    This is about the third time I get home order not right! I order a double stack burger and got a single burger. Fries are stale and cold. I order a frosty and got a drink instead, my order was wrong. I try to ask the girl she was non caring. Dining area was lock!

    We had dinner at Wendy's tonight, it wasn't great and it wasn't bad. Starting with the good, the staff is very friendly and patient. Prices were decent for the meals we got, the $4 bag and $5 bag. The account if did you get for the price is a good deal. The food was mediocre. The burger didn't seem fresh, almost like it had been left over from lunch. The chicken nuggets left a lot to be desired, the meat was blend and the breading was like cardboard. On the plus side, the fries were good. We may or may not be back...

    Food wasn't prepared correctly my burger the combo number 8 the pretzel pub burger was put together sloppy and missing an ingredient the fried chips and the fries tasted old as if they were refried. This Wendy's restaurant needs better training and product awareness.

    Always check your bag before you leave the drive thru. I ordered the big bag with a double bacon burger, fries, nuggets, and a drink. When I got home I found only the fries, drink, and a children's cheeseburger. I might have gone back had I lived closer, but it's not worth the cost of gas these days.

    This place closes early constantly and refuses to take drive thru orders after a certain time. This last time i waited at the drive thru speaker for almost 10 minutes. It was enough time for 3 cars to pull up behind me. After waiting i drove up to the window and saw workers just standing there. I beeped my horn they looked out the window and walked away. By this time the cars behind me drove off. I don't see why the say they are open until 11 if they stop taking orders at 10.

    Got the chicken Parmesan sandwich and it’s awful. Might have been sitting under a Warner as it was all dried out. Also there was no sauce and I can’t find any cheese. Was a great idea for a sandwich but poorly executed.

    I have gone to this Wendy’s a few times and each time is has gotten worse and worse. If I could rate 0 stars I would! The first complaint I have is the lines are always so long. Inside and outside. They have plenty of workers the workers are just slow and lack efficiency in getting things done. The second complaint that I have is that they never can get the orders right. I recently went and ordered a meal. The man did not communicate that he understood me and continued to put the wrong things on my ticket. Following this interaction I was charged for the Bacon pub pries which I was told I could not be sold after I had already paid for them. I politely told the “manager” that I had paid for that product and I was met with attitude and disrespect as she told me I was not allowed to have that item. Ultimately, I don’t expect a lot from fast food facilities, but when I spend my hard-earned money I expect to get what I am spending. Will 100% not be going back. The young women who works here as well should be fired. She does not belong in customer service. It’s as simple as smiling and being kind.

    Waited a long time for order inside because drive in was long. No one inside eating. Waited a long time to order a salad and they had none. Very disappointed. They didn't even offer me anything else. So I left to go down in street to another Wendy's and recieved great service on main st.

    Tea was spoiled. Had to go back through the drive-thru to replace it. The food was barely warm, and chicken nuggets were overcooked or sat under a light too long.

    It was a very pleasant trip we ate in the food was fast...maybe just a little too fast my kid got chicken nuggets and fries my son and u had a burger and fries...the next morning my daughter who got the nuggets and fries woke up with diarrhea and vomiting.

    I waited almost 30 min to get cold fries, I had to park and drag my daughter inside to get warm fries- the young lady at the counter said it’s not that they don’t have enough workers, it’s that they don’t want to work at all. I worked at McDonald’s when I was a teenager- the management was awesome, led by example with excellent work ethic I carried into my nursing career. It’s so sad nowadays people have no integrity.

    This place is ridiculous. When I order a hamburger that means no cheese. I have had MULTIPLE delivery orders come from this store incorrectly, every time I ask for no cheese, no mayo. It’s always got both or we just receive the completely wrong order, which I’ve had happen. Won’t be ordering here anymore because it’s a waste of my time and I go without food because they mess it up. Thanks.

    Went through the drive through at 10:23 am. Was told it was too early to order lunch. Which is cool but then tried to order a chicken biscuit. The lady on the other end said yeah but it’s gotta cook! And I asked if since it has to cook if the register just wouldn’t allow her to ring up the lunch menu. She replied “ Do you want the chicken or not?” Well no I don’t want it with your tone like that. I’ll just go to chick fil a or somewhere with better customer service. It’s going to be 8-10$ anywhere I would rather give my money to people who are happy to help not make like your a nuisance.

    They need to have more people for the lunch rush on Sundays. Only have one line cook and the cashier is running around doing things ever order that should be done but the servers and cooks. You wait 30 min in line to order and another 20 min for the food to come out. Least it is fresh at lunch and not pre-cooked. But they need at least one more back there filling orders.

    I don't expect a lot from a fast food joint, but the service has gotten worse each time I've come here. Broken down chocolate frosty machine last time and this time they said they can't swap out the grilled chicken for crispy chicken on a salad, guess they didn't want to make a new one? They forgot the ranch dressing and when I asked for some they handed me 4 dipping cups of ranch for the nuggets instead of an actual dressing packet? I didn't bother correcting them I just walked out shaking my head at the incompetency of the staff.

    Went drive thru 12/13/2022. after the front girls went thru the bags with bare ungloved hands unwrapping our food touching it in the process to make sure we had what we ordered. Pulled to the side to check it out ourselves. Chicken BLT was brick hard and cold. Went inside to get it switched out waites.more than 30 minutes for it to be fixed. Does anyone ever actually have a decent visit to any of these wakeconcrete Wendy's? Oof. Make sure you check your bags babes. Or just avoid it.

    I understand that places are under staffed, however those that are working should take pride in what they do as well as customer service. After waiting in the drive thru line and watching all the employees pretty much playing around and dancing instead of doing there job is just ridiculous. Food was cold, and to top it off my sandwich had someone’s hair bead fall out of it, obviously I didn’t eat my meal. Sweet Tea was unsweetened, and another sandwich was missing the bacon. Ordered a 10 piece and they tried to just give me 5. Surprised this Wendy’s is still open, I definitely will not be going back!!

    Pretty poor experience. Fast food should be this: hot, fast, cheap, not offensive. Doesn’t have to be delicious, just keep you from being hungry. My experience last night missed most of the above. Firstly, the service and staff were all fine and the place was clean. So they have a good start there. Drink machine was mostly empty. Diet drinks only. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the “diet” (diet drinks are terrible and should be illegal). No tea set out so I had to ask at the counter. The tea was absolutely terrible. So I asked for just Coke from the counter and made sure they knew the lobby machine was basically empty. Then I opened my food. To be fair, I’d never ordered a hamburger at Wendy’s before so didn’t know they’re pretty wet with sauce. My fault. Five napkins later most of the sauce is gone. Then I eat a French fry. Tastes like fish. I choked down a few bites of everything then threw the rest in the trash. $12 for something not really edible. Could have gone next door to the decent Mexican place instead….

    This location is hit and miss for food quality and service. Drive through is going to take awhile and if you do go that route maybe double check your order before you drive away :) Standard advice for fast food, I know.

    Terrible Service and food. Had to wait 45 minutes for a baked potato and ice tea. The line was almost out the door. Had my name wrong on the recipe and called for Tim and not Ken. The ice tea was tasteless. Tasted like water. The person behind me said his takeout order was totally wrong. Wanted his money back. Will not try this location again.

    I waited an extraordinarily long period of time and the drive-thru to receive a bag that was rolled up tight with cold fries in it. This is horrible service the person never even acknowledging me for 5 minutes as I sat in front of the window. This location should be ashamed.

    I'd avoid this place in the evenings. Some of the evening crew at this Wendys are extremely wierd, and lazy. Placed a mobile order and went up to the drive thru window, told him I had a mobile order and immediately gave my name. The guy said absolutely nothing for about a minute. I know Wendy's can be slow so I decided to be patient. After that minute passed, I said "Hello?" he said "Yes?" I asked "Were you able to find my order" he says "I mean, you didn't give me your name sooo...." I told him I gave my name right after I mentioned my mobile order and gave my name again. Then I'm going to the 2nd window as instructed see him peeking around the corner inside through the first window. Wierd. A separate occasions I'm waiting and there's a bit of a line. One worker was standing outside talking, and the Drive thru line was taking extremely long. I waited 20 minutes in that line before leaving. Only 2 cars went forward during that time, not counting the car who left before me. Im used to Wendy's being slow, but 2 cars in 20 minutes? While a work is out front chatting? There's another Wendy's close to Walmart, I'll stick to that one.

    Pandemic or no Pandemic, there is no reason that my delivery person should be waiting 20-30 minutes to pick up the food. Called twice neither time got an answer from the restaurant. I’ve been numerous times and there’s no way they’re that busy that delivery pickup should have to wait 30 minutes to get the food. Won’t be eating here again.

    It’s a toss-up to be honest. Depending what time you come, you could be waiting a while In the drive thru. The service is good most of the time. I’ve eatin in and taken out multiple times. Inside could use some better cleaning. Like I said , main positive is friendly staff for sure .

    So I am updating my review. It's still 4 stars, but could be 5 stars if the person passing my order to me hadn't looked disgusted with me, my truck, or my order. However it's the french fries I am thinking of. I do not go to fast food very often. But I am grateful that the French Fries are hot fresh as advertised.

    I placed an order at the, they asked me to pull up so they could make my chicken sandwich. After 20 minutes I went into the store and asked about it and they did not seem to know too much about this gentleman behind the counter went to get my sandwich and I asked for sauce because I did not want mail on it he looked at me and said there's Mayo on it will fix it I was at the point where I was just give me the sandwich I will scrape it off myself. I spent my whole lunch hour at Wendy's sitting outside the store and then inside the store. I am not sure I will be back to that store unless I have a lot of time on my hands and nowhere to go
