My first experience of school uniforms has been awful here, they made it very stressful. A lady who works there gave me the wrong sizes and even the wrong school altogether! Then she missed off items and now I’m left with only part of a uniform and my son starts school tomorrow! I’m now frantically driving round looking for the rest in supermarkets because I was told my order would be in. Worst experience ever. I will go there as last resort in future

Loved the personal attention I got from the sales lady when I was getting lost and could not find the shop. She literally left office to cone pick me up

Absolutely fantastic shop the lady who owns it wow you don't get customer service like this in harrods... she is amazing so beautiful. all the staff are i went in last week for my autistic sons full uniform she was prompt on the ball and extremely help full uniforms are of the highest quality and the shop is so clean she made my time in the shop so Pleasurable fantastic made a customer for life xx

Fantastic service from Signature. The blazer I ordered for home delivery was too big and within 2 hours of calling the shop to arrange a smaller size, the new one had been delivered! Very speedy, friendly and helpful service.

The staff here are super helpful and highly knowledgeable, it was about 10 days before school started back and they still had everything we needed and more stock besides. The lady helping us gave us advice on sizing, wear, trends at the school (The girls all wear cardigans and skirts as a rule We are informed) We packaged everything up, rung it up and it came in well under the expected price which was a bonus!

Poor customer service. They quote you a price and charge you more when you go to collect. Wouldn't even meet me half way.
