Having
to
edit
this
after
my
last
two
visits
-
wonder
if
the
manager
is
on
holiday?
1st
visit
-
lad
sat
around
on
rugs
playing
or
chatting
on
his
phone.
Looked
up
briefly
I
walked
around
the
corner
think
he
thought
someone
had
seen
him,
but
realised
i
was
just
a
customer
so
went
back
to
his
phone.
The
'cliq'
was
stood
in
other
sections
-
groups
of
3
or
more.
Having
a
good
moan
about
customers.
Even
eye
rolled
when
one
asked
for
help
-
I
will
call
these
groups
Karen's
in
the
work
place.
Second
visit
-
Samlle
pallet
of
stock
on
the
floor
-
the
rug
I
wanted
could
still
be
seen
just
out
of
my
reach
buried.
On
asking
a
colleague
'we
are
short
staffed'
will
be
a
few
days'
which
is
understandable
as
heavy
work,
but
if
the
other
lad
is
doing
it
will
probably
be
a
fortnight.
Of
course
it
could
have
been
a
different
pallet
-
however
I
suspect
not.
(Two
days
later)
OK-
so
I
know
retail
is
tough
at
the
moment
-
more
work,
less
team,
and
sometimes
it
feels
exhausting
helping
anyone
that
bothers
to
comes
in.
But
let's
also
be
clear
-
without
customers
you
won't
do
well
for
long
-
I
personally
will
shop
elsewhere
or
online
after
what
I
have
witnessed
this
last
week.
And
just
out
of
interest-
why
wasn't
I
offered
'extra
discount
if
you
give
me
your
email
address'
already
registered?
Oh,
dont
worry
just
give
me
another
email
it
will
all
save
you
money
today'
speech?
Please
clean
up
the
place
-
was
my
go
to
place
for
homeworld
items.
