    I have been here a couple of times and it hasnā€™t been the best but not the worst. So last Monday I was in the area and decided To get a fill in real quick. The girl who greeted me gave me an attitude about not having an appointment. Which I have never had an appointment so I asked if I needed one and I was happy to come back. She said it was fine. Itā€™s only been 5 days and my nail polish is peeling off. I got an acrylic fill in with gel polish. Normally this would last me about 3 Weeks. While I was there someone came in for a correction because their polish was peeling and it hadnā€™t been a week. The girl who did it originally had an attitude about her coming in for it to be fixed and said ā€œwhateverā€ when she walked away. I called to tell them that polish is peeling off already and she had an attitude and told me I HAD to come back this Monday or they wouldnā€™t fix it. Just bad customer service and nails cost to much to be coming off within a week.

    Some of the people there are very nice and do good work but the lady in charge, I donā€™t know if she is the owner or manager, is rude. She never smiles and she has done my nails before without making conversation or being friendly (she does speak English). I have seen her be sharp with customers when I have been there before but what I saw when I was there the other day will keep me from ever returning. A customer had picked out her polish for her toes and went to pick out the color for her nails and she accidentally dropped the bottle and it broke because they have marble floors. The polish was all over the ladyā€™s feet and her sandals. She started apologizing and the manager lady just ordered her to sit down in a mean tone. She was acting all annoyed and got a broom and towels and came back and started cleaning the floor and didnā€™t even hand the customer a paper towel to wipe herself or her shoes off. A different staff member saw she was there dripping and helped her clean herself off. The customer kept apologizing to the manager but she would not even look at her and didnā€™t say anything like ā€œoh itā€™s OK it was just an accidentā€. She totally ignored her. I felt sorry for the lady, she was so embarrassed and looked like she wanted to cry and the way the manager treated her was so rude. If you have glass bottles and marble floors you can expect stuff like that to happen and the polish came right off the floor with nail polish remover. She needs to learn how to treat customers.

    I will definitely be back! I can't remember the guy who did my nails, but he did a really good job. The only thing I'd change about my visit would be more available gel polishes because several colors I wanted weren't available.

    Today I went for a manicure and asked for the usual girl to attend to me but she wasn't there. I agreed to let someone else take care of me. She didn't know what color to recommend next because she just wanted to put the dipping on without preparing the nails without removing the cuticle, etc. terrible service.

    This nail salon has brought me great experiences. They take care of their customers very thoughtfully and enthusiastically, and the staff is very meticulous and careful while doing my nails.

    I would have given this experience a mere half-star rating if possible. I used to be a regular customer here, but that's no longer the case. The individual, an older lady, who performed my recent pedicure left much to be desired. The service I received was subpar, more reminiscent of an inexperienced cosmetology student than a professional. The whole experience felt lackluster, as if a child were simply applying lotion to my leg and foot. I came here seeking relaxation, but this visit was far from it. To my disappointment, the technician showed a complete lack of attention to detail, failing to even properly shape my toenails. To make matters worse, during the process of using a silver instrument to remove debris and dead skin from my toenails, some debris ended up on my foot. I was appalled and requested that it be cleaned up. It's beyond me why I should have to endure such a situation during a relaxation session. To my frustration, I had to cancel my gel polish application due to the overall disruption of my experience. I also brought my daughter for her first pedicure, only to find that the chair provided was dirty. While I refrained from causing a scene, it's clear that significant improvements are needed in terms of customer service and professionalism at this establishment. I want to make it clear that I will not be returning here.

    My nail tech was kind, let me rest, and did an excellent job on my pedicure. The scrub, massage and overall experience was excellent. Kitty cat was my nail tech and Iā€™ll be back to her again. Thanks so much!
