ordered it on the 7th of march 11:40pm came on the the 8th 3 am what a scam. i ordered milkshake it was decent. i also ordered a bean and cheese melt was 3 beans inside (quite literally!!). next up I ordered the nacho and cheese with jalapeños (see attached photo for evidence ) wasn't very good package was some choccy milk inside. also got 4 kinder Buenos 2 were melted cos the drives arse was sat on it. Castleford is meant to be a 25 minute drive took him 3 hours with midnight traffic . absolutely disgraceful!!!!. the driver literally sellotaped the bag together instead of tying it like a normal person please fire him. To be fair the woman on the phone was lovleh so big ups to her thank you

Once upon a time, a hungry family ordered from Crown Pizza. Two pizzas were ordered. A pepperoni pizza and a Hawaiian pizza. Accompanying the order, was a Terrys choc cheesecake, cheesy chips, and a tango ice blast. The family was very excited to receive their delicious nom noms, but alas, 2 hours passed before they arrived. A phone call was made to the restaurant to enquire about the nom noms about an hour after the order was placed. The family was told that their order would be arriving in "about 10 minutes." 10 minutes came and passed like a hummingbird on speed and the order was yet to arrive. Sometime later (1h) the family was preparing for bed when they heard a mysterious knock on the front door. It was the nom noms. The delivery driver was thanked, and the order was opened up, but the family was met with disappointment as the nom noms were not very hot and had to be microwaved, and the cheesecake more accurately resembled a soggy biscuit. The family went to bed disappointed that night and decided they would have to enjoy a nicer take away some other time. 1 Star for the tango ice blast. The End.

the order was delayed by 20 minutes and the food was damaged and looked disgusting . Cartons was soaked by chocolate sauce, I definitely do not recommend it

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from here. After been told our order would be with us in '10 mins' is was a further hour. We waited 2 hours in total. Rang to find out where our delivery was. She became rude, ignorant & after me complaining calming & respectfully she said 'whatever'. Please don't give them a penny. Oh & the chips came cold!! It really deserves a 0.5!

I made an order at 10:30, to be told it was being prepared and would arrive around 11:15 - 11:35, for it then to be pushed back to 11:50 - 12:10. It’s now 1:04 when which I believe the restaurant had now actually closed and I’ve just had a loud bang on my living room window and food left on my door step, no one there as they left before I had chance to answer and upon looking through the bag was left with an atrocious bag of food which smelt awful upon opening the bag, those strawberries look older than me and those bananas are darker than my tan, never seen anything like it

AVOID!!! Absolutly shocking, food was ordered via the just eat app with an estimated time slot, it arrived over 30 minutes later than the latest time given. I checked for updates on the app and they'd marked it as been delivered, irang to see where the food was, and the person on the phone had no manners at all, answered the phone with just "crown". The food was cold (not even warm) the chips tasted like they had been reheated and the food in general tasted unpleasant and dry. I've given 1 star only because I had to. This was a fairly big order and everything was dissapointing.

If I could I wouldn't give any stars but have to give 1 because I want to put my review on🤣, absolutely disgusting phoned at 10:20pm didn't turn up till 1am in the mean time I was ringing no answer at all!, eventually when it did turn up I didn't even answer the door because I was that fuming looked this morning they have left it at my door step in the rain with "HAHA" written at the side the pizza box. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!!!

You guys must be joking! £6 for these cold "crepes" from the local shop?! I am a bit shocked,really! Could better take those from the shop and warm them for myself for a quid. Worst experience ever! So sad that our local shops were closed and I took a choice with these...as it looked really good from the photos.. :D Don't waste your money and time people!

Truly awful. Waited 2.5 hours for the food to turn up, despite ringing numerous times and being told it’s ‘on its way’. When the food eventually turned up, it was sweaty, soggy, cold and just plain disgusting. By this point it’s 9pm and too late to source dinner from somewhere else. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Please just avoid it.

Easily the worst place I've ever had the misfortune to order from. Food took a total of 3 and a half hours to arrive and when it did the 2 kebabs had soggy and mushy pitta bread with rock solid and dry chicken with what seemed to be a liquid at the bottom of the tray. Worst experience ever, would avoid at all costs

delivery service on this restaurant is abysmal at best. ordered my food at 11:50 and got a 1:20 - 1:40 estimated delivery time. it never came. if you order from here have fun wasting your time.

As with most of the complaints here, it took over 2 hours from ordering to arriving. A phone call to them was met with distain, if not downright cheek. Never ordering from here again.

Dont ever ask for sauce they are supposed to put it in separately but the put it in the only bit of food that my friend has and he does not like the sauce and it has leaked all over his food I would like a full refund as they have now ruined my food

Good quality food and quick delivery for orders over the phone. Food still hot and generous portions.
