Most of the staff are very friendly. However some stuff that they receive discontinued or returned items from other retailers, they don't check the contents. I have had to pay for headphones from the glass case before I could look at it. Being in its original retail box I thought it would be fine or at least they would have checked it. Then when I opened headphone box I find that they are completely broken and missing a major part. Apparently a new policy just changed to exchang only, so I couldn't get my money back right there on the spot after I opened it. They didn't have another pair like it to exchange, so I had to spend it on something else at that time or within 7 days. I went back a few times within the seven days because that first day I didn't find anything I could have used for wanted. So on the 7th day I bought some things that I ultimately didn't want or need anyways, I just didn't want my money wasted. They could've taken the time to look in the box before putting it out for sale, and this situation could have been avoided. It would've taken than two seconds. (*Open* "Oh, these are destroyed." *Throws box away*) But it was marked as inspected/ good-to-sell with initials. Someone didn't do their job properly. To be honest this is happened to me before, however they were smaller items and it wasn't that big of a deal. But these were Microsoft Xbox One headphones that they were charging a decent penny for; seemingly unused but an obviously previously opened box: half price of what they would have been at full retail. So I thought it was a good find/deal.) I don't really buy things from their glass case anymore unless an employee let's me inspect what's in it. But depending on the helping employee; that's not always possible. So be careful when looking at things in the glass cabinet.

The lack of a dressing room makes it impossible for my family to shop at your store any longer. It is very unfortunate as we did like this store a lot before.

Worst Goodwill we've been to, wish there was another choice. Super unorganized, employees unhelpful. Times online and on the voice message is different. (One year ago) Today..... September 2021: will NOT be going to this Goodwill anymore. A couple years ago, I was there once a week and took stuff there all the time. Will no longer do either. They don't take returns, the stopped giving a 50% off coupon, they prices have gone up and now they closed the fitting rooms. It's awful there. Disorganized and not worth our time! 0 stars!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They get rid of the dress rooms and then say you're not allowed to return anything if it doesn't fit. It seems like this place is always looking for a way to hustle the lower class out of more money. I will donate and shop elsewhere

Immediately turned off when I realized there are no longer fitting rooms and there are no returns, only exchanges. It's a waste of my time to shop here if I can't see how something fits before purchasing AND you will not offer a refund.

It is not the best goodwill location I have been to but still a great experience overall.

One of the better Goodwill stores between the metro and Fargo. The store was remodeled a few years ago, it's clean and brightly lit. It's very heavily trafficked though, so deals are few and far between. Staff seems to pull all items of real value for sale online, so don't bother looking for electronics or antiques here. Strangely limited selection of men's clothing as well. But if you go regularly, you can find things worth taking home, and if you need kitchen items it's a good place to shop. Lots of Target cast-offs here, often priced higher than the final clearance priced at Target, so beware.

I LOVE working and meeting all the people that come into our GoodWill! If I can make them smile, that makes my day. If they find a good deal, all the better!😊😊

Decent prices, but you gotta dig. Smaller selection than Savers but better deals.

10/2I learned if you are loud and verbally abusive to the cashier and demand cash back even though it's not allowed the manager will come up and give you cash, because the rules for the store only apply to some people.Feel so sorry for that cashier than is there everyday and so pleasant!I hope she quits.I hate shopping there because of the disgusting scent they pump out of the wall so,no loss.

I like popping in their during the weekend. But I especially like going in on thurs cause they have 50% of kids clothes. I drove to the goodwill today from foley just for this purpose only. No other errands. ( I'm a grandma so gotta have extra clothes) found a ton of items that were new and the sizes I needed. Got to the register after waiting in a long line to find out they no longer offer that discount. So i got 2 pairs of jeans,2 shirts,1 jogging pants, for $52 . Wasn't to happy as they never advertised that they no longer have this discount.

Great! Much better than Savers, the prices and selection are higher quality and with any second hand store there is a lot of luck involved. There are many new in the package items also or items from Target's charity markouts. I've got wonderful clothes and home items here for years and have saved many hundreds of dollars off what they would have been priced in the stores.
