    Not sure about the accuracy of the posted hours of operation. It is currently 10:25am and neither the lobby nor the drive thru are open yet. Somebody clearly messed up something.

    I absolutely love Arby's, but the food here is always cold, and everything is just thrown together. We've given this place too many chances in my opinion and will probably not be back unless it is under new management. The people here just don't care about the quality of food, and for fast food, it's not that cheap to be paying for cold sloppy sandwiches.

    Never opened. Says it's opened until 8pm. It's currently 7:10pm. It's closed. Update 11/20/22: first time I've been able to order. Service was fast, food was fresh. I hope this will continue in the future. (Will add a star to each successful order).

    Good luck trying to go here when they're open. Even when they show open online they'll be closed 80% of the time when you show up at 4 on a Sunday afternoon, or 8 any weeknight. You shouldn't have to call ahead to see if a fast food place is open

    Warning: This location will probably be closed when you get there, despite their posted hours. I have tried to eat here six times in as many months and they haven't been open once. It's currently 6pm on the Saturday before Memorial Day and they closed at 5pm. (At least they put a sign up this time.) Their online hours still claim they're open till 11pm. If you're going to close, at least let people know. --- It's not even 8:00 p.m. and you're closed. Your door says you're open till 10:00. Google says you're open till 11:00, which I've corrected several times before and you keep changing it back despite the fact that you keep closing even earlier than your door says. Fix your hours. Be open when you say you're going to be open.

    The food was great as usuall , but the lady taking the order was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in a food service scenario. I asked a question about Apple Pay, there was a sigh, then followed by a stern and blunt yes- Cut me off during my order, I got to the window and told her I also wanted a drink, she said fine then motioned her hand to give her the payment- the drink was free because she obviously had something more important to do. Not offended on the slightest , but being a business owner myself, people like this will kill your business-

    They're understaffed at this location. They weren't even trained on how to accept a coupon. It's not the employees fault on that but it caused a backup and we all know Arby's struggles to get you through the line in under 7-8 minutes as it is. Drive thru is suppose to be less that 2.5 min.

    Ordered the premium Waygu bacon burger and it came soggy, with no bacon and was extremely small. Curly fries were completely unseasoned and bland. Counter employee seemed lost and confused. Tried to contact customer service multiple ways with no response

    EMPLOYEES HERE DO NOT LIKE CUSTOMERS!! How do I get in contact with the owner of this restaurant??!!! I want to talk about my bad experiance here! Your employee Peggy C. Which by the way DID NOT GREET ME! Was rude, while ordering threw me the drink cup which landed on the floor. I asked about getting some of the lemonade that was behind the counter, she got upset and told me to make my mind up. Threw the second cup in the trash. I told her I did not work there and didn't know lemonade goes in a special cup. She finally got my food and as a punishment make me way to she taken 2 other orders before she got my lemonade which wasn't fully full. I hope the owner addresses this problem. Manager was yelling to the guy making the sandwiches for putting them in the wrong place, so I saved me some time and grabbed my food and left this horrible place. NEVER going back here, I used to stop at least once a week. You have lost a customer. Your employees are RUDE!

    Fries were overcooked and dry, even after they fried more to replace them. Otherwise, the sandwiches were great.

    Drive thru service was slower than expected, but then I figured it was because the fries were fresh. Unfortunately, I quickly discovered they clearly had "topped off" the fries from a fresh batch, but the bottom half were definitely cold and left over from the previous batch. If you were going to make me wait, just give me a FULL container of the fresh ones!

    I really like Arby's food. They didn't give me any napkins guess they assumed I would use my hands to wipe my mouth. The guy was nice that took my order food fresh etc. They only gave me one sauce. It's just nice not to have to ask for something as simple as a napkin. That's why I rated 3 stars.

    I ordered a bacon beef and cheddar and I'm still wondering where is the cheddar. I know I was not going to get a replica of the add but this is just terrible. It didn't even cover the bun!

    Had to have curly fries and horsey sauce. They didn't disappoint. Had a Reuben sandwich. Delicious as usual. The hours of this Arby's are confusing. I think they're too understaffed to operate normal hours.

    The staff was very friendly and courteous, and our food was extremely good. My mom and I ordered the gyros. They were hot, exactly what we ordered, full of meat and veggies, and tasted fantastic. I'd highly recommend the Arby's at the Capital Blvd location in Raleigh, NC.

    Not sure how or why this location is still open. It's always a ghost town. Against my better judgment I stopped around 5:30pm today on the way home from work because I had a craving for some curly fries. They sucked and tasted like they'd been sitting there for hours.

    We ordered online, and drove straight to the restaurant (5 minute drive). By the time we got there, the food was ready. Food was exactly as ordered, and tasted fresh and great. Definitely plan to come back!

    Was there today and ordered 2 gyros. I get the gyros or a Ruben at least once a week. I've noticed over the last 3 or 4 months the sandwiches seem to have less meat in them. I opened the ones I got today and they had meat at each end of the sandwich but none or very little in the middle. I was on lunch break and back at work or I would have taken them back. I guess I'll be getting sandwiches at Publix more often now. Today was the last time for Arby's.

    Rude staff for one and my Snokehouse Briskett sandwich was made with a small portion of brisket and no crispy onions. I drove back and was told they were out of the onions. Why not disclose that before selling an already over priced sandwich? The lady said "you want yo money back?".

    12/03/19 was my first visit to this location, it was around nine o'clock or so. When we first walked in we were greeted by a young lady name Marketta.   She was super nice and very polite. When we placed our order we had to wait a few minutes for fresh food, which is no biggie 🙂. We had a pretty big order, we had the two Arbynator's, 6 Beef n Cheddar's & 3 small fries. The Arbynator's were good, but they were a little dry. The Beef n Cheddar's were very tasty also no complaints there! And the fries were super fresh also. Just like I like them hot out of the grease. Lol! There was a young man that was worth the drive thru and from time we got in there he was scratching his ear, wiping his eyes and face, and getting people's food. I informed the manager and she spoke to him about it. But when she was speaking to him he made a face like as if he was not doing anything wrong, really! Then he left to go out to the restroom, I am assuming to wash his hands, I hope! Other than that, it was a good experience. Will I return there again, yes, because of Marketta she was on it, she had great customer service, which you do not see a lot of any more.
