    Ordered online. First off any order bigger then 50 dollars won't let you order. You have to split it up in to two different orders. So I ordered two orders for my friends and Ii had my friend go pick it up. First order was a meal for 4 and the second order was 3 quesadillas with extra meat beans rice nacho cheese sauce and extra shredded cheese. First off they didn't have half the order even tho they told my friend they didn't just one item for the first order but the rest was there. The second order the quesadillas didn't have extra steak, no nacho cheese sauce, and they didn't even put the jalepeno ranch sauce on the quesadillas even though I didn't take it off my order. And on too of that they didn't give me my hot suaces I had ordered. Worst experience ever. I will be taking my business to taco John's for now on. At least I know my food won't be made by imcompetant nut sacks. If I could give negative stars on reviews I would. I should mention to they were like 10 minutes to close but at the time of my order they were an hour to close. When my friend got there the guy at the drive through kept making comments on how they will be closing in a few minutes. We'll it's not my fault you guys take 5-10 business days to make an order for a customer. And if they didn't have the food to make an order I shouldn't have been able to submit my order online, which is usually the case when trying to order something on the app. Plus I have worked in food industries before and I understand not having some of the items to make something but for the most part when a customer order even 2 minutes to close we made the order to the fullest we can.

    Went for breakfast. Nobody came to the counter so we used the self order. Bathroom was locked and kids had to pee. Order took forever 15+ minutes. Nobody came to the counter for the next guy either. Whole time my wife was standing there at the counter waiting and staring at them hoping they would acknowledge her to open the bathroom. Their workers are not friendly and don't care about customers. Replace them!

    If only I could give a 0 star. This place sucks. I'm currently sitting there whilst writing this review. The food is trash and the tables are filthy. Everything sucks. Thie soda machines dispenses like 70% water, 20% air and 10% actual soda.

    I placed an order for pick up inside the store (store number 74907). I get there and they closed the dinning room so I had to go to the long line in the drive thru. When I drove up they couldn't find the order I had placed, even though I verified it was charged on my card, and I verified it was from their store number. I explained this to the individual working the drive thru, and they offered no help in resolving the issue, basically offering no customer service, and they essentially told me I'd have to refund the charge on my side. A resemblence of attempting something, or at least that I could speak with someone else about it, even at a later time, would've been appreciated. Probably some of the worst service I've gotten, and not that it matters to them, but I'll take business to other locations.

    Ordered today 6/14 & the chips tasted rancid like chemicals!! Also the Crunchwrap hard shell tasted nasty too! Could barely eat it :(

    This Taco Bell used to be good and maybe Is later in the day but now I drive to the other side of town to the other Taco Bell the people who work breakfast on the weekends are horrible workers, don’t pay attention to customers at the counter when dine in until you have to say something and they just all around have lack of care for their job and the customers. Hope this Taco Bell finds better employees or shuts down.

    We came in for a quick stop and it was not at all quick. Bathrooms were locked up and couldn’t get in, little did we know they have to buzz you in. Once we figured it out they still were not letting us in. Four people needed to use bathroom emergency and they would not open the doors. Then when we finally ordered it took forever while the same lady from the bathroom glared at us while she was working behind the checkout. All the employees were hollering behind the counter. This was the worst experience in a public place I have seen. These employees should be ashamed and embarrassed. What a shame!!!! The worst customer service and there was no adult behavior at all. As we are waiting more customers came in to order and use restroom and employees just stood and laughed behind the counter. Not one person. Working was acting any older than ten. How sad 🤬

    The customer service here is horrible. I had to ask the manager Jeanette to change her gloves after she just came from outside taking food to another customer and thought she was going to use the same gloves to make my food with. We had to wait 10+ minutes to order and even longer to receive. They were not attentive to their customers. Didn’t speak when ppl first walked in or anything. No apologies for the wait either.

    Me and friend thought it would be a great idea to have a dinner night at Taco Bell. My friend order her food online and she got her and the lady seemed fine at first but than when I ordered my food the lady was having an attitude with me because when I received my food it was made completely wrong I asked for the cheese and chipotle sause but both were added and my nacho fries were supposed to be large but I got a small. I went up and asked the lay If they could fix it but she said she made it right and refused so I just sat down and brushed it off . Then I went up to see if I could get a water up and she said we don’t do water cups and walked away. VERY rude lady. With a snarky attitude this was at 9pm. This day

    I am quiet disappointed with not even getting any service. Online store hours show that it is open at 6AM. I pulled into the drive through at 8:40AM and sat there for approx. 5 minutes without any services. I ended up leaving without and food which I don't really care about. More just annoyed and upset that there wasn't anyone there even though there was 2 vehicles parked out front.

    It seems the bigger the order with Taco Bell they will miss more items. Today was $40 in food and 3 items missed. Next visit I will put 5 separate orders in to keep the count simple for them. We're 5 miles out of town and not worth the drive to argue missed items.

    Just stopped at taco bell to get a soft taco supreme and a couple other items. I asked for black beans instead of meat. After receiving our food I realized they had given me a regular soft shell taco with refried beans which I don’t like. We went back through the drive through to get the one we paid for. The older woman was rude about it. Me and my boyfriend didn’t know their policies so he handed the wrong taco to the coworker in the drive through and they took it. The woman made an effort to then rudely tell us for next time they don’t take food back through the drive through, but they were the ones who took it…. they remaid my taco and it was closer to what I wanted but still missing tomato’s which is basically what makes it the supreme super disappointing!

    Counter was unmanned most of the time. So pre-orders were sitting on the shelf while folks waited to recieve them. My chalupas were so poorly constructed that most of the stuff was outside the shell and dumped out the second you opened the wrapper.

    Picked up food and it was awful. Rice was undercooked/crunchy and the Mexican pizza was old and must have been sitting out for hours. Called and asked if they could remake the order. The lady on the phone was rude, but agreed. Got there and the lady in the window was again rude and some guy in the back nastily demanded he would not do anything without the full order back. I handed her the power bowel and said we just want this remade, please. The entire encounter was unpleasant and I am disappointed in the attitudes given when I could have been an a very customer, but wasn’t. I won’t be returning. We are local and will be going to the other Taco Bell in the future.

How do you not cut my wife’s quesadilla🤣 Guy at the drive thur handed us a pice of paper and said “hey give me a good review,here’s a free taco slip” like bro did not tell us his name, say thank you or anything, we’ll go to the waitpark Taco Bell from now on

    Whether I get my food as take out, delivery or I am eating it my food never comes back as what I ordered. I am usually pretty understanding when it comes to mess ups but this has happened too many times. There have been times where I have said absolutely no dairy and I've still had cheese or sour cream in my meal. And there have been many other times where I say no meat and I still bite into a chunk of meat when I get my food. This is unacceptable.

    Good taco bell quality, haven't been inside in years. The manager comped my food one time a long time ago when I forgot my wallet. The drive through was super slick from the traffic going through so be careful in the winter months. This place can be busy so expect some wait time.

    every other time i come here it’s always something like they forget an item or two, give me the wrong items, or the food is just bad/sloppily made. not surprising though, it’s the norm of fast food. what can you do. the one on the east side is much better, go there instead.

    I ordered using the mobile app. I received a notification telling me to my food was ready and to head to the store. So, I hop in my Uber and arrive in less than 6 mins… and end up waiting 20+ mins and I was left without a ride home by my Uber driver. The lady working the Drive through cash register seemed like she needed a job where she was not working with people. She had an “I hate the world” attitude. The food was great though!

    The lady at the window gave us the wrong drink then filled the watered the mt dew down. Lettuce was brown, food was was warm wasnt hot.. And didnt give straws for drinks. And unfriendly attitude.

    Burn all quesadillas, did not receive mild sauce when I asked for it twice, was rude when asked to repeat myself, also did not repeat order for confirmation and the order didn’t appear on the order screen like it does at other Taco Bell. We didn’t receive a receipt and the lady at the window didn’t ask if we would like one.

    Spring, lunch, dine in. Mostly empty inside but the drive through was busy. Ordered on their self order touch screen inside. Meal delivered quickly. Restrooms are kept locked and you have to be buzzed in by the cashier's but the restroom was clean. One star off for whatever product they use on the floors that leaves a greasy residue that's weirdly slippery.

    They barley put anything in our taco. There pop machine not shooting out pop. Management not training these young people where they Don t know what to do when asked. Manager on her phone not caring. Food has nothing in it

    Found out in the single lane drive thru with cars in front and behind me that the $5 dinner box only applies through an online order, so pretty much had to order the same thing for $11. Great job!

    The young lady working the window loved my dog and was quick to inform us of the issue with a drink we had order letting us know that the machine was recently cleaned and was still liquid it was a cherry freeze we had ordered and they quickly replaced it with mango freeze after confirming if the other flavor was alright

    I use the app to order when I'm at work and by the time I get there , like a block away , my food is ready or almost ready. The app is the best way to order because you have so many more options for customization. They are usually pretty friendly. And usually get my order right.
