Since they remodeled this place is HUGE! They've always had good food and good drinks, now they have more fun and games (including 2 axe throwing lanes) and a huge outdoor patio too! Walleye fingers basket was excellent, everyone I was with loved their food too. They did seem to have some trouble accommodating our group of 10, but eventually were able to make it work. Service was solid all night. Parking is DEFINITELY an issue so try to hit them on an off time or you'll end up parking on the street a couple blocks away and walking.

Loved it! They have indoor seating and patio seating. The food was amazing. They have darts and axe throwing. The staff was amazing. We had a large group and we all loved the food. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

We had a group of 9, no problem finding a table. The service was excellent. Food arrived promptly and was hot. Great tasting food. No one in our party had any complaints. Our waitress checked on us several times, took requests, refilled drinks. She was awesome! And again the food was excellent!

We went here twice and had a great experience both times on our trip. The bartender introduced the owner to us and we discussed how we had both had a fire in our restaurants in the past. It is an experience I don't wish upon my worst enemy but was great to see we had both had come out bigger and better than ever. His genuine kindness and hospitality was amazing... he even gave us tickets to the ball game! THE BEST seats I have ever seen! We were treated like royalty and felt so fortunate to meet him that day! We had food and many drinks here and everything was great. Awesome sports bar atmosphere with many games and even ax throwing! The service from the bartenders were great both times we went and we felt at home away from home. I sat in front of the kitchen door the second time and let me tell you! As a restaurant owner I would be very proud to show off how CLEAN that kitchen looked from where I was sitting! If we make it back up to Minnesota, we will definitely be visiting again! Thank you!!

This place was my favorite sports bar in the area till they burnt down. Now its even better!! They even brought back the table speakers which is the best for sound quality during games and UFC matches. If the parking was better I'd give it 6 stars!

Stopped by around noon during the week following a business meeting. There were plenty of open seats available, staff was all very attentive and in cheerful moods. It very clean, even saw what I will assume is management cleaning the windows between the patio and the main dining area. Our waitress was extremely helpful, was able to offer suggestions on what she would recommend. Ended up ordering wings, Philly cheese steak, monti cristo. Everything was delicious and arrived quickly. Would highly recommend this place.

Fun fishbowl drinks and Axe throwing!. Too many Tvs and any sportsball you want to watch, you can. A stunning patio and live music. The food is solid bar cuisine. A step above the average sports bar.

You can't go wrong with any of the sunfish items they have on the menu! Love sunfish and this is one of the only places you can find it without catching it yourself. Great drinks, especially on the patio!

I can't believe I have lived here so long without going inside! The atmosphere is unique and very adaptable to the Minnesota weather. For being outside, it was very clean. The menu has many flavorful choices. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. They checked on us continually and filled my glass without asking. The food was delicious. We had various items, and each of us commented on how flavorful their choice was. The prices were surprisingly and pleasantly moderate... another wonderful experience that we shall enjoy time and time again!

Nice place, great selection of food and drinks. I didn't like the seasoned tortilla wrap used on my Clubhouse, but the insides were good, tots were hot and crispy. Friendly service.

Probably fine if you order one drink at a time. Thought we'd try the ultimate long island. Tasted really good. Only buzz I got going was when we paid 44.95 per 100oz jug. We drank 2. Lol. Probably just gets watered down because of all the ice. Popcorn was delicious. I would definitely go back. And just get my long islands one at a time.

It was the only restaurant that was open on July 4th. We decided to give it a try. We had their special Korean BBQ chicken fried rice, berry lemonade fish bowl, and tiramisu as dessert. They were okay. I wasn't particularly impressed with the food. The service and the atmosphere were good. It's a nice place to hang out with friends.

I believe that The Ultimate is the "place" for everyone to experience at least once. Tom, the owner is a great person that engages with anyone both employees and patrons every opportunity he gets. The new rebuild is classy and fresh and my friends all hang out there to eat and watch their favorite sports. Keep up the great work Tom F. 👍

Food was awesome!! TV's everywhere!! Outdoor seating, live band!! Ax throwing 5 online dart boards. Service was amazing!!

Great atmosphere, great service for me. One friend in our group asked for the pork chop dinner, it was on the dinner menu and was 10 minutes early for the dinner menu, well as we were all getting our food my friend was told the chops were still thawing and he would need to pick another meal. So he picks the ribeye. 5 minutes later our waitress was back and his chops had just been put on. Well after 40 minutes he had his chops but had to rush to eat since everyone was ready to leave. Otherwise a great experience.

Food was delicious and pretty big portion sizes. Fun environment And lots of games, like arcade style and Axe throwing, with great coaching!

I absolutely LOVE the ultimate! I love the atmosphere, the patio, the food, and drink options. I’ve always had a great experience with their staff as well! The only reason I didn’t do 5 stars is I recently had my baby boy, and I was out for lunch with my family. I had to change him and was upset to find out there was no changing table. Now that the ultimate is more of a family place to eat I would have expected a changing table. I had to change my sons diaper on his portable changing mat. However, I won’t bring my son back with me just because I don’t want to change him on the floor. Please get a changing table so I can go to the ultimate with or without my son! :)

I had a beer and fries when I went here with a group and both were good! The staff did a great job and the bar was PACKED. We sat on the patio even though it was a bit cool, and the gas fire towers kept us mostly warm. It’s a fun place if you like to go with a group, it is loud though.

We went here before a concert at the Ledge Amphitheater. They have a free shuttle which was awesome! The food we had was very good - the street tacos and the burrito bowl. The outside sitting area was really nice. We liked it so much we came back for lunch before we went back home. The French fries are awesome too. All of the servers/employees were very friendly and you could tell they were working hard especially the night of the concert with a full house. Next time I am in Waite Park I will be sure to come back.

Amazing place! One of those go to spots if you want good food good drinks good company and good entertainment! Its never failed to be a staple in this town and i have a long line of family from there that would attest to that! With that said i knew this sports bar as a kid and when the old one burnt down during covid the owner and community couldnt wait to rebuild and so he/they did and it is so spot on to the old (bathrooms are updated thank god lol) but the experience has not changed a lick!!! The food i recommend to people going here for the first time is the sunfish! If your a fisherman thats not a hard sell at all your of course saying WHAT! They have sunfish on the menu how? But if your not and you don't know what that means GET SOME! Even if you don't usually care for fish this is considered to most if not all to be one of the finest pan fish you can catch taste wise in the land of 10,000 lakes and they at the Ultimate Sports Bar in Waite Park MN are bringing them to you hot and fresh like grandpa used to do it skins and all! You owe it to yourselves to have a basket of the catch of the day so to speak... Keep up the amazing work John from a descendent of the Gene Petron clan! Ps still love looking at the old sports memorabilia, the items lost will be missed 😢

Food here is wonderful, service on the other hand sucks if you sit at the high tables by the bar, it's been terrible everytime. They just started serving breakfast and that is really good. I tried the new ultimate bloody Mary, $26.95 is a bit overboard. Not a lot of flavor, however, the deep fried ravioli was awesome. All in all I'll definitely go back, not for another bloody but because it really is a great place and fun atmosphere. The outdoor patio is super nice. I'm giving it 3 stars only because out of the 20 times I have been here, the service has never been good, perhaps I'll try sitting in another area and see how the service is away from the bar area. I'll change my stars if the service gets better. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

First visit. Have driven past many times and believe it always be crowded as the parking lot is usually full. Once inside, we were surprised to see how much room there is. Exceptional American food. Service is wonderful. Before dinner, my wife enjoyed an Old Fashion. She said it was quite good & not watered down.
