Ok people nice place to get fit

Best gym I’ve ever been in.. made even better with the friendly owners and stag

lovely gym with lovely people, however, in the womens bit there’s alway one man that comes in which makes me feel a bit uncomfortable as the whole reason i go in the womens bit is so i can workout a) on my own and b) away from the mens bit

I have recently joined this gym. I have enjoyed my workouts there. Everywhere was spotlessly clean with lots of cleaning stations available to use.The staff are very friendly .Very modern equipment that is clearly of a high standard. Hope to be trying some of the classes soon.

New members are provided with a tour of the place when you visit, as it's quite a large building, and there are so many amenities within: Nail salon, beauty salon, tanning beds (mega suns and stand-ups) with lotions available, supplements shop, food / meal prep shop, main gym, females gym, and changing rooms! Great parking and disability access to the gym, along with affordable prices for everything 😊

Working away and needed somewhere to train. Enquired about a day pass/week pass and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Good selection of equipment and good vibe in the gym. Seriously recommend for anyone in the area.

Excellent facilities, great set up and extremely knowledgeable staff. Personal training is on hand if required and they can provide an assessment and training regime to suit all abilities. Food supplements and protein drinks are available and they have just expanded to provide balanced meals too. Originally catering for the gym membership but the menu is so good that they are now selling to the wider public. These meals are especially good for the elderly or single person that doesn't really cool. Try it out you'll not be disappointed.

Great gym where you can just go and get the job done. Never really too busy, always manage to get on the machines. Plenty of amenities if you need anything doing aswell. Hair salon, training products, sun bed etc. Women can train separately which allows my wife to feel more comfortable when training. Staff are friendly. Owners are great.
