I
went
to
the
Great
Clips
Heritage
Station
location
in
Wake
Forest
last
week
to
get
my
haircut.
I
pre-registered
online.
I
arrived
and
checked
in
by
a
stylist
named
Marie,
who
was
very
personable
and
helpful.
Including
Marie,
there
were
five
stylist
and
no
customers.
I
repeat,
no
customers.
All
the
other
stylist
were
sitting
around
in
their
chairs
on
their
phones,
sending
messages,
on
Facebook,
or
surfing
the
web.
Marie
said
I
was
the
next
customer
for
one
of
the
stylist
there
who
walked
over
toward
me,
and
then
turned
around
and
walked
away
without
saying
a
word
to
me.
The
other
three
showed
absolutely
no
interest
in
having
me
as
their
customer.
Marie
came
back
over
to
me
and
told
me
that
she’d
be
happy
to
cut
my
hair.
She
was
most
professional,
very
pleasant,
with
a
wonderful
personality.
She
gave
me
a
great
haircut
and
I
tipped
her
$10
in
recognition
for
her
professional
skills.
I
think
it’s
very
sad
that
when
somebody
comes
into
your
store
and
there
are
no
customers
and
five
stylist
that
the
expectation
is,
no
one
really
cares
about
helping
you.
I
may
not
go
back
to
the
store.
And
if
I
do,
I
will
make
sure
it’s
when
Marie
is
there
to
help
me
if
I
can
figure
out
how
to.
