is definitely fast food.

    They were slammed and trying to keep up. Food was still on par for McDonald's and they were cruising so no need for patrons to be frustrated at any time delays under any circumstance

    They were short staffed, rude and unapologetic. The iced coffee had no ice. It was like drinking room temp watered down coffee. The staff was arguing and fighting. Do yourself a favor. DON'T GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

    Very long wait today! Whether it was in the Drive-Thru or in store. They had apologized for the wait, they had more new workers than no new people. Food still great!!

    Did a mobile order and when I got there it was closed. Even though according to the website said they were open. Super disappointing. I did call the next morning and spoke with the manager and she was very compassionate about what had happened and grateful I had called about the experience.

    We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 mcflurries and a happy meal and paid $15 for all of it. The employee told us to pull up to the other window due to the rush. We ended up sitting there for half an hour just to receive just the 2 mcflurries that we’re already fully melted. I walked in and saw that all of the employees were just standing around doing nothing. Finally I received the happy meal that I ordered but it was just slapped together and missing the drink and fries. Was very disappointed.
