Great to have a work and 1 to 1 sessions are great too very friendly staff and help full staff too they also have groups that you can go to which everyone makes you feel welcome too.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Superb equipment, many pieces of kit that you just don't find in other gyms and the owner Brad is a professional athlete and one of the few personal trainers that I've met who really knows his stuff and is always on hand to offer hints and tips to help you get the most from your training. If you want to get results this is the place to be, it has to be the best gym in Yorkshire!!!
