I bought wrong size quilt as it was on the wrong shelf. I partially opened bag and realized so returned within 15 mins. Store manager (although customer service said it's managers discretion) refused to exchange it. I have previously spent thousands on my home at this store, so won't be using ever again.

Having to edit this after my last two visits - wonder if the manager is on holiday? 1st visit - lad sat around on rugs playing or chatting on his phone. Looked up briefly I walked around the corner think he thought someone had seen him, but realised i was just a customer so went back to his phone. The 'cliq' was stood in other sections - groups of 3 or more. Having a good moan about customers. Even eye rolled when one asked for help - I will call these groups Karen's in the work place. Second visit - Samlle pallet of stock on the floor - the rug I wanted could still be seen just out of my reach buried. On asking a colleague 'we are short staffed' will be a few days' which is understandable as heavy work, but if the other lad is doing it will probably be a fortnight. Of course it could have been a different pallet - however I suspect not. (Two days later) OK- so I know retail is tough at the moment - more work, less team, and sometimes it feels exhausting helping anyone that bothers to comes in. But let's also be clear - without customers you won't do well for long - I personally will shop elsewhere or online after what I have witnessed this last week. And just out of interest- why wasn't I offered 'extra discount if you give me your email address' already registered? Oh, dont worry just give me another email it will all save you money today' speech? Please clean up the place - was my go to place for homeworld items.

Lazy staff on their mobile phones, one in particular refused repeatedly to support looking at for a stool on the 4 times of asking..:then used toxic language shouting intimidatory language when my husband found the stool he said they didn’t carry at all…then had the effrontery to walk straight up to the manager and I as we were speaking asking “Can I help”…wow what a dreadful member of staff who clearly can get away with bad attitude and bad behaviour…and being lazy while having a personal chat on his phone on the shop floor…🤗🤗 I feel for the lovely manager having to deal with and at the same time do the jobs his staff like this one should be doing…thank you to the manager 😊

Not been out for a long time due to ill health so a trip today to the Keighley branch was a big change, after a long walk round a welcome sit in the Cafe was needed. What a fantastic team of staff you have, two lovely ladies who were very polite and very helpful serving. A trip made worth while, though my wife did spend all my money!

Always a great shop to look around and buy something that you don't really need but it's so tempting and easy to get carried away with yourself in here. Generally good quality things, the cafe was ok but a little bit expensive for what you get but you can see the prices before you order so not really a valid complaint. Clean and tidy with toilets.

Was taken to the Keighley store today. A fire alarm resulted in staff helping the public to leave safely. The process was beautifully managed without any sense of panic. When we returned the incredibly helpful cafe staff returned my abandoned glasses and another delightful lady helped us down to the till with our shopping. Keighley dunelm is a great shop with marvellous staff. Good to see how excellent they are in an emergancy. Thanks all round!

Good service from the staff. The store is set out well with plenty of stock. However, some items are a little pricey.

We decided to buy Christmas decorations Today and also return a toilet seat still in all the packaging as it was the wrong fitting. I didn’t have the receipt to hand, because I was 1 days off the 28 day policy the manager who clearly had anger issues refused my return. The assistant was lovely and She was clearly shocked with the managers poor customer service. We have spent loads of money in Dunelm and most likely won’t be returning to that store. Very disappointed and now stuck with a toilet seat which we can’t use. Clearly he could have just give us store credit and knocked the amount off the Christmas decorations which would have been around £100 spent. The manager needs lessons on good customer service

The store itself has lots of variety but the cafe needs improvement. It took 30+ minutes for 3 dry jacket potatoes to arrive. Some butter would have been nice. It wasn't even busy but the service was just slow. Kids eat free but apart from the coffee, not worth eating from there.

Great parking and pick-up for online orders, problem was I bought 2 sets of different batteries AA and 9v price on display was £8 + £4 respectively but was charged £10+ £5 which is %25 extra???? I noticed straight away and was refunded ( 5 days approx) to be returned to my card.....careful people and watch the prices.

Good choice of products and some nice products to browse without intrusive staff. Nice cafe too. Special recognition to such a lovely smiling checkout lady ( blonde hair, glasses, fringe and hair tied back, on duty Saturday pm). Every time I stand in the queue, she is smiling, helpful and super efficient.

Looking for a new meat cleaver and found one just a 2 minute walk from home. Quicker than online and it's got a 25 year guarantee. Wanted a bit heavier but for £13 it should be ok.

Didn't have what was advertised on the website. Even though said stock is available... asked 2 members of staff where the item I required would be they didn't seem overly bothered to help and one basically said " it will either be up stairs or over there" and pointed to a section. Need to work on staff bring more helpful.

Good selection of household items and has a lovely cafe. The place to go to for bedding and curtains. Generous giving 3 stars as checkouts are horrendous. Large queues and only 1 person on tills

Thank you to the lovely lady at the till on Friday who asked for assistance from another kind staff member to help me to my car with some big storage boxes whist I had my baby strapped to my chest! It was greatly appreciated

Overcharged by £149, the cashier stemmed to think this was amusing when her supervisor spoke to her. Now we are having to wait for three to five days for our refund whilst you gain interest on our money through your mistake. The supervisor who sorted it out was very helpful but it's extremely disrespectful to your customer when we saw her smirking when her error was pointed out by her supervisor.

Would have got 5:stars but for a very rude young person at the tills, but there was one mature lady that is always helpful when we visit & on this occasion she was no different as helpful as ever a credit to you !!

Dunelm has just about everything you need for the home. We've been looking for replacement cushions for our cats bed and found covers at a very reasonable price. Will wait and see what the cat thinks!

Big store with a good choice of bedding and home exsecories. The prises are fair . Good display of kitchen gadgets. Got quite a few things which I am happy with. Plenty of parking spaces. Wanted to buy a dining set but couldn't find the dimensions of the plates on the boxes so had to leave that, needed 10inch maximum but large plates looked bigger.

Good parking, friendly staff. Stock levels a bit low but maybe due to covid, can’t get hold of bin bags they usually stock. Cafe upstairs with good amount of seating. Lift for disabled access inside too.

😠 Visited the café upstairs. Tbh. The high chairs are so dirty and one still had food on it (where it’s put away) there is food all over the floor. Very very poor cleaning. There was 6 customers so it’s not if there busy. Tables left with cups and food on them. The table I was at had food on it. Place...
