Former
Sartell
resident
who
went
to
SJU
and
used
this
gym-
very
nice
facility
and
enjoyed
my
workouts
here.
However,
I
recently
wanted
to
cancel
to
join
a
more
convenient
gym
to
my
new
location
post
grad-
needless
to
say,
I
wasn’t
sure
what
my
home
club
was
(Sartell
vs.
Waite
park
and
turned
out
it
was
Waite
Park),
so
I
called
and
reached
the
owner
who
decided
to
lead
me
on
a
goose
chase
to
say
the
least
to
cancel.
He
gave
me
the
customer
service
number
of
abc
fitness
(I
assume
this
is
their
management
service)
and
I
went
through
no
joke
20+
calls
to
reach
a
human,
and
when
I
did,
hung
up
first,
and
about
5
calls
later
they
heckled
me
to
“freeze”
my
account
rather
than
just
cancel
because
that’s
what
I’m
doing.
Talked
to
Jake
at
Sartell
(who
was
extremely
helpful
and
assisted
me
in
making
my
cancellation)
and
he
informed
me
that
this
isn’t
standard
practice.
To
cancel,
people
show
up
to
the
club,
sign
the
form,
and
Anytime
handles
everything
on
the
back
end.
ALSO,
when
canceling
through
ABC,
they
stated
it
is
“policy”
for
me
to
pay
for
the
bi-weekly
membership
through
the
next
three
pay
periods…
(it’s
12-6,
so
I’m
needing
to
pay
12-7
(fair),
12-17,
and
1-4)
even
though
I’m
cancelling
today.
I’ll
be
contacting
the
BBB
for
sure.
Shady
practices
get
businesses
nowhere
and
if
you
let
it
slide
someone
else
gets
screwed,
so
I
will
take
a
step
further
making
sure
this
does
not
happen
today.
Waite
Park
Anytime
Fitness
is
a
nice
facility
to
workout,
I
will
not
bash
that
at
all,
just
know
who
you’re
dealing
with.
Godspeed,
I
won’t
be
signing
up
again
after
this
s*^t
show.
Lastly,
seeing
after
I
posted
this
all
of
the
previous
reviews,
I
am
thinking
this
isn’t
the
owner’s
first
time
doing
this
to
people.
Pretty
infuriating.
