I always wondered why people payed nearly triple the price than like a budget gym, now I see why! So much equipment and it’s never busy to the point where you can’t do a workout. Where I was before at the gym group you’d be lucky to get a full work out in without people sat hogging machines sat on phones, there’s none of that here. It’s just full of people getting on with their workouts no messing about, it’s brilliant. The staff are always friendly when greeting you when you walk in too. Glad I made the switch and would 100% recommend it to anyone.

One of the best gyms I've ever had the privilege to train in. Super well equipped, with Hammer strength , Nautilus and other such high quality equipment. Awesome range of machines, lots of space, especially now with the new mezzanine. Very friendly staff and management. If you're a serious athlete or serious about training, I'd highly recommend Ultra flex Normanton 💪🏽😊

Hands down the best gym you will ever go to. Staff, members, atmosphere but more importantly the equipment which they constantly add new bits too every gym. Absolutely incredible.

Love this Gym. Staff are amazing. The gym is always clean. Music is excellent for working out to. Showers are clean & brilliant. Clientele in the gym is all helpful too. Everyone loves working out & this shows, vibe is amazing.

Best gym in the area by a mile. No expense spared on machines. Super clean well looked after and the trainers look in peak condition compared to the skinny 17 year olds you get in most mediocre gyms. Well worth paying a little extra to be a member.

I was in the area for work and found this gym. Great equipment and good atmosphere. Parking was great and I've come from a pure gym so the music was spot on for me. This gym may scare the average gym goer as it is full of men the size of wrestlers and muscle mummys

Best gym in Wakefield by a country mile. Equipment for every muscle - and multiple machines to train each body part - power lifting racks galore. The gym is set out in clusters so you’ve a chest area, a leg area, back area, shoulders/arms area and a cardio area. The equipment is top notch - Atlantic, prime and Nautilus. Because there is so much stuff you could go in with a game plan and if machines are taken you can quickly adjust so you’re not pestering people For £37 pm it is an absolute no brainer is this gym - my only regret is not joining sooner. They sell ready meals frozen, drinks and you can buy an array of food, ready made egg whites. The clothing is pretty decent too. The only drawback is that there is no water machine so you have to refill from the tap in the changing rooms but besides that there really are no complaints.

10/10 gym. Some of the best equipment around available, and lots of it! Staff are very helpful, gym is always clean and well presented

Me and a couple of lads from our local gym in barnsley visited here today and like the one in rotherham we cant fault it, some incredible equipment and nice staff, enjoyed it so much we didnt realize we had been in nrly 3 hours, Only complaint is you havent opened one in barnsley yet 😡...Thanks guys 👍

Friendly staff and gym members, recently renovated with an upstairs area. Some of the best kit going at an affordable price for membership. I’ve been going now for 2 years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. Also has local Physio and Barbers within the building
